Great experience with Milton CVOS, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Leung performed the surgery and did a great job, very knowledgeable and I am satisfied with how the procedure went

All staff I dealt with performed their duties in a professional manner. Dr. Leung is the best. In the afternoon following my morning appointment it was like I had nothing done at all.

I took my mother 92 years old for extration her teeth.
I am satisfy their work, but this place is not for seniors who dosnt hve insurance. They cost is too high.

As someone who was so nervous and has a phobia of the dentist, the experience couldn’t have gone smoother. Staff are all really patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Went to get a impacted wisdom tooth removed. It sucked. That being said, the surgical team was very good at communicating exactly what was going to be done and doing it quickly, efficiently, and relatively painlessly.

They put me at ease right away as I was very nervous and anxious. I had nothing to worry about they were fast, friendly and professional.

My experience here was better than I expected. Dr. Hodgson and the nurses did a wonderful job and helped me be at ease through consult to the operation, and I was able to recover within one week. I would have appreciated if they called one week after the surgery. They do call the day after but being on pain killers and having all that swelling made it difficult to speak so I had someone else talk. You really don't notice any issues until you stop the painkillers anyways so the one week follow up would be my only suggestion here as part of their follow up process.

I would recommend CVOS to anyone who asks. All the staff helped me to feel as informed and comfortable as possible from the minute I walked in to the moment I was back in my car headed home. Special thank you to Sharon, Leiby, and Dr. Leung.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Leung two weeks ago. The entire process was smooth and my son had a speedy recovery. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. As I have two more sons who will also likely need to have their wisdom teeth removed, we will be repeat customers!

Excellent staff, nurses and surgeon, Dr. Kodsi who performed my wisdom teeth extraction and also followed up with me after the surgery. They really did a great job with customer service and making sure that I was taken care of. They explained things that needed to be understood prior to the surgery and what should I be expecting after the surgery. I had an amazing experience with the CVOS team.

Follow up was very important after having three teeth extracted.
There was no follow up and It was needed. I could not stop the bleeding and was unable to seek help. Before departing for the hospital we called the dental help number and got help from a different CVOS office

I had a great experience at the Milton location. Dr. Leung was a consummate professional and exceeded my expectations. He went through the wisdom tooth extraction procedure beforehand so thoroughly that I don't remember having any questions.

Pre-surgery explanations were extremely detailed and comforting. On the day of the surgery, the supporting nurses were very reassuring and made me feel at ease. Post-surgery, I felt no pain and had no swelling (though I hear this is uncommon) and I received a phone call follow up the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. If you require wisdom tooth removal, I highly recommend Doc Leung and his team.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending CVOS’s Dr Leung for implant surgery. He provided a thorough briefing on the available options; all based on high-tech 3D X-rays. The surgery was scheduled for a one hour session when my three implants were completed. There was no major discomfort and the recovery was quick; the only pain meds were 3 Tylenol in the following 12 hour period. His supporting staff were great.

The worst health care experience I have ever had. The only thing that made this experience tolerable was a nurse named Lisa. Steven Leung shows no empathy or professionalism. I drove down to get pain caused by tooth extraction checked out, and he was beyond careless and rude. When asking questions about the check up, he said I am not sure, I didn't check for that but either there is nothing you can do now, you will just have to be patient with pain. Rude and irritating to deal with.

I was scheduled a few weeks in advance for an appointment on Monday, I took the day off work and so did the person accompanying me. CVOS sent me a total of 2 smses, 7 separate emails, 4 phone calls to confirm that I'll be there. On Friday afternoon before the Monday appointment, they cancel it and offer a new date several weeks away once again. Obviously, these things happen, but since they go to great lengths to make sure the customer makes it to the appointment, they should make sure that they can make it themselves.

All around excellent experience! My 89-year old mother had broken a tooth and need the stub and root removed. Dr. Steven Leung and the rest of the team were kind, gentle and efficient. They clearly explained what to do afterwards and provided detailed printed instructions. I highly recommend CVOS.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Leung and his team. Everybody in the office was so kind, I was talked through the whole procedure before going under anesthesia. All questions I had were answered and was given great aftercare instructions to bring home. They definitely take care of their patients, and are amazing at the work they do. Overall great experience!

Albeit an inherently unpleasant procedure, everyone from the administration staff, to the nurses, to the doctors we're kind, empathetic, and responsive - they all made the procedure as pleasant as possible.
