Had a very good experience with Curezone physio. Sheena (physio therapist) and associates were friendly, professional and efficient. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

Dr. Sheena has such a pleasant bedside manner and was so helpful in explaining things thoroughly to me and giving me some very helpful recommendations. The treatments and exercises also helped a lot with my pain.

Only con is the poor time management. Admittedly, I was 3 mins late to my first appointment, but a 1-hour appointment ended up taking over 2 hours.

The office atmosphere and all the staff are exceptional and very friendly and all know how to do their duties. Sheena is a magician of sorts with the way my post op ankle has progressed in only a few days. I went from walking very slowly and with a lot of pain to more mobility and able to walk for longer periods of time with no pain after only a few days. Highly recommend this place for your physio!

They always have interns doing the laser and ultrasound and every time there is someone new and the lady who did my laser stained my blouse with the gel they apply this shows they are not professional and still learning. Sheena comes and works on you exactly for 5-7 mins thats all and she charges a whopping $90 plus to your insurance. If this a fair business? My previous therapist charges $45-50 and does the job by herself, its sad i moved from there.no physio charges this crazy amount and have interns who work for free work on your worst medical condition.

I had received treatment for upper back and neck pain that has been persistent ever since I was studying in school. I noticed very tight neck and upper back muscles and had pain when rotating my neck. Ever since I saw Sheena she had taught me to correct my posture by doing a series if stretches and exercises to complete when i’m at the gym and I can confidently say that I rarely experience any neck pain at all. She works tirelessly to make sure her patients are treated with utmost care and spends a lot of time educating and making sure her patients do the exercises correctly and frequently so they can go back to feeling better. I 100% recommend coming to see Sheena as she is extremely knowledgable and is centered around patient care.

As the name says its it a place to get cured. My ankle was hurting for a while now. I wasn't sure if physiotherapist can fix this. After Googling clinics near me. Absolutely phenomenal! I simply cannot put into words how my overall experience has been with Sheena and the Curezone Team! I had been dealing with chronic shoulder and lower back pain due to injuries sustained working out.

I had tried many physiotherapy clinics where I had felt they were unable to properly diagnose my problem and just wanted to waste my time and money. I searched for a specific physio for my vertigo issue and got treatment from Sheena at Curezone who cured me in two sessions. She is genuine and specialize in vestibular treatment.

I had a car accident and had an injury in my back and neck muscles. I was getting treatment from another physiotherapist before this, but after coming here I got to know that I had an injury in some of my muscles that I wasn't even aware of!

It's almost been 5 months and I've almost recovered. Due to the injury I wasn't able to turn my neck fully, I couldn't sleep in the past (I was sleeping 2-3 hours a night!), my back was hurting so much. Now, I can turn my neck fully, I can sleep 7-8 hours a night and my back is way better.

Physiotherapist, Dr. Sheena and Chiropractor Dr. Derek, both are really good at what they do. They are not only good doctors, but they're good people and they are passionate about helping people.

Sheena suggested that I need adjustment specially for my neck and back and need to consult a chiropractor. I was scared at first as this was my first time with a chiropractor. Dr. Derek started with small adjustments and eventually, I wasn't scared anymore. These adjustments have helped really well, especially for my neck.

My doctor said my knee pain will go away on its own. It didn’t go away so I got a second opinion from another doctor. The doctor suggested I go for physio. I decided to try Curezone Physiotherapy based on the location and reviews.

Sheena was able to diagnose my knee pain and help me get rid of the pain. I only went for a couple of sessions and now I’m pain free! I’m so glad that I went to get treated by Sheena. She is so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The assistants are also very friendly. The only regret is not seeing Sheena sooner.

I would highly recommend anyone with weak Pelvic floor muscles to visit physiotherapist Sheena John for treatment. Sheena is most knowledgeable and gentle in her methods. She helped me relieve my pelvic muscle pain while also providing guidance with working through the psychological fears that can arise from such conditions. In just 4 sessions I felt a huge change in myself, not to mention I had my confidence back. Sheena is as professional as it can get. With every session, I felt more and more confident.

