Basement flooded and needed storage for a few months. Dropoff was professional and helpful. Storage box and lock was easy and effective. Pickup still to come, but sure it will be smooth. All in all, a good experience.

It is expensive but fantastic if you need to store furniture etc. The service is fast and efficient. Excellent company.

Called in and was able to get delivery pretty quick. No issues whatsoever, had the pod for 4 months in my driveway. Each month received communication about my billing. When done I messaged and they came and picked up as requested.

I used CubeIt for a client to store belongings while their property was listed for sale. Great service, clean dry container and easy to work with. Would have rated a 5 if they had better scheduling.

After finding out that our new (to us) home had asbestos thar needed to be removed before we moved in, I found myself in quite a situation. I had a VERY short window to come up with a way to move out of our house and into something that wasn't our new house. The people at Cubeit saved my hide. They had a cube dropped off in time for us to load and picked up before the sale closed.

Excellent customer service in arranging delivery and timelines. Prompt and extremely friendly delivery. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Two bins rented for 6 months. Both ended up with lock problems. Opening 1 lock, the bin wouldn't open due to cracked latch. The other required WD40 and a proper key based on the other bin. Once opened, no further problems. First bin still needs work to access.
Support was great in dealing with these problems.

Deirdre was super helpful and informative during my very stressful move. We moved from Ontario to Alberta and all the ladies I spoke with on the phone were amazing! The cube was clean and worked perfectly for our needs and the cost fit our budget!

Customer service has been fantastic every time I've called and emailed. There was a billing error, I had to reschedule my pickup, and quoting was quick and easy. Will definitely use them in the future. During busy times, it can be difficult to schedule something and my feedback would be to deliver/pickup on weekends during busier times. Maybe some drivers would be willing to work OT and customers may pay a premium for weekend service?

Fast and easy. The vertical pick up/drop off system used to deliver and pick up the cubes saves your driveway from being damaged and allows for better placement of the cubes!

We rent a bin every year for the Christmas Food and Toy drive. Cubeit Portable Storage is always friendly, helpful and very convenient. They really take the stress off so that we can focus on what really matters.

It's a bit pricey, but if you want an excellent quality storage unit with very responsive and professional staff then there you go. Would use again!

Absolutely terrible experience. If you need your bins picked up at a certain time or date, I don’t recommend CUBEIT. We had a fire at our restaurant and I’ve had two bins for over two months now. I gave them three days notice as to when I needed them picked up and they have told me it’s impossible to get done. They wouldn’t let me speak to a manager of any kind and have basically dismissed me. My bill is $1700+ and I can’t open our restaurant with two bins out front! So if you don’t mind bins sticking around a lot longer than you need, you’re safe to proceed with CUBEIT. But based on their customer service (or lack thereof), I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Drivers are most courteous and accommodating. Easy to work with. One area of improvement is tracking cube-it deliveries when there is the possibility or request to get the Cube-it earlier as we received our first and the second cubeit the same day even though the 2nd was in the system for delivery one week later. That was OK but 1 week later a 3rd bin showed up which we did not request as their system did not update that the 2nd Cube-It had already been dropped of a week early.

I have nothing but good things to say about how everything was handled from the beginning trying to even get a Cube and then having to cancel at the last minute. IT WAS ALL GOOD. Paul Studholme

Great experience start to finish. When there was a miscommunication it was made right right away. I can't say enough good things about the experience. It made my move so smooth.

Very professional so far compared to the other 2 companies I reached out to.
Haven't moved yet so hopefully the rest of the experience will be great as well.

Needed temporary storage on our property. Researched a lot of company’s and Cubeit was definitely the right choice. The staff was great in answering all my question, walked through the prices (no hidden fees) and the best price! Accommodated the date I needed it for, as well as the length of time needed, with a very clean cube.
Their notifications through text was very impressive. Notifications were spot on. Thanks for making this ordeal painless!

Out of 5 stars, I would rate them 100. The team at Cubeit, Specifically David, Rob and Jake, by far exceeded my expectations in every single way and shattered the bar when it came to customer service. We had a very unique situation, where the contractors needed our bin removed ASAP to pour the sidewalk, despite our pickup date being over a week away. David, Rob and Jake all went above and beyond to work with me and get our bin taken away in a timely manner. They were always polite and patient with me despite my repeated calls. They were professional and always provided me with answers to my questions. I will definitely use this company again the in future and have already started to refer a lot of my family and friends for all of their storage and moving needs. Thanks so much again for the amazing customer service!

