Fantastic experience working with the team at Cubeit. We were selling our home so had to "hide" a lot of our items to get it ready for showings.
They came when they said they would, driver was friendly and kind. He made sure the drop off location worked perfectly for us to load our items. Cost was reasonable compared to other services. Easy and worry free.
No complaints at all, I would highly recommend.

The woman I spoke with was very straightforward and helpful. She worked hard to get us a container in our area and at at the date we needed. Also managed to find us a discount! The container was delivered on time and safely. We had plenty of notice that it was on its way and confirmation of delivery. So far, so good.

Price-wise Cubeit offered the best rates. The service was very responsive and helpful. The delivery was as promised and the driver took great care to place the container where we needed it.
When the driver returned to pick up the container several weeks later, he discovered that someone had placed another storage container in my neighbour’s driveway, leaving only inches to manoeuvre. He had to deliver it to another customer and didn’t want to delay or for me to incur additional charges. He studied the situation, considered a few options, and then set about retrieving his container. Slowly and carefully so as not to damage my driveway or the other company’s container, he went back and forth until he was able to get the Cubeit pod out. Great job!

We haven't used our Cubeit yet, its booked for January. But our initial phone call to get information and make arrangements was one of the more pleasant experiences I have had dealing with a company in a very long time. Maggie seemed like she really cared about me, and I will give her a 15 out of 10! Friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and gave me all the answers I need to make our packing/storage/distance move very easy. The service was excellent all around. This began with courteous customer service during our phone chat which continued through to the delivery of the unit and the transport driver's promptness in offering assistance with the proper placement. Furthermore, they were open and cooperative in helping me arrange a different date when they couldn't deliver the unit on the desired day. After all, they have a business, and my initial request was for a relatively short time frame. I can't speak to its removal because the unit is still there.

Scheduled a move on a Saturday for a10 min distance. They never showed up. Once I got into contact with them they told me the truck broke down and could only move my cube on Monday. This inconvenienced me as I had hired movers to assist empty my cube. The company offered Mr nothing but an apology.

Too much money spent on this horrible service or lack there of, and little to no customer service.

Customer service was prompt and very helpful and informative. Cube was great quality, clean and wasn't an eyesore in our driveway.

Great service very friendly, easy to work with and professional. They are also very affordable with great prices. I'm very please with their service they are a 10/10 in my books. I will continue to use them and I will again without question.

I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I called cubit storage, as other storage companies couldn’t fulfil my needs for the dates required cubit adjusted and went above and beyond and gave me exactly what I had asked for. Maggie at Cupid was outstanding, helpful and a pleasure to deal with and I would use cubit For my next move in a heartbeat

Very disappointed from their customer service. Ordered a portable storage unit, which will be kept with them for a year and then delivered to my new home. As per the first rep servicing the order, there was a location in Thornhill, which for me was perfect. For some reason the program didn't allow her to take the unit there. We agreed she will talk to someone and call me back in the next 24 hours. Never did.
Then the time for the unit arrival comes. I call them a day before and I address the same issue. The rep couldn't find a location in Thornhill, but told me it will be taken to the most convenient location.
The storage is ready to be moved to their facility. The driver tells me that it will be taken to Utopia (which apparently is outside of Barrie, ON). Because it is the closest to the place where the unit is being picked up from, not because the customer wants or it is most convenient for the driver. As per his advice, I called the customer service phone that he provided to ask them to send the unit to Aurora road location (Uxbridge I believe). I called them right away, while he was leaving the house, and the rep that day said that she discussed it with her supervisor and the unit will be sent to Uxbridge.
Today I call them to confirm the location. And I find out that there are no notes of my phone calls on the day of the move or the one before requesting to find a more convenient location. And yes, they can move it to the location I want but it will cost me $700.
Of course it will cost that much. If you people are moving the storage units out of province for YOUR own convenience and charge your customers after that to pay for you decisions, which are not your customers decisions, of course it sill cost that much! I am wondering how much it will cost me to bring the unit back to the place it needs to be offloaded. I may as well bring a moving company to do offload it in their storage location.it will be much cheaper probably.

Anyway.the saga will continue, I am pretty sure.will keep the interested ones posted

I had a lot of questions and the guys where great and answered them all. They keep you up to date on the delivery and give you a window when you can expect to receive your unit. The storage units are very well build and have lots of time down on the inside walls. The doors are very sturdy and the lock that I bought from them is excellent.

