I never knew a thing about water until I met with Janene. She was knowledgeable, professional, kind and great with my kids! Who would have thought there was so much to know about water? Thanks, Janene, for a wonderful experience and good, clean, pure drinking water!

So, just to start. Janene is by far one of the best reps I've ever met! Was thorough and BEYOND informative in regards to the services they offer. So well versed in terms of how the installation will go and how the rentals are set up. She didn't try to force us to buy or rent anything, which was refreshing as another water location tried to push us into it while my wife and I were browsing. She was great with us, and made us feel very comfortable. We would 100% recommend speaking with her if you've ever thought of having a softener or a drinking water system installed. Janene is my representative and she has always exceeded my expectations. She thoroughly explained the process and delivery was always on time. If there is an issue she attains to it immediately and resolves it quickly.

3. Installation itself went perfect, the technician was pro.and decent.
4. Prices are not cheap, but I guess they're worth because the quality and services.

Janene has been so great, she gave me all the info I needed to make my decision to proceed. Clara arrived on time and after testing our water, provided a recommendation for a reverse osmosis system. Ryan was our technician and he arrived on time, installed the system quickly and explained how to use it. Excellent experience all the way around!

I recently installed a water softener with reverse osmosis from Culligan. The sales lady Janene Braaksma was super amazing! She was soo friendly it I knew I could trust her from the get go. She explained everything I needed to know about my current water system including experimentation. She communicated to me how efficient the system is (because I told her Im all about saying $$). The technician that came to install the system was very as well. Ive always been a little skeptical about sales people, but I will tell you, the experience I had with Janene was incredible! We had a local power outage issue and the Georgetown office responded very quickly, having a technician here the next day. He reset the softener and explained the backup procedures our softener had in place. Very satisfied the service.

After moving from having city treated water to Orangeville where we are on well water, I noticed my youngest daughter was breaking out with terrible dry, cracked skin. After consulting with Janene, she tested our water and it was incredibly hard. I chose to get a water softener and within a week of having it there was such a huge change in not only my youngest daughters skin, but the whole families. On top of other noticeable things, like cleaner dishes, shower doors/sink faucets/toilets cleaner. I would recommend Janene 100% not only because of her knowledge about water systems but she’s a friendly face and a welcomed guest at our house anytime!

Went to Culligan to ask about our water softener. Found out it was 20 years old! Janene from the Georgetown Culligan came over that afternoon to check the old softener and offer us options to replace that best suited our families needs. A week later, all installed quickly, efficiently and I am excited to say we have beautifully soft water now!
