I purchased a Frigidaire 12-cup drip coffee maker manufactured by Curtis International. It worked well for a few months and then the heater stopped working. It was within the warranty period, so I contacted Curtis about a replacement. The warranty claim process is slow and tedious and at times I wondered if anyone was going to respond to me. But eventually they always followed through and in the end they delivered me a replacement unit. Thank you, Curtis!

Very unhappy with a “warranty” that requires as much as the purchase price to ship it back for the replacement. Bad business.

Worst company ever! I’ve called 14 times and left messages with managers and corporate. I have also emailed 3x the emails they provided on their automated system and received not one correspondence back by phone or email. What a scam! Horrible. I will continue to give reviews and call until someone responds to me regarding my ice machine I received 4 months ago that no longer works! This is robbery to good paying citizens!

I bought a mini fridge it's great. Call technical support to ask about a few things they called me back in a few days. But they did end up answering my questions and solving the problems the agent was polite and efficient thank you.

I had an issue with my ice maker contacted warranty center correspond through email and it got the job done. They provided support and took care of my issue pretty quickly they were a pleasure to deal with.

This company is a scam. I had a warrant replacement for my freezer they approved. They tell you to send them pictures with the case number on the unit and a picture with the power cord cut. After you send them all the requested pictures and information you will never hear from them again.

I called the warranty department early December and spoke with a representative and they advised they have all the pictures they need and her will take over this warrant claim for me. Talked to another rep at the end of December and they advised no pictures were received and they closed the case and nothing else they can do for me. Your company is a joke. I even emailed the CEO and got no response. Even the CEO doesn’t want to help. DO NOT BUY AN ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY.

Reply- what good is the information you include when I have already cut the cord on the unit! So I have a freezer that doesn’t work with no plug and you want me to follow the steps to defrost.

This company's warranty is the worst ever, don't ever buy their portable laundry machines or applicances in general and good luck with issues ever being solved. I've had a case with them since September 2021 cause their portable washer 2 cubic stoped rinsing 2 months after I bought it, now it's been nearly a year they keep dragging the issue, they finally said a cheque was being mailed to me and that it would take few bussiness days this was in end of June 2022 but I have still not received it, after reminding them several times, they asked for my address multiple times, they only talk to you through email and each time it's a different customer service rep, now they just decided to ignore me and never sent the cheque.

UPDATE: They finally reimbursed me the amount I paid for it in end of July even though the price for the machine has gone wayy up now.

I posted my claim number because the owner asked for it and I hadn't received anymore communication so I deleted my review so I could leave a new one in hopes that this will be resolved.

I have been dealing with this company since September regarding a TV warranty/refund. It's the middle of December now. My case was approved for a refund in November and after waiting 6 full weeks of the 4-6 weeks for my refund check I email them to find out what's going on and I recieve an email wanting me to restart the whole process. I just want this resolved.

*also even pointing out to the claims support team that they have already approved my refund, and showing the proof she STILL told me to restart the process and resend the photos.what kind of company is this? !?

Edwin was very informative, helpful and patient! I learned what to look out for when buying DVD's, aspect ratio's, pixels, surfing menus and what the remote control abbreviations meant! I also learned about the HDMI cables and outdated coaxial good uses! I am happy with my purchase because it is everything I wanted and more with the game console connections etc.for a great price-Thanks RCA and Walmart! Maybe an RCA ROKU SMART TV will be next in my future...

I have been fighting to get a replacement ice maker after being told it could not be repaired for 3 months. When I call they state they will send a message to service and then no one gets back to me or they give me false hope and say it will be here in 7 to 10 days and then nothing.

Curtis international replied saying they would reach out. Yet again the lies I have heard from this company. Not worth purchasing from. Pretty sure they are delaying this to be out of warranty. Can anyone else say scam!

I contacted customer service when my TV screen went out. They emailed me back told me what was needed to be sent in. Everything was smooth, no issues what so ever.