I requested a quote on line and received a call back from a rep very quickly. She was very friendly and helpful and arranged for the container to be delivered the next day. I received updates on the status of the delivery and when the container arrived the driver was friendly and courteous to my wife and put the container exactly where we wanted it. Shortly after the delivery I received an email from another rep, introducing themselves as the person who would help with the arrangements of getting our container picked up and delivered to another city. All in all there was great customer service through the entire process.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I had great experience from when I first talked someone on phone. Always friendly service, no issues, only positive thing say about this company which doesn’t happen much anymore.

So far so good cube arrived on time but hasn't been picked up and delivered yet hopefully all goes well

I'm continuing to have a great experience with Cubeit. When I decided I needed a second cube in order to accommodate the weight of books and tools, they managed to provide one on my schedule despite the increased demand for storage/moving solutions at this time.

The emails and calls for delievry were great. Unfortunately there is not set time for re-delievery of the cubeit to the final drop-off, you're given an 8 hour window which is not convenient at all. YOu have to be waiting for the delievry at 7 am and may wait all day, this needs to be addressed. Very inconvenient when you need to unload.

We booked a cube 2 days before we had to move as we could not find any other movers to do it. Booking was very easy and quick over the phone. We ended up getting another company to handle the move so had to cancel, but the cancellation process was quick and painfree. They have an amazing 24 hour cancellation policy and polite, professional staff.

Tabatha was a great help in organizing and explained everything to me as a first time customer, who hasn’t moved in over 30 years. Unfortunately plans changed and we no longer needed the storage. I believe that this company has it together, very efficient service. I would definitely use them.

We would highly recommend Cubeit. We needed a container last minute and all of their staff moved mountains to make it happen. Over the course of a day I dealt with 5 different staff members Caudra, Christian, Michele, Shannon and one other gentleman who’s name escapes me. Cross-country move and storage at other end was very professional. Excellent way to move your household as you pack and unpack Cube. They deliver, pick up and move it to your destination in a timely manner.

As a TV production, we’re always looking for partners that deliver on promises and exceed our expectations - and CubeIt has done just that. Every single member of their team has been professional and courteous. TV productions can be very fast-paced and it can be hard to keep up with constant requests and changes. But the CubeIt team has done so flawlessly. We have used other portable storage providers in the past, but have always had issues with deliveries/pick ups being late and issues with property damage. But with CubeIt, the drivers are always on time and they go above and beyond to make sure we're satisfied. They even put down ground protection to make sure the driveway didn't get scuffed or scratched.

Once the purchase was completed, customer service all but disappeared. I was given incorrect information and the pod was picked up earlier than agreed upon. No attempts were made to correct this issue. The other aspects of the pod itself and the quality of service by the driving staff were great. It's unfortunate the customer service isn't the same calibre.

The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Staff were knowledgeable and took the time to communicate and answer all questions by telephone and through email. I had a cubeit dropped to my home, picked up, stored and delivered to my current location. Gardener was the driver who picked up and delivered the cubeit. He made the entire process seamless with his professionalism and willingness to answer all questions. Thank you Gardener for helping to make a the moving process so much easier.

The customer service leading up was awesome. Never a wait on the phone, always asking for feedback on their service. However, they need to hire new drivers. The first drop off at our old home the driver was rude, swearing and insisting “they shouldn’t have taken this job” due to the parking lot size. He made me very uncomfortable. Then for the second drop off at our new home- the date we needed was booked up a month ahead. We had to wait 3 days after moving for our date- sleeping on the floor during that time as our bed was in the cube. The worst part? On the scheduled date, IT DIDNT COME. I received a call to confirm, a text, an email- called on the day of myself twice and was told not to worry. At 6: 45pm (last delivery time is 7pm) was called and told the driver went home without delivering to us. Everything we own was in that cube, including our clothing to wear to work the next day. We ended up having to take an extra day off work as a result. I wouldn’t recommend this company for your move. Unfortunately, their drivers are unreliable which is not the experience you want when they carry everything you own.

Cubeit did an amazing job. Your text messages were great. Your staff were very responsive at all times and would call to remind me of the delivery or pickup. They were professional and courteous. Drop off and pickup was handled by Wes. Great job and driver. He was mindfull of the location and property. Overall Cubeit knocked it out of the park! I would recommend Cubeit to anyone requiring a move. Well done!

