Culligan

Thanks to Arjun Patel for installing the system. Great work. I asked so many questions related to water system and he fully satisfied and answered the questions. Plus water quality is big difference. I will recommend everyone to them.

Our original order was two cartridges to be delivered. However, Culligan did not ship them on the intended date without a prepayment was made. Since we were not comfortable in making a prepayment without a single invoice shared with us, we decided to go in-person to make the purchase. We also had chatted with them on the phone and provided them with this update, as well we asked them to share us other options, which they did.

Strangely enough, the very next day, we were delivered two cartridges (not even the ones we had originally ordered). Somehow a decision was made for us (for the options they had shared) and they decided to ship us the cartridges without a prepayment made. How ironic.

It is extremely confusing and frustrating on so many levels. The team is friendly, but seriously.communication and the processes put in place needs to be better!

Culligan and their representatives, specifically Eric, proved to be extremely helpful and trustworthy. Eric provided me with all the necessary information and went above and beyond answering my questions. Also, I unfortunately had to cancel the order due to external circumstances but Eric and Culligan made the process extremely easy and straight forward. Rest assured you are dealing with a high integrity company and there is no risk of getting trapped into a system you don’t want. I will definitely be going to Eric and Culligan for my next filtration system. I feel very comfortable highly recommending Culligan and Eric for anyone looking to get a water filtration system.

Eric Reid was the sales representative who sold us the Culligan filtration unit. He provided his mobile number to us and invited us to call him if there was any concern at anytime. Recently we had a minor issue and called Eric who immediately put the wheels in motion to make sure the problem was addressed to our satisfaction. He got in touch with Dean Evan’s who came to our house immediately to deliver water while waiting for a part to be delivered. Dean came to our house the following day to look after the problem. Eric stayed involved throughout to make sure we were satisfied and the problem was dealt with. Now that is customer service.

The only reason I didnt give a 10 is that I was told that my delivery would be on Sept 25th, then was told it would be delayed to the 26th. I was just about to go out when I saw the truck on the 25th, luckily. The only other problem is I wish you could give an AM or PM time at least.

I have had my WS and RO for over 15 years. I have them serviced once per year. The products that I have are durable and work efficiently. The technicians that I have had are knowledgeable about my products. They are thorough and always tidy up if needed.

Drivers pull out of there yard in front of you, cutting you off and forcing you to slam the brakes, Meanwhile there is noone coming behind you and no other traffic on the road. PERFECT!

It's all about people. Starting with sales rep- Eric, through installer of the equipment -Rob, and finishing with driver that delivers bags of salt- Frank. All fantastic and dedicated people, professional and caring. We purchased equipment a year ago and it is great, we are very satisfied with our RO water purifier and all house water softener. When sales rep comes back to client after a year from the sale to personally help and advise on maintenance - that speaks volume. And that's Eric Reid, sales rep from Brampton branch.

The staff here lacks basic courtesy and are very rude. The managers are very condescending and inconsiderate of other people's time. The worst experience here and I'll recommend everyone not to come here.

I had been considering getting their service for a while now, after this experience that's out the door.

Aweeeeeeesome place my water cooler broke I called the company they were super nice to me so we took the drive went to the office and could not of ask for better staff they answered all my questions they did not rush you to make a decision, we made the decision to take the cooler from them if you need water that's the best company.

Eric helped replace my softener system, very pleased with his expertise on the culligan system. The service was fast and clean.

I booked an appointment and received a pre-confirmation call from them on 28th April 2023. The customer representative was extemely rude and arrogant. She did not know the pricing. She did not know the details. On requesting if I can get a call from the customer team who would be able to tell me an approximate pricing of the product, she denied.

I recently had the drinking water system installed and dealing with Eric Reid was great. He provided me with all the necessary information so I could make an informative decision based on my family's needs. He was always available when I had questions and went above and beyond with his customer service skills. He promised a great system and definitely delivered. The installer was also very professional and informative he provided me with some great tips as well. I'm very pleased with the Culligan drinking water system!

