Absolutely horrible service! Many times got products where the bags were already opened and missing product, Their prices change from week to week, Many times I have been told a price for them to turn around and try to say that I lied about it even though I provided proof, Their customer service is horrible!
They sell items by the pounds and even products that are illegal.

Also to add the only reason why they have the five star Reviews that they do is because they sent out a text to everyone saying they would save $10 off if they would give them a good review. I still have the text message

Where to begin. 6 pm I made an order over 200$
Order was approved. 2 hours went by, I contacted them in regards to the delivery. I was told to make an order when I already did and that I was inquiring about the eta. An hour later I get a response saying please order from us. That the driver is within an hour estimate. 12 pm comes I'm sleeping still no delivery and my phone goes off numerous times via text messages from them And mentioned cops and there store. Very unprofessional and information I did not need. If you cant make it say it. I'm disabled and completely astonished how this happend and how they expect me to stay up past midnight to text them in regards to why it didn't show at 10 pm

I picked up Pink Cheetah and meow It has an earthy taste and hits you at about 60km/h Good times if you grab this.

I've been purchasing from Culture Cannabis since April 2021. They're selection has always been great and awesome prices. Definitely recommend!

Since my accident. Culture Cannabis has been my source for solutions. The amount of customer service they offer is leaps and bounds above any other.

I made a small order at 8pm with an estimated wait time of 1 to 2 hours. It so far has taken over 4 hours with practically non existent customer support. I called them and was promised same day delivery but they couldn't say when. After the first 2 and a half hours I asked simply if my order was still on its way or not and all I got was "I am trying to get it to you. " there has been no response from them after 11: 30pm. There are plenty of other cannabis delivery places and I would recommend any of them over this one.

Good For quality and percentage the service is great and I love that they always have new stuff and keep the quality always great good place to get your medicine

*Edit. This is at least my fifth review, and I will happily update them regularly. This company is beyond wonderful! Quick, efficient, a very vast selection, and all in all the best cannabis dispensary i have ever dealt with in Ottawa. Disappointing service. I ordered 24 hours ago, when trying to text with the store they gave me multiple different excuses on why I haven’t received it.

Ordered 3 times first two were amazing! This last time was the worst experience ever with any delivery place.will.never shop with them again

Ordered the shrooms. Took 9 days to have it delivered to Perth after I was told same day delivery. I called a few times and was told different things such as, no driver, have it there today, to they will send it via Express mail and back to we will try and have it there today with a 60$ gift (told this twice). Well I recieved the shrooms with no additional gift. A week isn't bad but I did order because I was told same day delivery. I also orderd from MUNGUS in BC and received their order first! Have not tried the shrooms from culture yet.

I have been ordering from them for a few months now and I am always very happy with their service. They have amazing products, its dense, its potent- never dried out like with some of the herb at the other dispensaries, and for a very good price!
I always order over 100 to avoid the delivering fees. Always comes on time and sometimes even earlier, if there is a problem they are quick to fix it.
Big shout out to the girls handling my orders, they are always so pleasant to deal with, so polite, patient and helpful.
