Buyer beware! Shop Around. They charge $179 service call. Then they charge a service call of $129 for each piece of equipment they touch on site. So if they touch 3 tanks you get a service call 3 times $179 + $129 +$129 when already on site. That’s almost $500 with tax just in service calls for 1 visit. Far over the $179 quoted over the phone Then it’s $62.50 in labour for each tank they touch. So to change a screen in 5 min it’s $62.50 for 5 min work and another $62.50 for the next 5 min work and the same for each tank they touch. Less than 1 hour work $654.00 for 3 screens that cost them about $10. The biggest problem is to charge a service call for each piece of equipment when already on site from the first service call billing. Which they stated would be $179 but not once did they ever mention there would be a service call for each equipment when on site. As far as I’m concerned a service call cover the gas and time for the person to show up then you pay them for there work. Not 2 more service calls when already in site. Total screwers. This is 1000% not acceptable from any company and I’m a business owner. I would never screw people this way. So buyer beware. Check for other systems beside Culligan. I had an appointment to get a sulfer tank to replace my iron tank but just canceled it because of this redictulus billing. Never in my 54 years of living have I ever seen anything so screwed as this practice. DO NOT BUY FROM CULLIGAN a service call will bankrupt you. $654 for less than 1 hour work means you need to earn $1000 to have $654 to pay there bill. They are charging more than a lawyer to do nothing but change 2 screens. 1000% feeling screwed. But they just lost a sale from my cancelation. Talk with your money people and shop for other companies with better service and prices. Don’t get screwed like this. I will be sending this to CTV news Ottawa in hopes that they cover this storey as well as checking with consumer protection if it’s legal to charge so many service calls while already on site.

The driver left bottles outside our office when nobody was there due to an ice storm. Then he lied about it, saying that a staff member had told him to leave them there. The bottles were stolen so we ordered more but the driver never showed up. Now they won’t pick up the empty deposit bottles. So we’re switching suppliers.

Great service to repair older system. From Kim setting up the consultation with Jamie, very informative, knowledgeable and professional to Evan the tech who explained all needed to update our softener and iron removing unit. He was so knowledgeable and thorough with the repair. Glad to have a Culligan and will in the future.

John V arrived on time and installed our water softener quickly and, from what I can see so far, efficiently. Nice to deal with!

Customer service was good in store but do not trust online services, when you check they have the item in stork but the when you arrived there is nothing.please up date your information online otherwise the online order is no meaning.

I needed a UV bulb replacement and filter change. The technician Alex took the time to explain the replacement steps in great detail so that I may do it myself next year. Awesome service.

Very happy with Culligan service I received today. Getting an appt was easy/quick and the install of the iron remover today was done quickly and cleanly - great job by John V and good communication about expectations. I have dealt with Culligan Ottawa for over 20 years and have always been well taken care of - i even use them for home water delivery.

We had severe salt water conditions which our previous equipment couldn't handle. Thanks to Culligan, we now have a total home RO system that's safeguarding all our home's plumbing. Thanks to Culligan and Dan Delisle for his super customer service.

Pretty brutal customer service tbh. I expected a lot more from Culligan. They came and tested our water, made a few offers on a water softener but would not honour them in anyway. When I complained, I was simply ignored. Don't waste your time.

We meet with Daniel to help us pick out the right machine for us. He was very helpful and taught us some knowledge on different types of water. He set up my installation date for me, and Evan installed the system a week later, and he was very professional and polite. He explained to me how the machine worked and was very patient:). I would recommend them to anyone:) what a great team

We had a soft water tank installed this past month and can only give 5 stars from start to finish.
Geoff Kerr, the water treatment specialist, answered every question and provided the information needed to purchase, also providing comparison information. No high pressure sales pitch just professionalism.
John V the service tech/Installer was equally as efficient and provided information to run the unit. And protected our home during install.
Both gentlemen were very professional.
Appointments were timely and accommodating.
Would highly recommend.

J'ai acheté une maison avec un système Culligan installé. Le service Culligan à tout ajusté, changé des pièces; ils ont honoré les garanties des machines même si je n'étais pas le propriétaire original. J'ai eu plusieurs appels de service gratuits (fine tuning) complètement. Je n'ai jamais pensé avoir un tel service. Je garde ça en mémoire pour le futur.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever come across combined with delivery drivers with attitude. Buyer beware.