I took one of my family friends to this clinic when he had an acute shoulder pain. The care was really good and they were open on saturdays and sundays. Sheena took care of him as soon as we got in. The admin staffs and PTA was very friendly and professional as well. Place was very clean and well lit with lot of rooms for patient care. I would strongly recommend curezone

Very good treatment. Sheena has been treating me for my shoulder pain. I had this injury forsinfe February. I tried different therapies and nothing worked. After seeing Sheena my pain is much reduced. She gave me exercises to do at home as well. Thank you curezone for your professionalism.

I came in for shoulder, wrist and finger pain on my dominate arm. From years of over extension in my joints I had issues I couldn’t bare any longer. I came in because of the fantastic reviews and was not disappointed. I shopped around and the responsiveness here beat out everyone else, especially when your time is precious too. The common sense customer service mixed with great hospitality kept me coming back until healed. Sheena John, the owner and physiotherapist, did a fantastic job coordinating my workouts with heat, with laser and other treatments. Her and her team are fantastic. Also the place is very clean which I’m a stickler for ;) thanks again guys.

I have been going to Sheena for a couple of months now. I was told by a friend of mine to come and I 'm so glad I did. She's lovely and very good at what she does. Everyone there is very nice and kind. Sheena is treating me for spinal stinosis and I feel much better after I started physio with her. Lovely staff, very clean establishment and professional. I go to Curezone for my chiropractic appointments as well as for my physiotherapy. The clinic itself is modern and has the newest technology equipment. I have been to other clinics where the equipment used on me was outdated and questionable.

Coincidentally, both the chiro and physio are named Sheena. Both Sheena’s are amazing top therapists that I have encountered — they are professional and genuinely care for me! Both ladies go above and beyond in treatment, and they make sure that I am comfortable and that I completely understand their care plans for me.

I was referred to Sheena by my aunt. At the time I had a frozen neck and shoulder which was restricting my movements. What impressed me most was her diagnosis during my initial assessment. The very first day of the treatment brought considerable improvement on my neck and shoulder movements. So far I have undergone three sessions and without any doubt I can tell that she is the best. I had complaints of chronic planter facia, which couldn’t be properly treated since a long time. I was recommended to visit Curezone Physiotherapy by a friend and after the first visit I was confident that I am at right place and my foot issue will be resolved.

Just after three visits, pain is reduced by more than 50% and I felt a lot better. Within next few sessions, pain is completely gone.

The best thing about the Sheena John is that she not only fixed the pain but also she made efforts to find the root cause, lower back pain and tight calf muscles, which resulted in this prolonged condition. She helped rectify these two causes, there by eliminating the condition from the root.

I had been to curezone physiotherapy to she Sheena for my left leg ache. I was a superintendent of a building and I had to be on my foot all the time. She saw me for five time and the pain is completely gone. After that she did my orthotics assessment for my foot and I started using it at work and it made my foot pain go away.

My husband is seeing her for his pain issues and my daughter has a posture issue and she fixed that as well.

All the products what got from her we started using on our day to day life and she and her team took care of the billing and the payment processing through the insurance

I noticed just after a few sessions with Sheena a huge improvement in the mobility of my right shoulder (frozen shoulder). She also provides strengthening exercises to do at home that has helped make a true difference and shorten my recovery time. Sheena is very attentive and understanding; her focus isn’t just to treat the injury, but to ensure the injured area is strengthened to prevent future issues. I visited Curezone Physiotherapy due to a wrist injury and had a wonderful experience with them. I found Sheena to be an excellent physiotherapist as she invested sufficient time to understand my injury and wrist movement. With her expertise, she was able to help restore my range of wrist motion to almost back to normal in only 2-3 sessions. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the entire team made me feel at home during my visits.

Sheena is a very good listener. She is also very patient. Since i finish work late I requested for a later appointment, even after giving me a later appointment she was in no rush to finish with me. My treatment was complete including my exercises. The location is very convenient with free parking spots.
