Excellent customer service and product completion! After spending hours online trying to design a funny birthday shirt for my 24 old son, I found Chris. I gave the company a phone call and he walked me through the rest of the steps to get the shirt designed and made in time for my son's birthday. Took less than a week with sending emails back and forth to ensure accuracy of what I was looking for! Great fit for the t-shirt too! Thank you Chris and Riely!

Absolute worst experience I've ever had with an apparel print shop. Avoid using Custom Colour Apparel unless you want to waste time and have a really frustrating experience with terrible customer service. I've been waiting over a week for just a simple quote when I was told I would get a reply in 24hrs. Every other company I've worked with (which is quite a few) have had no issues opening our logo file and printing it for us. They refused to even click the file as I guess that was too much work, so they just stopped replying until I repeatedly asked them and walked them through opening the file (very basic and standard process)
I would have stuck with my old shop in Hamilton, but I'm new to Brantford and wanted to work with a local business. Big mistake with this place. I'll be looking elsewhere as service could not get any worse than this. I never write reviews, but I hope I save someone thewaisted time and headache of working with these guys. There's better options out there, trust me!
UPDATE * Just received an insulting email from the owner of the company becuaee of this review.
Next time work with the customer if you're having issues instead of sending more rude email replies. Thanks for solidifying your lack of professionalism.

I found this place to be very disorganized. Wait times were long and the end result was very disappointing. The guy was rude and tried to turn his error around on me. Gaslighting and customer service do not go hand in hand.
