I have a glass rail project that i am doing my self, i bought 12mm panels and spigots from Custom dream stairs. Saved around 60% of the cost of the lowest quote I received.
I had to change the size of the panels 3 times and they were very accommodating and responsive.
I was dealing with Medi and his partner, super nice people.

This is an update after 3 years.
I bought a railing system from here and same excellent quality and service.
This time its the base show railing system. I find it way better than the spigots system

Today April 4, I finally went to Custom Dream Stairs.

Wow what an awesome place to shop with all the professional help from Sam and Sean. They are so patient and friendly.
I really had no idea what are the right top and bottom for the spindles and I walked with all the confidence that I got all the right parts for the job.

I ordered 3-inch thick oak treads and 3 landing areas, stained and varnished from Custom Dream Stairs. I found only a few places in GTA that could manufacture thick treads. Custom Dream Stairs did an immaculate high quality job at a very reasonable price, significantly lower than any other quotations. (e.g, Stairs Treads Canada).

We just happened to know and deal with Custom dream stairs to remodel our 27 year old stairs, Professional, responsible, on time, fast, friendly and efficient team with high quality result and good pricing, They scheduled us on the time we had requested, They fixed the old treats on our 2 storey spiral and the basement staircases and replaced with red oak treats and white wood risers, they also installed the new posts, wrought iron pickets, custom nosings and finished all with white trims, As we wanted to reuse our old railings, they did a great job to sand them, match the new stain and got them reinstalled, As a designer I was kind of picky with the stain colour and a few details, bringing those to their attention they were good listeners and very understanding, did their best to make sure we are happy at the end, after all we are so pleased with the outcome and would like to thank Sam and his professional team for the fantastic job done, Special thanks to Hamed, the installer guy and his great team, we are so happy with the new and modern look of our stairs, we will definitely work with “Custom Dream Stairs” again, Highly recommended if you are looking for good quality work and less headaches;

I used Custom Dream Stairs to refinish my red oak stair treads and install new handrail and spindles. I rate the company a 5 for their kindness, ease of doing business and pricing. The guys that came onsite were super polite, friendly, efficient and responsive. I was a bit of a pain-in-the-butt with some tweaks I requested, and they happily accommodated. Where there was room for improvement was in the attention to detail. If you are a very detailed-oriented person like me, you may find some deficits in their attention to detail. I felt that there were items that I noticed that I had to ask to be corrected along the way, but again, they were very understanding and made sure I was happy by the end.

Overall I am satisfied with the job performed for the price, as compared to many other companies I received quotes from.

Honestly, we looked at many stair refinishing outfits, and ended up asking the people who did a great job on our floor (Chestnut Flooring, dealt with Sherry) who referred us to Custom Dream Stairs. When we arrived we were given a reasonable quote, and they were the only ones who offered to modify our railings with extra posts etc.to make sure it would not only look better but would structurally be better too. Been looking around for some time for some glass and spigot for my retaining wall and everywhere had either cheap quality or were crazy priced. These guys offer a fair price for a great quality product. Highly recommended.

Well, we had our stairs stained incorrectly 2 times consecutively before we contacted Mehti at Custom Dream Stairs to come and look at helping us get them done right! You can understand that I was nervous getting them done for a third time!
Mehti had actually contacted me because they were able to start the job a few days earlier which I really appreciated as we really wanted this done and over with. His team had come on time and covered off and protected a good amount with plastic to prevent dust from spreading. Glad to say that from start to finish, they had done what I had hoped and thought should have been done from the start! They deal with stairs and rails and get the job done the way it should be! My stain required a 2 tone application and the first 2 people I got to do the job didn't know how to properly apply it. Mehti's team got it done right and had the experience!
