I see bad reviews on here and I CAN GUARANTEE the problem relies on the individuals and not CSR.

I have only been to CSR about a hand full of times. Three of those times, including today, these guys literally went out of their way to help me. The other couple of times they had exceptional service. Eugene help me today but again, I have had nothing less than exceptional service. Extremely friendly EVERY TIME!

Have ordered online from them multiple times. I actually didn't even realize they had a physical store.

Recent order got delivered to incorrect address. CSR was very prompt and professional in their communication with me, regardless of it being the fault of FedEx. "Neighbours" that I'd never met (different street, different house number) contacted me over a week after I received the "delivered" notification and told me that apparently the parcels were delivered to them, to a door that they don't use on their house.

Anyways, was nice to have good communication from CSR regarding the missing order, especially since the blame most certainly wasn't on them.

As a DIY'er, I certainly don't have much need for regular orders of drywall supplies, but I'm sure if I'm doing any drywall in the future that I'll be ordering from them again.

CRS Building Supplies in Concord Ont deserve more than the 5 star rating. Staff are always polite, courteous, helpful, the atmosphere in the store is very relaxed for the customer. Because we were driving over an hr to get to the store, we were told about shopping online instead.well, can't get any better. Fast, efficient, & reliable. Order always arrives on or before delivery date. Highly recommended this store. Keep up the great work.

They had everything I was looking for (and more) in stock at the best prices I could find. Steven was great at answering my questions and the website was friendly to navigate. Whether you're a contractor like me about to drywall a whole house for the first time, or a home owner doing some repairs/renos, I recommend CSR. You'll find knowledge, product selection and prices that you will NOT find at local big box stores. Happy building!

Spend that extra buck at your local specialized store, and avoid having to deal with the horrible customer service over the phone, once you have waited hours for them to take your call.

I still stand by my review because when I was entering I had my mask but one of the stuff member said you have to wear our own n95 mask and when I finished my transaction the guy behind the counter shouted make sure he pays for the mask, thats very unprofessional and greedy when someone spent in your store that day for 900$ and overall more than 10000$ in the past, meanwhile other stores didn't do that, other than that I still shop in the store and you have everything there related to drywall and tools which I am pleased with the quality

I'm relatively new too semi /automatic drywall taping tools. I bought the full semi automatic Culombia set from CSR and delivery and everything went smoothly. I bought that set strictly based on my own research on the web here and there. This since then iv been looking into buying a flat box set. This time I decided to contact CSR to see if I could speak to someone with in depth product knowledge of the different brands.well I was surprised to get the privilege of getting to talk to someone in "Josey-Marie Ethereal ". It's not to often In any sales situation where iv got to speak to someone that really gives it too me straight.cold hard very in depth product knowledge. If you looking to buy any automatic taping tools from CSR I would recommend getting in touch with Josey. She even talked to me after hrs to ensure I got the knowledge of which company's have made the poor decision to biuld their flat boxes cheaply.

Purchased a skimming blade kit (6 pcs kit) on a Monday. 1 of the blades had a factory defect, after reviewing the tool I was given a full refund Tuesday. Top notch customer service, as I left completely satisfied by the staff and management.

Much to the fact that A) the lovely people at the front desk were very kind and helpful B) Eugene, a phenomenal associate at CSR went above and beyond on both my visits, I HIGHLY recommend shopping with CSR

Ordered a small tool online, just to see how smoothly the process would go. Received it in two days (I’m in Ottawa). Their website is excellent. I will now look at some automatic taping tools. Great service!

Josie's service and knowledge is top notch. She is very knowledgeable in the tools and goes above and beyond in making sure you are buying the right product for your needs. I definitely recommend talking with Josie if you're in the market for all taping Josie needs a bonus, or a raise!

Just bought a few things via ups and I got them in a couple days. Very professional company, I ordered at 3 am and by 730 am I got notified via text it's been shipped. Also they had "fibafuse" in different lengths and widths which is why I ordered from here. Would definitely order from here again. Would love to get mud etc. But I believe they don't carry that as of yet. Anyways I hope y'all keep growing!

Awesome group! Every time I need to get a part, some new tools or just a question about something, I have a friendly staff member on the other end helping me out. One less thing to worry about in a day. I have and will keep coming back time and time again!

Excellent, honest service from all staff. Eugene specifically, has helped me many times. They always have what I need in stock and I've always been treated as a valued customer. From the day I dropped a couple grand on my first machines, to replacing a box blade for a couple bucks, I always leave in a good mood. In our fast paced industry its refreshing to have a supplier work so hard in the background so we can keep on pushing. Keep up the pro work.

The people who work at the ordered us come zero knowledge of their products one price was told to me over the phone then when I come in the price magically went up $10 per sheet of drywall I even showed the lady that I called the store from my phone and she denied and said that's not the store on my phone says CSR Building Supply.

Very poor customer service. I was recommended the Flex Giraffe drywall sander by Eugene and told its performance was on par with the Festool Planex. After several months of use the sander started having serious issues that stemmed from poor product design and manufacturing. When I came back to CSR I was told this was a common issue and that they were aware of it. However, Eugene refused to offer a refund or in-store credit for a faulty product that they knowingly sold to me. Instead, Eugene threw me under the bus and told me to contact the manufacturer directly and take it up with them saying CSR has nothing to do with the issue. Naturally, the manufacturer has been ignoring my complaints and refused to resolve the issue and now I am left with a broken machine and will have to purchase a Planex. Last time I checked my hard earned money was spent in CSR's store, not the manufacturers.

Of course, after this experience I refuse to give my money again to CSR for a Planex and will be purchasing my sanding equipment at Atlas Machinery.

The absolute best place to go for any drywall and drywall Finishing tools and materials. The selection is second to none, the staff are amazing, the pricing is great and the building is well taken care of and great layout. Best place in southern Ontario by far!

These guys are amazing. A ton of materials were to be delivered right around the time a snowstorm hit the area, and obviously that played havoc with their schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure the materials were here at the house in time for the drywaller to start. They made a special trip for me and you can tell they are really dedicated to making sure everyone is happy - they go the extra mile!

Have everything you need in drywall area. Prices are not great but reasonable. I bought respirator mask $10 cheaper than Depot.
Drywall is pricy when delivered

My contractor purchased the drywall, cement board, and other materials from CSR Building Supplies and had it delivered to our home in Burlington. The young men who delivered the material who absolutely amazing. They reviewed the site, discussed the best approached, considering the final location, my gardens, and the interior of my home.
