Culligan of Orangeville has provided great service for us for the last 5 years. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and do a great job.

Purchased a softener system 15 years ago, and it's still going strong with only a few service calls.
Service techs have always been great to deal with and go above and beyond. It was worth the extra money over a department store brand!

We had a water softer and drinking water filter system installed. Very happy with the Culligan systems installed. Everyone from the sales representative to the installer were professional and informative. Kind and willing to be helpful which is hard to find these days.

We bought a water softener from Culligan in 2021 which was a good experience. We had a plumber come in recently and tell us that it wasn't softening the water. Shelley called me and came to our house today and tested everything, adjusted the settings and the water softener is working fine and doing what it is supposed to. I feel bad I left a not so favourable review previously because Shelley is always available to help if you have questions or concerns. Thank you Shelley and Culligan! We are satisfied and relieved that all is ok.

Certainly a pleasure to deal with Joanne at the Orangeville Culligan. Happy with her service and expertise. Our new installation works perfect as well. Highly recommended, thanks Joanne!

Culligan came to service our water softener. The service tech was on-time, polite, efficient and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and fixed it right away.

Our experience with Culligan Orangeville was fantastic! Our sales rep, Joanne was very knowledgeable, and made sure everything work to our liking. Stefano, the installer was fantastic, and went above, and beyond his means to make sure everything was done correctly in a timely matter. Also kept everything very clean and tidy.

Great In home consultation! Joanne new every detail of her product and offered me different price and product options. She did not try to sell the most expensive product first! Paperwork was easy and they had some great December offers!
Installation was with Jeff and it was super fast even though I had the softener and filtration installed. My dog loved him so that’s always a good sign! Fast Efficient and took the time to explain the product!

After everything I read about Culligan in Orangeville, I’m sorry to see that my experience was less than stellar.
I advised that my well pump wasn’t working and asked if Culligan does that type of service. The person on the phone sure but we’d need to send a tech out to see what the issue is. We set an appointment and the tech arrived to advise that they don’t handle that type of work. He apologized and then advised it was the third call that day where he was sent to a house that he could not service.
A week later, I received a call from Culligan advising that I owe $207 for the service call!
When I complained that nothing was actually done, I was then advised that I knew about the fee.
Wonder if the other two people with similar calls got the same?

Staff are friendly and accomodating. Needed help with a technician. He came same day to help us. My Culligan system was installed in 2007. Never had any problems with it. Only usual maintenance needs. Very happy with it.

I have been dealing with culligan for many years they are always very helpful in delivering the salt and putting in the tank the delivery guys are all amazing and and the service men are always very polite and helpful thank you to them all.