Amazing service. Delivery drivers were really nice. I had to make some changes prior to delivery and the employees were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend. Everything was explained and exactly as described. I would use them again.

I booked delivery of one of their storage units and found the process quite easy. I was able to make some changes regarding the delivery with no issues. Delivery was issue free with the driver making every effort to place the unit as and where I needed it.

Good service. They managed to get me two cubes for temporary storage (and then transport to a new place) while they were very busy over the winter / Christmas season in 2020 / 2021. The salespeople on the phone were friendly and responsive. The drivers that delivered and picked up the cubes were quite good too - friendly, and were also accommodating (they actually managed some cube placements for me that the salespeople said weren't possible, so I was appreciative). A bit of a hiccup at one point regarding some invoicing (it's apparently automatically generated), but a phone call managed to clear that up. For some reason, the instructions (to the driver) for the placement of the full cubes at the final location was WAY OFF what I asked for - despite two calls in advance clarifying what was needed. The driver was also confused, but as I was present, a discussion with him (who knew me from the original place of pick-up) fixed it right away and I got what I needed - as I said, the driver's were accommodating. I was a bit concerned about the loading of the full cubes, as one video showed them being loaded on quite an angle, but that's not the case - they can life the cubes near horizontal, and quite smoothly (but it's still wise to secure all loads inside anyway - I did it by packing it well and then using ropes, bungee cords and ratchet straps at the end). I was a bit disappointed wit the cubes themselves, particularly the interior configuration. The first one had a wood frame, and the tie-downs were simple eyelets on the vertical members - which were small and spaced fairly far apart. No tie-downs along the horizontal members along the roof, nor into the floor. The second cube had a steel frame (better), and better built-in D-loop tie-downs, but again, only on the vertical members (and not either horizontal along the roof or built into the floor), and spaced fairly far apart. This just made doing tie-downs while loading problematic when dealing with anything but uniformly-sized boxes and crates (i.e. I couldn't do it). Some of the floor panels were not sitting level against one another, leaving a 'lip' that could catch items while loading, and in one case, it caused a leg on one of my kitchen islands to get ripped off. On the cube doors (one was roll-up, the other was swing-out), the latches were either quite rusty or rather stubborn in one case, so I had to spray a bunch of lubricant to get them to work better. Lastly, the only real logistic limitation is the amount of space the truck needs to load / unload the cubes - which I understand is about 60ft - may make it hard for short spaces and/or where travelways cannot be blocked for any length of time. Best to discuss your particular application with them at the time of making a booking. Otherwise, things were pretty much as expected.

Hands down has the best Customer service I have experienced. They delivered on-time and with proper notice. Follows went well and they bent over backwards to make sure our move went well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a storage container in a hurry due to a flood in my basement. I don't have a truck or a way of moving large furniture and items; so I was online looking for options when I found Cubeit. I called and they were able to provide a storage unit the following business day. It arrived right when they said it would, the driver was excellent at placing on the driveway where we wanted it. I was able to put all my things in it, and it comes with a lock so my stuff is secure. The whole process was fast, and easy.

Rented a storage cubeit and it was amazing. Not one item shifted in the unit and everything arrived and unpacked perfect. The customer experience from start to finish is truly awesome! I am so impressed with this company. They do everything right and I will never move again without one and will recommend it as an amazing solution to the horrible experience of moving! 10+

10 days before moving we realized we had miscommunicated with the Cubeit Team. We called immediately and over the next hour they worked their magic and split our move over two days and saved us a major hassle! AMAZING SERVICE - Thank you Cubeit.

More accurate: On the home page of their website Cubit promises ‘a simple and stress-free move. ’ Stress-free it was not.

We packed what we wanted to keep into one cube in preparation for a move from Toronto to Ottawa. The cube was scheduled to depart the day before our move. But apparently, Cubeit trucks are not powerful enough to lift up their own cubes. The truck driver left without our cube. Cubeit phone agents blamed us for packing the cube too full. They said the fine print specifies we should not exceed 4,750. The fine print does not specify what unit of measurement the 4,750 represents. Pounds? Kilograms? Tons? Even if it did, how are we supposed to know how much our belongings weigh? A “manager” we spoke to mentioned that the cube is supposed to comfortably accommodate a three bedroom house. We had two bedrooms, but everything is still our fault according to Cubit.

