Great friendly staff and got the job done in one sitting. I had hail damage and I was supposed to drop it off first for dent repairs then another time for the chrome trim. Chrome trim came in right as they were doing dent repairs and took care of the whole claim. They knocked this one out of the park! Thanks for saving me an extra trip into town. Good job guys!

Between dealing with Jeff and Lindsey, I had a fantastic experience. They were professional, polite, and accommodating. My vehicle was ready well before it was supposed to be. I had a great experience getting my bodywork repair done here. They arranged for the rental company to pick me up upon drop off. The work began the day I dropped it off with text updates daily as it worked through the process. It was completed in just a few days. The job was perfect, excellent work. They even cleaned my car inside and out. I even dropped my rental off there and they arranged for it to be picked up. Above and beyond service. Backed by a lifetime warranty. Highly recommend.

My own trusted automobile service centre recommended me to St. Clair Auto. I stopped by without an appointment and was promptly met with friendly, accommodating staff. Despite not having an appointment, my minor problem was taken care of and I was happily on my way after 20 minutes! Kudos for such helpful, courteous, professional service!

I'm very fussy / particular when it comes to my vehicles, so when I had an incident (which I won't detail out of embarrassment) took it to St Clair. Can't speak highly enough. My car came out of their shop looking like it came off the showroom floor. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional and I got regular updates on the progress of their work.

Very friendly efficient service. However, the electronic updates of status of vehicle were not accurate and a bit inconvenient and frustrating. Other than that, service was awesome.

Csn took care of my car after it got hit by a deer, they blew me away with the level of communication they had the entire process they had my Subaru. I got more updates on what’s going on from csn themselves then my insurance gave me.the work they did was awsome and I couldn’t tell my car had been completely smashed front and back. I’d 100% recommend them.

I was sent here by my insurance company, so I really had no idea what to expect.

However, I couldn’t have been happier with their service. From the moment I stepped into their office, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I just dropped my vehicle off and they had a rental car ready for me. They even sent me text message status updates while my vehicle underwent repair. When I got it back within the week, I noticed they even took the time to detail it.

The staff are all very friendly and professional, and the quality of their work is amazing. I highly recommend!

CSN went over and above expectations to ensure that my car was safe and pretty enough to be on the road, after I had a mishap.
Paint match is remarkable (white paint is not easy). Body part alignment is remarkable (smooth, even lines). Lamp lighting is functioning again. My rim looks good.
Safety wise. While doing the tire balance it was noted my tires were getting near the end of life. They let me know this to ensure safety.
Our rental car was prepared for us. Smooth entry into our replacement vehicle during repairs.
My car came back, better then I expected.
I've had some experience with a competitor of CSN's that were not pleasant in the past. I was so nervous going into this.
CSN made this such a smooth experience that I will recommend them for sure.
I truly hope that I will never repeat the incident that put me at CSN, BUT should an accident ever happen, without a doubt, we will be back.

Fantastic. I was unfortunate enough to have someone open their door and strike my quarter panel. I called yesterday to book an appointment for a quote. I arrived a few minutes early, and was greeted by a very pleasant lady who told me they would be right with me. They took pictures and explained what options I had and had me on my way in only a few minutes. Very professional people and very quick. Would highly recommend this location on service alone.

Had a very good experience here. The paint job I had done was to the roof pant of my car where the clear coat had worn off. I don’t think anyone could’ve matched the paint and finish better. I also have a sunroof and was concerned about the seal but have seen no issues. I had a few odd other jobs that were done and all done as agreed. Also, the part costs went down in price since when I was quoted and they adjusted my invoice to reflect that. I was super impressed. Then I was further impressed by the attention I received when I had an issue with a sticky door handle that I found after picking up my car. It was likely just due to its age, but they handled it on the spot assuring me they could fix it but it just needed a bit of lube.
I got above my expectations.

Exceptional service. Great communication - clear on how, what and when things would happen. Repairs appear flawless. Additional service to arrange rental car, etc was above and beyond expectations. This auto repair shop is class A, they are very personal and information of the job stats. Also the craft of auto repair is utmost at the highest standards of the trade. I'm so happy with the jobs that I have had done here now and in the past. I do recommend this shop to all for the craftsmanship and quality of the final product.

We had our daughters car towed here at the request of the insurance company after it was hit while parked. From the beginning they were fantastic, Carie (sp?) took care of everything. She dealt with the insurance company, kept us informed of progress and made the whole experience easy. They got the car back to us 4 days ahead of schedule, and it looks like new again.
