I used to work here. I was fired with out reason. Alex will tell you what ever you want to hear to get you to work here. Then he will do nothing of what he said. The boss are brothers and take lavish vactions on snowbikes with helicopters taking them up mountians but workers cannot simply get the tools or materiels with out some sketchy credit card they forced me to use on multiple occasions. This place is a joke. I have no idea how they made it this far.

The mini mobile sign and flipper flags I got from them were done very nicely. The quality was good, not like some other places that has poor quality materials. The prices are reasonable too. Communication was very easy and fast. Everyone there at their head office are super friendly. Will definitely do business again with them.

Ayla at Curbex took care of the logos for my service truck. Very professional service at a fair price. I would highly recommend Curbex.

I've always been happy to work with Curbex. During the initial ordering and design phase their service is efficient and friendly and they communicate well during the whole process. They've made it so easy to be a return customer. We've used them for our golf tournament signs, sports banners and more! I highly recommend Curbex. We will be back soon!

They're the only ones that provide this service, otherwise I would go elsewhere. They are an EXTREMELY disorganized company who have a very noticeable high employee turnover. By the time the new rep establishes a relationship with you, they switch, and you have to start all over again. Emails take several attempts to get answered. You get passed from one person to another and no one ever seems to know what's going on.

The signs are good and quick but the customer service is beyond deplorable; it's totally non-existent. It's as if they think they are doing a big favour by talking to you. I dealt with this company for many years and when Dan was my rep, he followed through and followed up with his clients. Since he has moved departments and I've been shuffled to other reps they've made it abundantly clear that they don't care at all about their clients. One sign I ordered when the rep told me it was approved and I paid the permit cost and shortly thereafter the sign came down as the city revoked the permit. I was assured I'd get a rebate and, not only did I not get a rebate, I never got a follow up call from my rep or messages returned. Now I see my neighbour has a sign up so I call the company to find out why they didn't contact me and when I explain my frustration to the manager, she starts arguing with me and telling me the documentation she has to prove I was contacted, even after I told her that wasn't my email address. So much for validating your customers' concerns. Ayla told me she was just "rebuttling" my issues, at which time I told her that I would seek a company that didn't want to "rebuttle" their clients. Tons of sign places around. As I asked around, I quickly learned that I am just one in a long list of unhappy customers. Avoid this company!

Sales rep- NOT GOOD! I have to chase down my rep all the time and follow up or nothing gets done. I asked for a sign back in March to be up beginning of April.last I heard he was on his way back to the office, that was April 3rd! Now its the 24th and still no word.so I am DONE with this company!

Their employees that drive the work vans that go out put up the signs need to go back to driving school. This one curbex truck was tail gating me super hard this morning on my way to work, driving really aggressively and swerved across 2 lanes really quickly and was speeding as well. I will not be recommending this company to a friend, definitely does not look good on the company. Very unprofessional.

Signs are good but customer service is just terrible, horrible and pathetic. Was dealing with them for couple of years and giving them lots of business but did not regard what so ever for regular customer. Was quoted on price and then when wanted to process it was told the price went up with in a day. When called back and ask to honour the price, said no. Called again talked to the manager it took two weeks and no response and then called back again and another week passed and by then i didnt care if ill be getting the sign. Getting a sign on right time was the key. Will no go to them and will not recommend them to anyone and all my other locations. Im done with you guys.
