I have been a customer for eleven years or so and have always had a positive experience with Culligan. The staff in all areas of their operations are great and the water.awesome! Thank you Culligan.

After 5 years in my new home my Culligan Softner tank started leaking. There were a number of technicians that came out to diagnose, but when Josh Cornish came out to fix, he had to redo the plumbing as it was not level, then adjust and angle and level of the tank. Hopefully any leaks are behind me now. Thanks Josh.

Culligan delivery is so convenient.

Great customer service. Appointments made in a timely manner, and technician has arrived on time every year for filter change. I appreciate not having to wait the full 4 hours in the appointment window.

After using Culligan for a few years we have decided to rip everything out and just buy a Brita water filter for our drinking water.

In May of this year we had our under the sink filtration system moved by Culligan from one home to another and within 6 months we were faced with a screeching faucet every time the filtration button was pressed.

In advance of calling Culligan, we had a professional plumber come and troubleshoot as we weren't sure what was causing the issue.

After about 5 minutes of troubleshooting, the plumber confirmed it was the Culligan installed bypass that was the culprit.

Upon calling Culligan to request a tech to be dispatched, we were told we'd have to pay a $179 service fee, just to look at the issue. An issue THEY caused.

As the unit was only installed in our new home in May, I found the paid service request to be questionable. When I pressed, Ashley confirmed their service work was only warrantied for 3 months.

You have to be asking yourself, what kind of company only has a 3 month warranty on their service/installation work right?

To add insult to injury, at our last home, these "professionals" forgot to install a bypass to the exterior water spouts, which caused SALT FILTERED WATER to be sprayed all over our front and back lawn every time we watered the grass. Which caused me over $1500 to repair!

Culligan water delivery is so convenient. Administrative and delivery staff are positive, polite and always there to help!

Very inexpensive compared to buying prefilled bottles at a store.

Joshua & Brad were here yesterday to change the filters on our drinking water system. They also updated our system for us.

Only complaint has not much to do with the company, but other customers who can't figure out how to park nicely.

I have been a customer for a number of years. The service is excellent. The technician was personable, pleasant and VERY helpful. He tested my water and saved me from unnecessarily replacing filters I thought I would need and replace. They are ethical honest and reliable.

My 5 STAGE RO system is easy to use and maintain, is MUCH cleaner and cheaper than bottled water from the store, is much cleaner than the water pitcher Britta style filtration. I have shopped before I bought mine and know it to be top of the line with equally top of the line customer service and tech support. I HIGHLY recommend anyone serious about their water quality to look into getting a 5 Stage Culligan RO system installed. I am glad I did and will be a customer for life. - Vic Jasin

Open 24 hours for self-serve refills. Very inexpensive, only $2 per fill. People in the office are very helpful and friendly. They have remained open during the Covid-19 pandemic. I've been using Culligan water for several years, and so I appreciate that they remained open. Kudos to the folks working for Culligan

A couple days ago i have called Cullgan to test my well water on iron, sulfur, color and hardness, and if any problem found suggest what water treatment beside current should be applied. Appointment has been made. Gerry Whitney has shown up right on time. He was conducting tests and politely explained each test result clearly. He was honest with me telling that i have no problem with water and current system is doing its job. Thanks Thanks Gerry for great service and honesty.

Will not stop leaving flyers in my mailbox. When I sent them an email to ask them to stop they started calling me and emailing me offering their services. Will never do business with them out of spite.

Last time I was there an employee helped me with carrying the heavy bottles to my car. They do it with a smile!

Excellent customer service! Very reliable delivery and friendly service. Water systems are such a great way to decrease the number of single use plastic bottles for my staff. Highly recommend this particular location of Culligan!

I bought a water cooler over a year ago & went to Culligan for the refillable water containers. The $2 Tuesdays are great but it would be nice if they were open a little later than 5. Most people work until 5 & we struggle making it on time.
Anyways, now I have no vehicle & I'm wondering if there is an option for weekly/bi-weekly delivery? I would hate to go back to plastic bottles. I'd gladly get a few more jugs if delivery was bi-weekly. & reasonably priced.

Have had nothing but exceptional service! I got a cooler installed for my Spin Studio in London and absolutely love it. Always friendly, fast service from this group. Will highly recommend to other fitness establishments!

Absolutely first rate service! When our softener quit working this week, Culligan arranged for a fast service call. The very knowledgeable service tech diagnosed the problem within minutes and had a replacement lined up for install within a day. They made the replacement time that fit my work schedule and the service tech even called me the night before to let me know exactly when he would be coming. Exceptional service all around. I am impressed and would look nowhere else. Thanks Culligan.

Every time I've used the 24h self fill station, it has stolen my money. It doesn't fill and it doesn't return your credit. It's just a money-grab. Don't waste your time here.

They go above and beyond to help their customers. I will not drink any city water. I love my Culligan water!

We scheduled a re install of our Culligan water softner and your team did a great job of keeping the machine for us while we waited for our new home to be built. Much appreciated. The install was carried out by Shaun Thornton and he was very professional. He took extra steps to ensure not to get dirt on our new carpet going down stairs. He tested everything before departing.
Overall very impressed.

I won't drink any other water after trying Culligan. The employees at this location are extremely informed on the products and are very friendly. They have a lot of versatile options to have clean water at home, there's something for everyone there!

I would like to thank Culligan for the quick response and replacement of the electronic head of our water softener. In particular I would like to commend Shawn Thornton (service technician) who did the replacement. He took the time to locate the possible problem and to let me know the signs to look for in the future should there be any future problem. He reviewed the operation of the Head of the unit and familiarized me with the component parts. Busy as he was he took time to reassure me that the product was excellent and should not pose any further call. He even said phone if I had the slightest concern which was reassuring. Shawn's demeanor and professionalism are to be commended.thank you Shawn.
