We are renting a Culligan water softener. The installation process was smooth and easy, the equipment has been working well, and the staff have been very helpful. We've tried lease-to-own before but will stick with the monthly rental as it is simple and straightforward. We would recommend using Culligan for water treatment needs.

We were very impressed by Norraine and her knowledge when giving us the sales call. Her followup visit was late but she called as soon as she could to let us know that she was running behind. We appreciate that she doesn't answer or make phone calls when she is with a client.thank you for that:) Josh was very friendly and courteous both times he came to my home. Culligan is my first water softner service provider and being a customer for just a couple of weeks culligan customer service exceeded my expectation.

Recently got the water softener, chlorine remover and RO system. I am very happy with the service. Installation done professionally, neat and clean. Impressed with the results.

Love how my dishes come out of dishwasher now. I never knew how soft water made the difference but it does. From the person who sold me unit, installer and salt deliverer and customer service over phone everyone has been professional, polite and answer all my questions and get back to me promptly. I have a Culligan Gold Series water softener in my home. I was having a problem with my unit. I called Culligan they sent Gus their service rep to diagnose what the problem was. Within minutes he found the problem and solved it. It was the SALT I was using. His knowledge and expertise of the product and his professional courtesy was a surprise. He told me there would be no charge 4 his service. Kudos and five stars to Culligan of Woodstock.

Was not fully explained the lease to own agreement. Ended up costing me over $5000 for a water softener.

My issues were resolved in a timely manner, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you.

We have been with Culligan for a number of years, and just recently needed an upgrade for our system, Shawn Thorton came out, and was very informative, and walked me threw everything I needed to know, he was very professional and was great with a house full of kiddos running around, definitely recommend

Norraine is a very knowledgeable and personable salesperson who knows her product well and has the answers to all my questions and concerns. Gus installed my mom’s reverse osmosis system and he was very skilled at his work, knew exactly what to do and cleaned up after himself as well as gave us helpful tips on use of the equipment. He was friendly and positive.a real people-person. Both of these employees are in the right business in my opinion. The only thing that I regret is that I didn’t wait another week before calling to order the RO system, as the next week a promotional coupon came in the mail offering up to six hundred dollars discount on purchasing a system. Other than that, I am very happy with everything else and my mom is really enjoying her drinking water. Kindest thanks, Joanne James

Norrain was very helpful when dealing with my RO system. Also bottled water very cheap on Saturdays.
