Increased the price of their UV bulbs to $240 ($150 last year). Then they wouldn’t return an unopened box. The price at Emco is 144. So it’s not a price increase from the manufacturer. Feeling pretty ripped off, considering I’ve been a customer for years

I have been a customer of Culligan for a number of years. I have always been satisfied with the service and recommend them highly.

Store likes to close a bit early, so dont bother showing up unless you'll get there 10 minutes before closing

I bought 8 bottles of water over the course of a few years I went to return a bottle to be told my name isn't in the system and I'm only eligible to return one more bottle and was told I will have to return the bottles to Walmart or Costco. I was not aware you could buy big bottles of water at other stores then yours as I have never seen them anywhere else. So now I am stuck with all these bottles and am not allowed to return them.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN ASKED MY NAME WHEN I BOUGHT NEW BOTTLES! As well the staff at the Peterborough location seem to like to argue with the customers.