Have an RCA projector (owned by Curtis) that I have been trying to warranty since august. I didn’t see any response to my claim till October, and since then, they have asked me for copies receipts countless number of times and proof of defect. Admittedly I got it through air miles, which made matters more complicated I guess. Finally in late November they said they would warranty the unit and asked me to do a field destruction and I provided proof. FINALLY closure! Wrong! Then again they asked me for additional photos of the serial tags I destroyed as part of the process. Now again they’re asking for copies of the receipt. It was easier getting a brand new engine under warranty in my Hyundai. Never buying an RCA product again!

This company is a joke. They don't respond for months on warranty issues. Then they find an excuse to not do the warranty. I will never buy a tv that has them involved ever again.

I would have given 5 stars, but only gave 4 because of the time frame it took for Curtis International Ltd to finally resolve my issue and send me a new product. They did replaced the product that was under warranty, but it took 4 months of phone calls and emails to get it, and at one point I didn't think they would honor their warranty. But they did honor it, and replaced the defective product. If this issue had been resolved in 1 month, which I feel it should have taken, I would have given 5 stars.

I will never recommend any brand that Curtis international has to do with (gave 1 star cause it wouldn't let me put non. We bought an RCA TV and it started to not turn on properly started a claim in May 2022, first contact with them it was quick and right to the point, once they received all the pictures of the cord cut and everything else they asked for they started to take months to reply. I would call and get told they didn't have everything they needed so I would send it all again. Still have not heard when I will be getting my refund from this TV that we haven't been able to use since May, when I call now I get told I will hear from warranty by end of day and I end up calling 2 days later to figure out what's happening and get told again you will hear from someone end of day. I got one email recently from them asking for another angle of the cut cord, sent a reply with the picture they asked for and ghosted again, and keep being told I will hear by someone by end of day. Will never buy another product that has anything to do with Curtis International. Brutal customer service and not reliable products! Picture attached of the screen when you turn it on (would take us almost 10 minutes to get it with minimum lines)

I have been going back and forth with this company since June trying to get my warranty cheque for an RCA tv we bought, that died within 6 months of purchasing it. It's now almost December and I'm still waiting. I have sent multiple emails, placed multiple calls and seem to be getting no where. PSA: do NOT buy an RCA television.

This company is a scam. You contact them to see if your TV is still under warranty and they tell you yes. They tell you to send them pictures with the case number on the screen and a picture with the power cord cut. After you send them all the requested pictures and information you will never hear from them again. Now I'm left with a defaced broken TV and unanswered email. Do not trust this company.

Update the company just emailed me stating they are closing my ticket as I didn not send the requested documents. Now mind you a couple of days before I received an email stating they were transferring to a different system but as usual this email can from a different support email address. This company is such a scam.

Bought a 65” rca tv in April and it broke in July.
Been going thru the refund process since end of July and was told I would receive a cheque in the mail in 4-6 weeks and it’s now been 10 weeks and still nothing. Every-time I call they tell me that they are going to open a ticket with the warranty department even tho I’ve already gone through this process. As of October 26th I have yet to receive anything.

My Frigidaire air fryer, which I can’t live without, died after eight months. Curtis International was so helpful in honoring the warranty and replacing the unit. I am more than satisfied with the customer service I received! Thank you!

I have never left a review before but if I can help one person from going through what I have, it will be worth it.
I just want to voice my frustration with trying to receive a resolution to my broken ice machine that I only had for 9-months. I have tried everything possible to get a resolution. I have called, and I’ve sent numerous emails with no resolution and most of the time with no response from you. I’ve had to send multiple emails just to get some kind of response. I have never in my 57 years had such bad customer service. I work in customer service and I would NEVER EVER treat a customer this way. I know this will not affect you in any way but I will NEVER buy anything that has the Frigidaire name or anything that comes from Curtis Internaional again if this is the type of customer service you provide. Judging by all the negative reviews on the BBB, I am not the only customer that has experienced this.

Trying to get answers is worst than getting teeth pulled. No one can help and a nightmare to speak with. Trying for 3 months to get a replacement ice maker after being told it could not be repaired.just keep getting the run atound.if on backorder say it. 'dont say it will be there in 7 days
