Culligan of Kitchener, ON

I used to think highly of Culligan. This however, was before I had to try to use their services. I am looking for a water softener.
I went on to their website and began dealing with a bit. I then tried dealing with a human being. I was promised that someone would get back to me “in a few minutes. ”
That was two days ago.
A “Ryan” left an email, cheerily offering help. I replied. No answer yet.
It has been three days now.
Your move, Culligan. Communicate with me sometime.

Professional fantastic install by Kyle and his team. He even put a valve on the line that goes to the fridge which is separate from the RO. Much appreciated.

I have been very happy with the services provided by Culligan, especially the men who completed the installation. After explaining how I should have a few dead faucets removed, they did it for me. I truly appreciated this extra measure as it saved me from having to hire a plumber. The process from my first contact with Culligan, to the sales/consult appointment and then the service, was all excellent. I would highly recommend this company for your soft water needs.

Hello, I strongly recommend the Culligan Company, I have the water salt system for my shower, laundry etc, it's amazing my hair, and my skin are not dry anymore and even my clothes is more white n look less Damage and you will have less damaging for your appliances etc. I see a big difference.also I just got the water system for the my tap water last week, WOW this water I drink now is amazing, I digest my food better, I love the taste I strongly recommend my stomach feel much better since then, I m amazed of the quality of my water now, specially in Kitchener the water is very bad it comes from underground, the water is hard water, not healthy at all. Like Burlington the water is from lake Ontario so its soft water but they had FLUORIDE inthe their water still recommended anywhere you are I drink more water then ever, also the thea n coffee taste better, n you can cook with it also, its a huge difference for your HEALTH I LOVE it, no more bottle of plastic. Also the gentleman who came is name is Kyle, excellent costumer service, he answered all my questions and more, also he cleaned everything after the installation, I give him 5 and more! Also Peter the gentleman in Kitchener store, was amazing too, he explained everything you need to know. I strongly recommend Culligan water to everyone. They can go TEST your water in your home or business also. Thank you.

We had a great experience with Mark Da Silva from scheduling, initial inspection, quotation and walk-thru the process and benefits of having Culligan filtration system. He knows his products well and articulated most of the things I wanted to hear. He also came back as after-sales service to assure us that the water filtration was installed properly and safe for our kids for just one text message. He let us feel that he will never be too busy to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Great guy to work with I guess!

It is easy and convenient. The delivery people are fast and kind. The cost is completely worth it. It has made such a change to how we drink water. We drink way more and use less water bottles. It is so much better for the environment.

The installer was great. He was very nice and professional. Dave the sales associate was very nice and helped us decide what we needed in our RO system.

I have enjoyed this water for many years, and won't stop. The deliveryman is very polite in his job. The water is very cold and I enjoy drinking it.

We had a great experience dealing with Culligan. Both our water consultant, Dave, as well as our installer Mitchell, were very professional, informative, and friendly. We love simply going to the tap for filtered water and no longer lugging several bottles each week.

Here at cullingans I never can complain, they are always friendly and it a great place to fill your water bottles when you need to fill them. The price is awesome as well

Bought a 40L water jug here with a $10 deposit. They wouldn't give my deposit back because my phone number wasn't in the system. No one asked for my number when I bought it Water bottle had the Culligan label and everything.

It's $10 so I'm over it. But I'm sure they make a killing doing this for other people too.
