Highly recommend this store if you are looking for an electric bike. Mitch listened and really understood my 88 year old dad bike needs! The bike we purchased has both pedal assist and throttle and works like a dream and is relatively light. In the past, Mitch helped my Dad fix his old bike and didn't try to upsell him a new bike and that was really appreciated. Do yourself a favour and check out this store!

8 years ago we bought an electric trike for my wife at Cycle Electric The trike still looks and works great. The guy's at CE have always been prompt and efficient with any repairs. After a severe car accident, we thought her biking days were over. Boy were we wrong, This trike has given her back her independence,

I would recommend Cycle Electric to anyone with an electric scooter who needs repairs or service. Not only were they INCREDIBLY friendly, but they managed to finally get my rear tire installed on the hub of my Ninebot Max G30 after 5 other businesses tried and failed. I now feel foolish for going anywhere else, and Cycle Electric will be my first stop for anything with my scooter moving forward.

Great service, knowledgeable and honest folks! I had a pin hole leak in my rear drive tire and they replaced the tube AND found the hair width metal shard in the tire that caused my issues. At the peak of bike season, it was a quick turn around. I will be back for ALL my ebike concerns

Great! I bought my first e-bike and got a flat tire almost immediately… thought it would be an easy fix but because of where the motor is I had to bring it somewhere to get fixed. Took it here, never heard of it.price was very reasonable and the guy was super friendly. And he finished it faster than I was quoted! I will definitely be back for anything else I need.

Not only do these guys stock a pretty good selection of e-bikes but they are also very knowledgeable about e-scooters and will service them. I went to them after failing to find any accessories for my Mi e-scooter from a number of other local bike shops and they got me all that I needed. A few weeks down the line, I blew a flat on my rear tire and they hooked me up with a solid tire very quickly. They are very nice, will answer all your questions and, if they don't know what to do to help you, they know who you can go to for help.