After my father passed away, my mom was looking to move back home to New Brunswick after selling her home. At the time I reserved this this, we did not yet have an address so I provided my own in Alberta. When I was on the phone making my reservation, I mentioned that the container was most likely going to New Brunswick. Everything went great, I was happy to be able to help my mom out by dealing with the stress of where everything is going to go, and how's it going to get there when the time came. She finally bought a place in NB and I then contacted the company to let them know the final destination. I then get an email back saying that they do NOT service the Atlantic provinces. WHAT? ! Why was I not informed about this? Why isn't this clearly laid out the website? Why did the lady on the phone take my money? If I had known this, then I would NOT have moved forward with this company. Now, they are trying to "help us out" by arranging full service movers which is costing MORE than the original quote to have it hypothetically shipped to Alberta from Ontario. I have emailed back and forth, and been on the phone with Nathan- a very nice man, however the company has not been very forgiving. "Unfortunately, the services have been provided, so there is nothing we can do now". Now it's weeks before the move for my senior mother who is currently panicking trying to figure out an economical alternative.

Great customer service.
From day of booking, to changing drop location, and verifying pickup, every customer service rep was so helpful, and patient.
They never rush you during the process.
I will absolutely use them again when needed.

Cubeit process has so far been easy and swift. Unfortunately they are unable to deliver to my future destination across country and will have to make additional moving company arrangements. Make note of Cubeit needs 60 feet to place unit in driveway!

Difficult at first getting a quote then calling back to book, received two different prices. Once booked they were thorough calling day before deliveries and the drivers were absolutely helpful and very accommodating. Would recommend for sure

Drop off/pick up was timely. Unit was in excellent shape. Customer service was top notch.

I wanted the cube to be turned around Upon delivery and facing the street and the driver was happy to reload and drop the container to my desired specifications!
All of the staff wanted to make sure that I was pleased with their services.

After a previous move, with another company, with a major issue, it was so nice to have a company that had everything on time, and the cost is what was quoted. We moved across the country and cube it was excellent, easy to contact, and were able to get our containers where they needed to be, even when they didn't think it would work. Definitely recommend.

The reason for only 3 stars is Cubeit may not be able to drop my Pod to me when I need it dropped. I think the Customer Service ppl who take all reservations should ask, "do you know when and where you want it dropped" that way if you can't accommodate my dates I can try to find a Company that can. I'm on a cancellation list, which doesn't really help when I have to book time off work and get ppl to help me. We'll see if my review changes in the coming weeks

One star for how clean the cube was and the delivery man that was polite and good at his job.

The safety release to get out of the unit if accidentally locked in was broken.

But it was the worst experience I have had right from the sales person that downplayed the expense of it and how he kept giving me prices for things (breaking it down as they called it) never giving an actual total. To the hidden charge at the end.
When I thought I understood the total cost I thought it was high but decided to get it.
The quote on the email sent to confirm the reservation had the breakdown of what we discussed with a grand total. Underneath it had two additional charges that were not in the grand total. I clicked the the reservation button and the amount was charged to my CC.

When it was picked up with out indecent, they charged my CC again for picking it up.

My wife called to ask and the person said that it an automated charge and that they would return it.

I called back a week later and they fought with me and would not return the money.
If they gave me the total right from the beginning, I would not have chose to use them. I was a bit hesitant to do it for the original cost.

Will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Total scam artists!

The person on the phone was very helpful and guided me along all of the steps answering any questions i had in a very professional manner. The cube ordered was delivered on time and picked up the same way. It was clean and served all of the needs it was required for. I would not hesitate to rent from Cubeit again or recommend it to my friends. Very pleased

You get the service you pay for. Cubeit by far has some competitive pricing. Don't be fooled! They will undersell you on the amount of space you need, and then you will be caught last minute making other arrangements for the rest of your stuff. And don't expect great communication from them. From a mishmash of micro billing (designed to confuse you and overcharge you) to not being able to coordinate internally (every time I called I got a different story). I used two of their pods for a cross country move, they left the second one sitting in my driveway for 2 weeks after it was empty and scheduled to be picked up. It wasn't until I told them I was charging them rent for my driveway that it got picked up, and SURPRISE, they charged me an extra months rent! Should have used BigSteelBox, would have been cheaper in the end.

We used Cubeit for our recent move and the local team were AMAZING! Rob and Lisa were incredible to work with, they made sure that any request we had was looked after, what an amazing team. Unfortunately the call centre which is located in ON, messed up a few dates, but we were able to work things out, quickly.

Its hard for find companies that put their customers needs first and work with what is needed by the customer, Cubeit definitely does this!

I would strongly recommend Cubeit as a solution for anyone who is looking for this service - 10/10!
