Don't buy a bike from here. I bought a 2007 Hyosung GV 650 "certified" from them in late February. When I went to pickup the bike in April they didn't have it ready and I needed to find something to do around town while they put a new battery in (big red flag considering it was supposed to be certified and we had coordinated the pickup date far in advance). The fuel gauge didn't work, which they didn't disclose, and I was left stranded (my bad for not checking the tank myself but I assumed the gauge would be somewhat accurate). Within the first couple weeks of riding, the bike overheated on me, leaving me stranded again. I paid a couple hundred dollars for a tow back to Cycle One and they fixed the overheating problem, but a half a dozen other issues were overlooked again. I took it to a reputable shop in London this past month because I've been losing power while riding and they told me that I have cracked tires, oil seeping out, a leaky carb, and faulty brakes to name a few of the problems they found. I was looking to buy something certified from a shop to avoid this exact situation but now I'm looking at a bill of more than $1300 and counting. Not to mention that I've lost about a month of riding weather because of all of these problems. They said that the bike should never have been certified in the condition that it was in and it wasn't possible that these issues arose in the short time that I've owned it. When you cut corners certifying a motorcycle, you're putting the rider's life in danger. Look elsewhere if you value your safety. A good deal isn't worth your life.

I can go to them about any and all my bike needs. Some places don't have any way to help with older bikes and these guys haven't had a challenge they weren't willing and able to step up to.
