We had a very good experience with Culligan. John came to the house twice with information and to finalize the purchase. He was great to deal with. Very professional and great product knowledge. I could text him anytime with questions which was very helpful. Thanks John! The actual installation was on time and well done. Great service.

I paid cash, service I was requiring was too much for what I was getting. My son let me know and when he cancelled the order and picked up my salt was told since I paid cash. I now have a 2 to 3 week wait for my refund by cheque. I have been with Culligan for 10 years. Very disappointed. In the slow return of my money. Not to mention customer service was not impressive. Said they would call me back and didn't.

They left my elderly parents without water for the weekend when one of their drivers didn't show up for work. They didn't even bother to call them to tell them they weren't coming. Worst customer service. I cannot believe they feel other people's time waiting around for these guys to get there means nothing.

My sales person Lypje (Liepea) Zylstra was fantastic. She explained all the models I had questions about and recommended the one that fit my needs the best. She called me back the next day to let me know when they would be installing it, and the installers arrived precisely when I was told they would. Really professional from sales to installation. I highly recommend this company 100%.

Great service. Delivery drivers have been amazing. Never had any issues with water like I have at other suppliers.

I am a customer since 1998. With my 1st house and also my 2nd house I also purchased the softener from the same culligan. But this time I really unhappy with it. My copper fitting that connected on the back of the softener was leaking and I went in to ask if they have the part for sell, but the girl at front desk told me that my model was old and they install new softener different now. I looked at the floor model and it fits exactly with what I have, I said to her: if you guys can install this model that means you guy also have the part for me or show me what part you use to install it she looked at me for a while and said she will have someone call me, been more than 3 days and no one gives me a call. Never again that I will purchase from culligan. If I can give 0 star I would. I never write a review about things but this time I really upset about it.

Absolutely terrible service. We have now been nearing a moth without a working water softener and still no solution. Our first appointment was made for Monday December 6th over a week from our first call to have it fixed. Took the entire day off work because no time could be given for the service tech to show up. At 3pm still no technician, we call and find out the service call was given to a technician that can’t lift. So no fix, instead we are offered two bags of salt and a months free rant… and a later date to have it fixed. The next closest date was Tuesday December 14th. The time given was 2: 30pm which worked out well as someone would be home by then. At 12: 30 I get a call on my cell phone from the service technician saying he will be there in 30min. I’m still at work and no way to leave. So now we have yet another date of Monday December 20th. Very very disappointed with Culligan…

Very prompt and good service. Very good equipment (I have the water softener as well as the osmosis system) and I'm very happy with them. Providing salt on demand for water softener is the best service you can offer to a customer.

I can't say enough great things about Culligan in Cambridge.
From the initial service call to the installation of the water softener, the customer service was outstanding. They worked with me to find the right solution for my home and were prompt and courteous. I was able to refurbish my existing water softener and bring it back to like new condition for a fantastic price versus buying new. I appreciate Culligan's honest approach to conducting their work. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a water softener to check these folks out. I will definitely be back to buy again when the time comes!

I moved into my house over 5 years ago and with it came a Culligan water softener system. Just last month we finally noticed there was a problem with it and called Culligan to have a service agent come have a look at it. It was not repairable or worth repairing because it was 26 years old, that's right 26 years! With this information and the fact that a water softener from Culligan can last 26 years, we purchased another brand new high efficiency water softener from Culligan. We have been enjoying the soft water for approximately 2 weeks now. The service is top notch! I had a sales lady follow-up about a week after installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and when I mentioned one small issue/misunderstanding on my part about an extra step I wanted during the installation that was not completed, a phone call later and I had another service date for the service agent to compete my extra request! Wowzah, what company goes out of their way to complete an extra step (not a part of the install service or purchase agreement) that was asked of by the customer! Way to go Culligan, my first time with Culligan and it will NOT be my last - unless the water softener out lives me! LOL

So friendly and incredibly helpful! I came in with what I thought was an major equipment issue, but was pleasantly surprised to see it remedied within minutes. I'm pleased to see a company stand behind its products - there's a reason we've been customers for almost 20 years.