In the meantime we are still facing a very pressing deadline. Our house is going to be someone else’s house tomorrow. We ask Cubit to send a bigger truck. Cubeit doesn’t have a bigger truck. We ask for another cube to be delivered. Cubeit doesn’t have more cubes. Cubeit makes arrangements for some random moving company to come to unload 1/3 of the cube. We are charged $1,700 for this service. Plus storage. When we try to call Cubeit to argue that we should not be the ones paying this fee, the “manager” asks ‘who told you to hire movers? ’ (Cubeit arranged it), ‘you should have just made the cube lighter’. And do what with our stuff exactly? No answer to that one… but its all still our fault.

The next morning we are waiting for the Cubit truck to come back, as was promised. It doesn’t. At this point we have vacated the house. We are not allowed to re-enter, as its no longer ours. We are waiting in the December cold, in an unheated garage for the Cubit truck to come. In the afternoon we call Cubit for help. The Cubit agent says a particular pick-up time is never guaranteed. We explain the freezing urgency of the situation. The Cubit agent sounds incredulous that we are asking to be placed at the front of the cue. No one else is waiting outside! He doesn’t care. When we refuse to accept that nothing can be done, we are put through to a “manager” (the one who tells us everything is our fault). She is confused as to why we are waiting outside. ‘Because its no longer our house…’ we explain. ‘But why are you waiting at all? ’ she asks. ‘Because your truck already failed to pick up the cube yesterday, we want to make sure it doesn’t fail again before we drive across the province’.

Well guess what? When it arrives, the Cubit truck once again is unable to pick up the cube. Even though it is only 2/3 full. We remove more items from the cube, and drop them on our snowed-in driveway. Ruining who knows how many items by getting them wet. The truck is finally able to lift what is now a half-empty cube. We are stuck in the driveway of our former house, technically trespassing, surrounded by boxes and boxes of our possessions. We don’t know what to do. We don’t have a place to put these boxes, or a way to get them anywhere. We are cold and hungry. Heartbreakingly, our frozen bulldog keeps pulling on her leash, trying to lead us back inside our former house. She doesn’t understand. Thankfully a friend came, took all our stuff, and took us home with her.

We are now in Ottawa. Here is the final tally: We are paying Cubit for the transportation and storage of a half-empty cube. We paid the middle-of-the-night movers $1,700 to take away 1/3 of the cube. We are paying a separately storage facility to store that 1/3 of items. We will now have to take a train back to Toronto, rent a UHAUL, and drive the items left behind at our friend’s house to Ottawa. At our age we are lucky we did not have a heart attack. With all of the extra non-distancing interactions we were forced into, we will be lucky if we didn’t catch Covid. It is yet unknown if the Cubit items will arrive intact or at all.

I was happy to have rented from this company. I was even more grateful for the representative who spoke with me today to explain my invoice. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain in depth the invoice I received after the container was collected.

Thank you so much, sorry I am so bad with names, but you were really great and I am sure you are a great asset to your company. Thank you thank you thank you. It’s so nice to get a friendly pleasant voice these days.

These people damaged my driveway by being careless and not paying attention then they said sorry, nothing we can do because I signed the rental agreement and in the fine print, they say they are not liable. That is pretty pathetic service.

We use these bins every year for our Christmas Food and Toy drive. We are very pleased with the bin, pick-up/delivery and the customer service.

Cubeit saved our move to new home! We sold our previous house one day before the new home purchase and had a lag time in between. As I was advised that we can keep the Cubeit container up to 1 month, we've received it about a week before the sale and packed all our many things way ahead of time! No rush at all! No rush from the new owners, no rush from the movers! When the container came and went away for storage I've received the notification texts, calls, and invoices. Very clear and thorough. The process was also very professional, friendly, and mentally comforting. Drivers were super cool too! They were all ready for the job, very polite, friendly, and reassuring. We a bit were worried if the truck wouldn't be able to come in on our drive way as it was very narrow. However all four (came in, going out to storage, came to new home, taken away for good) drivers were easily able to put them on our land safely. They all possessed the state-of-art parking skills!

I was a bit too excited for this opportunity to share my experience with Cubeit and might have written too long of a comment. But I am sure that we will use Cubeit services again if we have any other moving chances. I do strongly recommend Cubeit to my friends, relatives, colleagues, and literally anyone, who are moving or considering the moving without hassle. Trust me, you will find the peace of mind and comfort in your moving!
