Culligan of Hanover, ON

I like that we get a schedule for the year and you are always here on the scheduled day. Customer service/delivery is ALWAY courteous and helpful. I’m older and have a really tough time lifting the salt bags. Your delivery people will always take the bags downstairs for me and fill the water softener before they leave. I really appreciate the service I get from Culligan Hanover.

Very happy with everything from our initial call to service call and installation of new equipment. Customer service was great and everything was clearly explained and done quickly.

My experience with Culligan of Hanover was great from the beginning. The customer service is great and the technician who installed my UV light system was knowledgeable and informative. Very great experience, and as a young woman I was treated well and not spoken down to because of my lack of knowledge. The technician answered all my questions and summarized the final install result to me. I feel prepared to maintain my new system!

Great customer service from delivery to administration. We really appreciate our driver who delivers salt and fills it since due to injuries etc.we could not do this ourselves. Thanks to him for being awesome.

Just want to thank Culligan in Hanover for a tremendous experience in getting a water softener. From the sales call to delivery, install, setup and post sales service to address a concern I thought I had which turned out to be nothing. I would highly recommend them to my friends

Callihan has the most amazing staff. From the office staff to the delivery people, it's hard to find nicer, more helpful people. Callihan has made the world of difference for me!

Not impressed with the pricing. You get charged twice for “service-labour” even though only one trip was made and only 1 hour to do the job. $135.00 for the first “service-labour” to change the ultra violet light bulb and then another $103.50 “service -labour” to change the 3 other filters. Even though it only took 5 minutes to do this. So in total the bill was $243.50/ hour for their labour. Geez I think lawyers are cheaper. Please note I am being billed for all the filters and lights separately over and above these charges. And to add insult to injury a $5.00 fuel surcharge is added and we are only 15 minutes from Hanover. Final bill was $748.00. A complete rip off and scamming of the customer.

Friendly and helpful support. Wayne Schnittker was amazing, he came to our home and provided us with a water test right then and there. He provided guidance with going over what water softener would best suit our home and family. We have always been very happy with the service Culligan provides and look forward to having our new water softener installed.

After having two different water companies over the past ten years, we are happy with what Culligan has recently installed and that we can expect them to be our long-term service providers.

I decided to cancel my account with Culligan as the prices were getting a little high for me.
On returning my 4 bottles I had, they charged me a 10$ delivery fee. VERY unprofessional.