Heather was a very polite and professional salesperson who answered any and all questions I had before deciding to purchase a new softener from you. Also, the technician who came to my house and did the installation was very friendly and respectful to keep the work tidy and efficient. Wish I remembered his name. He gave me some extra knowledge about the type of salt to use that is ideal as well to maximize the performance of our system and extend it's life span. I liked it so much that I recommended it to neighbors as well and another person purchased through my referral. The only negative is that I haven't heard anything regarding my referral bonus from you guys. It's now approaching one month since. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

Clean facility, great prices. Cheap fulls on Tuesday and 24hr fill station, bring your own change.

We've had our Culligan water filter system for three years and they called us to recommend a service appointment. It included filter changes, sanitization, and a complete inspection. When the technician arrived, he was only here for 10 minutes, and wrote on the invoice that he was here for 25 minutes. The services were completed, but I doubt it was a very thorough inspection in only 10 minutes. The service cost was $132 (not including the cost of the filters). I could have switched filters and flushed the system myself and saved the money. When I called Culligan to complain about all of the above, they didn't seem very concerned and said that it was all normal. Apparently technicians are permitted to write misleading times on their invoices and rush in and out of a service appointment in 10 minutes, if there are no problems with the system. I am not happy with the service and won't be using it again.

Have had many issues using their 24-hour fill station. Often won't accept my change, and has eaten coins before. Very inconvenient when in a crunch.

As a new customer I am very disappointed in the service. I call to set up an account. Get told I will be called back in 10 min. After an hour waiting for a call back. I finally decided to call them the person on the phone had no record of my account or call. Then half hour later I received the call. Finished setting up my account pre paid for bottles. Got told the water I ordered for delivery would be delivered today. Aug 28.2019. To find out the driver is behind. I get a call 5 min to 5 saying they will deliver tomorrow. This will probably be the only time I use culligan. I will find a different water company to go with. Not happy at all with the overall experience.

Update. They called me today. Very understanding on what went wrong. I am happy they took the time to hear me out and also try to make it right. I am going to stay with them for the moment.

Awesome service and really high quality people goes along with the highest quality water I've ever consumed. Comiming from someone who drinks mostly water and no tap water. Reverse osmosis from Culligan is way above gold standard, and affordable too.

My old water was running all the time. Culligan came over very quickly and I had my new water softener installed within 48 hours Great service! Denise- Cambridge, Ontario

Reverse Osmosis faucet squeaks and finish is worn after 5 years. Called for my "free" tap replacement under their warranty, and Culligan wants to charge me $139 to send a technician to replace the tap. I am more than capable of changing this myself. So much for the "free" faucet under warranty. It's cheaper to get a replacement faucet from Home Depot and install it myself.

Great people. Always quick and on time, great service, they find solution of all my water problems, drinking water, laundry water and more. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a water softener from Culligan. They were extremely helpful in all aspects of this purchase. Cathy helped us pick out the most suitable unit for our home and Ash was quick and professional when installing the unit which took under an hour which includes tapping into the water lines. I would definitely recommend their services to any friends or family.

I needed an O ring for my softener. I was provided a couple of them for free in 5 minutes. Very helpful staff.

Ed and Mitch changed the filters on our RO system today and we were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism.

Hubby called Culligan on Friday for an estimate on a water softener and water filtration system. Lypje answered and came over right away and discussed the cost of putting in a new system. On Monday Ed arrived to install the new system and take out the old water softener. He was very courteous and efficient and completed his work in a few hours. Next day, Lypje came over to inspect the work and test the water. We are very happy with the service and are now enjoying clear, clean tasting water again. Thank you very much for your prompt service.

Excellent service with good advice as to how to keep the system maintained between service calls. Mark and Sean were, as usual, on time and knowledgeable.

I ordered both a water softener and a water filtration system through Culligan of Cambridge. Edward was wonderful as the diagnostic technician who came to check on our previous broken water softener, Lypje, as the point of contact for the sales, was very prompt in addressing all issues and was very easy to deal with, and Jeff was fantastic with installing the new appliances. I don't know how they've managed to put together such a friendly and personable team, but it was certainly a much more pleasant and pain-free experience than similar interactions I've had with other appliance people! A big THANK YOU to the team, and an unreserved recommendation from me!

Dan was a great technician who came in to install a new soft water unit. He was quick and courteous, took away the old one and totally cleaned up.
