Absolutely impressed with the quality of customer service and repair. The interior/exterior detailing was a bonus I did not expect. Made accident repair seem like taking your car on vacation to the spa. Highly recommend!

Got into accident that was not my fault. Shop was very fast amazing customer service and I got my car like new. They did vaccum it and detail cleaned it. I am very impressed!

Had a car accident and our insurance company had the car towed to CSN Koebel's.
The experience was amazing. Mark walked us through the process thoroughly and he was very patient and supportive. We were impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service of the staff.

Great service and great experience! Very smooth process that Ryan and Tracy helped me through. Sent my car in after a hit and run and had it repaired in even less time than anticipated and the work is of high quality with high quality parts.

Awesome experience! I dropped my car for an estimation and the team here was super nice to walk me through the steps and explain me everything I needed to know. They also arranged rental company picking me up from their location once I was done.
When my car estimated as total loss, I went there to pick up my stuff from the car and the team again were really helpful. My plates were stuck so someone helped me get them when it was cold outside while I was kindly asked to wait inside. Then I didn’t have a ride back home so they even dropped me back home to Kitchener.
Overall, I was super happy with my experience at CSN Koebel’s. Thank you!

My wife and I have used this location several times in the past. They are amazing! Super friendly and nice to deal with. Want to specifically shout out to Mark who is awesome!

I couldn't be happier with the excellent work and customer service. My car looked brand new when they were finished and they have been so amazing handling a few minor follow ups. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Clean front office. Estimator Mark all round good guy. Girl at front desk personable and motivated. Repair job was expected. Vehicle came back in better condition than it went in. That was not expected. Great work. Shop is committed to high level of customer service. I would recommend Mark and Koebel - although I certainly hope to never have to see them again.:)
