Cutten Fields

We recently hosted an event at Cutten Fields. The staff were friendly and incredibly accommodating. The food was exceptional (as always). They never disappoint! We owe a huge thank you to Chef Mathew and Chef Julian, for making our day extra special.

Awful experience. Teed off at 4: 15 as a guest with 3 other people that work there. Only intended to play 9 holes and still got charged for an 18 hole rate of $85 without a cart. In terms of the quality of the course, all the public courses I’ve played in guelph are nicer than this. No signs, no ball cleaners, weird layout, bad grass. Greens were decent and bunkers were nice but that’s about it. Very poor experience for the price I paid. Not sure why anyone would play there over any of the public courses around here.

Went here for a wedding. The venue is beautiful. But one thing that stood out the most was the service. Every person I encountered was absolutely delightful. They kept up with every request with a smile.

Excellent food and the best view of downtown in the city, from the clubhouse. Friendly staff and excellent service.

We hosted one of our Investor Holiday lunches at Cutten Fields in late November and we had a wonderful experience. The wait staff were professional and helpful. The food was delicious we are still receiving wonderful feedback from our team and investors. Thanks again!

Haven't played a round here, but did shop in their very cool pro shop. They had all the latest stuff available for purchase.

This golf course is always in great shape with fast greens. Their patio has the best view in Guelph.

We recently had our wedding this past August 2022 at Cutten with 110 guests. We cannot say enough positive things about the management, venue, staff, food, etc.there. Leading up we were given lots of support by Amy, Cuttens’ Manager. Day of staff were accommodating to all of our requests. We had heard the food would be excellent, and it certainly was. All meal courses received raved reviews especially the pasta, the beef prime rib, and even the late night poutine. The east patio was perfect for ceremony and cocktail hour. The golf members were respectful and were not an issue whatsoever despite it being the club championship day. The bartending and serving staff were quick. The view atop the city, large windows in the main hall, was perfect for enjoying the sunset. We would highly recommend Cutten Fields.

Rented a hall for a private party, staff are very attentive and pleasant.food is outstanding and presented on side table for any munch hungry people

Played here with friends who are members, definitely a fun course, but challenging! Lots of straight shoot fairways, but also a fair amount of sand traps to get caught in. Fast greens, very well maintained. All around great course.

Everyone at the course is very friendly and courteous. Conditions of the course are fantastic.

You can tell that the people involved care about the facilities.

I attended a wedding recently during this covid Era. We were treated with courtesy while being screened. The staff made every attempt to endure this long awaited event was celebrated safely. Observing all protocols to keep the most vulnerable healthy.

Why don’t I go eat some hay? I can make things out of clay, or lay by the bay. I just may. Whaddya say?

Had our work Christmas party there. Too crowded. Food was good, the drinks were way too expensive.

It was for a work party. The place is immaculate. Food is fantastic. Staff are attentive but ot intrusive. I really enjoy being there. Well done!

Having played this course twice the past two seasons the experience is less than ideal as it has the look and feel of a 2nd rate track!

Fun time, great staff, a little outdated, I was being charged for 3 golf balls, would be helpful to have the holes numbered. Overall great day.

Just joined Cutten Fields and after years of experience working in the golf industry and visiting other private clubs, I'm happy to be on the other side of the counter lol. Beautiful course and first class facility. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff and club members!

I joined this club in 2018, not as a golfer. I have met a ton of great people and had numerous meals there. The staff are friendly, prompt and professional. The food has never dissapointed and the facilities are top notch.

Treats staff terribly, any place that does not respect it's people has no place in customer service. Manager needs to be fired

I had the worst service here and Craig the GM was very rude. I did not get a good vibe when I went there today. The staff seemed very stressed out and not helpful. I would not recommend going here as i could tell the staff were not valued. Bad service overall very disappointed.

I'm hoping with this five-star review they'll give me a free membership or at least deeply discounted. I love golfing and this club was beautiful I went there for a funeral and it was a good setup.

Excellent meal for lunch and a great view of downtown from the clubhouse. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Giulio is such a great instructor. He’s been training my son for a few years now and I’ve seen his game improve greatly. I also like the way Giulio teaches life lessons and talks to teenagers like an adult. He doesn’t let the kids get away with anything. Teaches the benefits of making your bed up every day to start the day out right.and he’s a good friend to the kids.
Oh, and he understands how business works - he’ll support your business if he can too!

We would recommend Cutten fields to any one of our friends. We were very pleased and impressed with the service, buffet, friendliness of staff, everything. Many of our guests said it was the best reception they had ever been to. A particular highlight for the guests was the food. Many thought we had paid for over $100 for a plate when in reality with only paid $60 (buffet). Though we had 150+ people the buffet moved very efficiently. Mikayla was great to work with as well.

Went. So long as one is respectful of the privileges, walking skiing, when not a golfing season, it's a beautiful stretch of property, great hosts. Thanks

I've eaten at The Cutten Fields in the past, but I was pleasantly surprised at my last meal. It was delicious, hot and the service was excellent. It was also great because my son was playing tennis in the bubble and joined us afterwards. The staff accommodated his dinner and were pleasant! Thank you Cutten Fields!
