Hot water heater died today. I literally called Custom Comfort at 8: 30am, I had the techs Terry and Evan at my house by 9am and had it replaced by 11: 30am.

We have received excellent service from Custom Comfort. Taylor in the office has been easy to work with and quickly responsive. Technicians Matt and Chris who installed a new water heater and a new humidifier arrived at the time promised and professionally completed both installations leaving the working space clean and ordered. Our AC stopped working amidst a heat wave. Custom Climate Care were called and a technician was sent out within 24 hours. The problem was diagnosed, a part was ordered and installed in a time frame that worked with our schedule. We have been “cool” ever since! Always reliable service!

Solid 5 stars, no question. We installed a new furnace, an on-demand water heater and a gas fireplace all in one shot. Our technicians, Matt C.and Terry A. Were amazing. Polite, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They truly went above and beyond getting everything up and running in a challenging space, and their work is top notch. Beautiful copper piping (not ugly pex!) new gas lines, organized, clean and absolutely built to last. From our first meeting with Rod M.right to when they left our home vaccumed and clean, they did everything right. Thank you so much, and bravo!

Excellent service!

We had Adam and Evan in to service our two gas fireplaces for the winter. They called before coming as were running ahead of schedule and asked if they could come earlier which they did. They were quick and efficient and very polite and explained what they had done. We did not require service on our furnace as just switched to a heat pump but have had them service our furnace previoulsy and all techs were great and we were please with the service!

We had Custom Comfort install a new AC and Furnace into our home and they did a fantastic job. They understood our urgency and made themselves available to us in a timely manner. Matt and Jon installed our A/C and Matt and Bob installed our Furnace. Matt, Jon and Bob all did a fantastic job, were professional and answered any and all questions we had for them. I have been dealing with Custom Comfort ClimateCare for about 5-6 years now and I am extremely happy with their service. Whenever I have an issue they actually make it out to my place the same day that I call. Any problem is always resolved with great satisfaction. From the technicians to the administrators that take care of everything behind the scenes - everyone is friendly, warm and responsive. They also have a maintenance program for a small monthly fee that includes a yearly maintenance visit.when my AC unit conked out this summer - I had the advantage of knowing that the unit was coming to the end of it's life - based on my last 2 annual maintenance visits. This really helped me to know the unit was on it's last leg ahead of time and allowed for me to keep this in mind when working out a budget for future expenses. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding knowledge of NTI Boilers. Both service technicians who attended our residence (one to diagnose one day and the other to repair the next day) were extremely polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The staff at Custom Comfort were equally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Custom Comfort! They got the required part we needed the day after the long weekend.

Rod and his team were awesome again! The first time they did work for us, they installed a new gas line to the furnace room, one to the new gas stove and a new run for a future on-demand hot water system. They also installed new exhaust/vent pipes for the future on-demand system. The work was clean, efficient and organized. While they were here, they also performed annual maintenance on the furnace.

We just had to replace our hot water tank as it had started to fail. Rod’s team, Matt and John, arrived in the morning and had the whole new Navien on-demand hot water system up and humming along before the end of the day. They even took the time to improve the water connection to my furnace humidifier, which had to be cut to install the new on-demand system - great attention to detail. Another great install that I’m proud to show off. I would highly recommend Rod and his team for any HVAC-related work. Thanks again, guys!

We were new to the country and had no idea where to start looking for someone to help us out with our fireplace that did not light up. Custom Comfort ClimateCare was recommended by a neighbour, we called them and they arrived within an hour. The technician was very friendly, tidy and knew what he was doing, thankfully as we had no idea. We needed a part which he ordered and was back to install it shortly after. I am very impressed by their service and would recommend them to my family, friends and neighbours.

Our furnace stopped working overnight and our condo was starting to get chilly. We are a senior couple and it is not an easy task relocating overnight. We called several places only to hear they couldn’t come today or they didn’t service condo units like ours. After making several calls we called Custom Comfort Climate Care and were thrilled to hear they could be there within the hour and that they had done work in our building before and were familiar with our units. They arrived quickly and fixed the problem right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us. We were very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Still getting monthly charges despite our contract ending years ago and requesting multiple times for them to stop. It's a scam, stay away.

I couldn't get my gas fireplace pilot light to stay on and as a result, couldn't get the fireplace to light. I contacted CustomComfort and they arranged for a team to came out and have a look. The team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. I was let informed of the cost and timeline and when it they part arrived, they booked a time to install it. They came out at the specified date and time, again, impressed me with their courteousness and professionalism, replaced the part, cleaned up after them and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had been before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

Professional, courteous service. Well explained install with minimum disruption. Pleasantly surprises with the start to finish time. This was a complete HVAC install replacing all components (furnace, A/C and hot water) with the addition of a heat recovery unit and an air filtration unit. Supply and exhaust piping installed to be out of the way for possible future renovations. Controls and units installed with pre-planned maintenance access in mind. Work area left clean and old components disposed of. Very pleased with the work.
