I got in contact with custom drapery and blinds by us and I’ve got to say I was really impressed with the efficiency and quality of service.

When I called they answered very fast and I was able to get a quote by the end of the conversation. I really appreciated that they talked me through the whole process and step by step. I was looking for hunter Douglas applause blinds for my home and got into contact with custom drapery and blinds by us. I came across their Instagram page and seen they had a promotion so i immediately asked for a quote and they were very accommodating to all my needs. They gave a very detailed explanation on what i was getting for my money and educated me more about the product than i already knew. I was impressed with their professional demeanor and hard working ethic. I will be definitely coming back to work with them in the future.

They came and measured our windows for curtains and blinds and provided a quote.
They were helpful when I wanted to change my order slightly.
They came to install the blinds first, even though the drapes weren't ready so we could finally have window dressings while we waited.
A week after, they called to let me know the drapes were ready. Every person who helped us was friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend it.

These guys are amazing! I wouldn't be writing this review if their blinds and curtains were not top notch, which they truly are. But the really special thing is the way they treated us. Nothing was too much trouble to get right. They recommended things we would never have thought of and returned to make sure everything is perfect. Always polite and always going the extra mile.

What a great job the team from “Custom Draperies by us” did. I wanted something unique, a floor to ceiling room divider that has sound dampening properties. They delivered this beautiful blue velvet lined drapery that definitely does the job. I enjoyed our creative collaboration and how attentive the team was when I described the design of the space. I received excellent advice on fabric, hardware and colour choice. They are true professionals, from the quote, to meeting the budget, to communicating the timing of the project as well as a flawless installation and clean up! Very pleased with final result