I ordered salt for my water softener for home delivery. Person name was killjoy. Very nice guy Very soft spoken. He put all the begs I'm my basement. Very happy to say that I had Very good experience

We had some problems with calcium builds up seen on the counter top and bottom of the water boiler that makes us worry about our health.

I have used RO water since 1997. I started with Culligan rentals, then switched to other self-installation products because they were more economical. I now find myself a satisfied and happy owner of a Culligan RO unit. Because Culligan delivers good quality with convenience of add-on services that takes the hassle of replacing filters yourself. Representatives like Eric Reid offers objective suggestions and provides in-depth explanations to questions on technical specification. There is no question that Culligan offers good quality and service. It is important to me that I do not have to deal with filter changes and other technical issues should they arise. It is a feature that is not available from self-installation products, and is well worth the investment.

We have a rental culligan water softener for several years. Soft water reduced soap scum, tastes good and increases the life of appliances. Culligan provides top notch service. Install and service teams are quick and responsive. Would recommend Culligan to all.

Mustafa was very knowledgeable, polite, accommodating and best of all not pushy. He took his time and answered all our questions, demonstrated multiple test on our water. He explained in detail the total costs and breakdowns. I am honestly very impressed with his service.

Even after the initial meeting he did follow ups and still treated us the same throughout the whole process.

Recently moved to ontario and was loosing hair and had my sons eczema was out of control. We have never had water treatment and spoke to alot of different companies and felt very lost. We were fortunate to have had Mustafa come to our home and finally clearly explain what we needed and why we needed it. He was not like the other sales people, he was very enthusiastic and patiently answered all our questions. The installation process was very smooth and clean just as promised, and we are already seeing the benefits of our new amazing water!

We called Culligan to have a technician come out to look at our Culligan water softener as it wasn't working properly. They sent a technician WHO WAS NOT QUALIFIED to look at a water softener. He made it VERY CLEAR that he was not certified and would not be looking at the softener and DID NOT PERFORM ANY SERVICES. Yet Culligan sent us a bill for a service call with NO SERVICES RENDERED. Then they sent another technician to diagnose and fix the same water softener. Took the softener to"fix" and was not returned until THREE WEEKS LATER. The water softener is now displaying ERROR MESSAGES. We have now receive a a second bill for the second service call plus the "repair" of the softener even though it's still showing an error display message that was never there in the first place. Smarten up Culligan. We will ONLY be paying for SERVICES RENDERED.

Eric Reid was amazing. Worked with him twice and bought two water filter systems which is great! I have no calcium build up on my tea pot anymore. Water tastes great.

I had been shopping around for a softener for my niece for about 5 months and spoke to sales rep Eric late spring. He was able to go through the different products including their smart He softener. I was in no rush and the rep was patient and explained the differences from the Costco options. Happy that I was able to make an informed decision. Thanks Culligan and Eric

I have always problem with their scheduled delivery. Every time I have to call to order and it takes a week to delivery. So poor service. Hold on phone 10 mins. Never going to work again

This Culligan location is a disaster. The staff do not answer the phones. I tried requesting "preventative maintenance" to ensure the system was working and the person who came said they are not qualified to service water softeners. Many years ago I tried to have them deliver salt to my house and even that they could not do. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CONSIDER THIS CULLIGAN LOCATION.

I have a friend who has Culligan water softner in his home has referred me Eric Reid. He has scheduled a meeting and demo their product in detail which made me easy to buy their water softner the same day. We got the product installed by James, he is a pro in installing the water softner with a perfect finish.

We had few problems with our city water, all of them are gone with in a week period. I would rate their product and services the best in quality and a great price compare to other products that are available in the market.

I have been using Culligan since 2019 and they have been great! Very accommodating and professional through a move and the pandemic.

Performing as expected. Got installed on January 10,2022 whole home water treatment and reverse water cleaning for drinking. Feeling satisfied and can feel the difference on skin and taste of water. Hoping it will be consistent for the year ahead. Mobile app.of the machine realized me how much water we are using for daily usage. Definitely will recommend for the quality and service provided.
