Everything has been excellent. Drop off, and customer service has been outstanding.
Every time I call to extend our time, the customer service team is very responsive.
I would definitely recommend Cube IT.

The storage unit was clean and delivered when promised. Pick up was prompt and also when promised. It was a convenient solution to our storage issue.

Extremely friendly customer service. Spoke with Tamika today and she was fantastic. I also deal with Mark and excellent service as well. Extremely happy with our CubeIt experience

When I called the most unbelievable thing happened. I wasn't put on hold and I didn't have to listen to a recorded message saying 'we are experiencing higher than usual calls'. Yeah. Hard to believe. But it is true. There was never a wait and I was never put on hold.
When I did connect to an agent. It was quick, easy and simple. When the storage container arrived the driver was a PRO and got that thing in the exact spot I wanted. Shout out to my driver!
The cube was nice, clean and insulated. There are also tie down points inside to easily secure our stuff.
The process has really been easy and I would do this again if I moved another time (I hope not. Moving sucks and is so much work.)
And for the cherry on top. I got my cube unloaded, called for the final Pick up and they scheduled me for the next day. Amaze balls!

Cubeit has proven to be a great resource. From the time we called to book, to having to extend our rental of the container, every step was so easy and stress free. We were pleasantly surprised at the price of renting the container. The client reps we dealt with were so pleasant and genuinely happy to help us with our requests. Highly recommend Cubeit!

The service is good. They are well organized and the prices are quite fair. Drivers are helpful and pleasant to deal with. Good job and use them next time for sure.
