This lawn mover shop has never been the same as it used to be. I left my lawn mover there for repair and I never got it back. At first they said they were waiting for the parts now they said because it was there too long so they have disposed it. They disposed my lawn mover without letting me know. I was calling and checking the status of my lawn mover and the person who spoke to me was very impatient and not helpful. I wouldn't recommend this shop anymore.

Just bought a FSA 135R - Stihl. So far so good. I called on a Saturday after 1pm. First surprise: they are open when I am not at work. Thank you. It is not the same for most Stihl dealers in the area. Second surprise: They had one left of this machine, I asked if they could hold it for me and they did. So yeah.they're my new friends.

Just purchased a snowblower from CPM and service was great. Technician started it up and provided operating instructions before we loaded it in the car.

Just called this place. I have never talked to a so-called sales agent so uninterested in their job.even though the maker "Little Wonder" lists this place as a dealer, this person has no idea what the product line is or what the differences are between the models. Asks me what model number it should be and when he is told that, he cannot understand the simple words "self-propelled".
a sales person typically can assist a customer in finding the right model, not only does he not do that, he is also uninterested and rude and as another poster put it falling asleep. I won't deal with this place anymore, even though it's very near my house.

Honest and helpful just what you need, at least that's what I thought then until I started dealing with a different dealer. Current power is a rip-off sorry guys I thought you were honest hard-working old folk. Nice front you got. Evil
