I love this place. Everyone at Cyclepath is friendly and willing to assist. Each time I visit, I sense their genuine desire to help me, prioritizing my needs rather than pushing unnecessary or more expensive items. On the contrary, they provide recommendations based on what offers the best cost/benefit ratio for me. They hear my goals as an amateur triathlete and only then they offer suggestions that will benefit my performance.

Though we've done business at other stores Cyclepath Oakville is our favorite and worth the extra drive. I've been going there for years. I've always found that they take my concerns seriously and bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. Moreover, they have a real concern with quality. I've also found that their pricing is much more competitive than bike shops in Toronto. They are worth the drive to Oakville!

I have been bringing my bikes to Cyclepath for a few years now, and recently bought in my new bike that needed a little love after some travel, and before my next travel. Cameron was the technician who worked on Bruce ("You don't want to see me when I'm angry! "). Some bike shops act like you are sinning against the cycle gods if you bring in a bike you bought elsewhere, but the Oakville Cyclepath is always forgiving on that front.

Cameron quickly assessed the situation, and gave me a realistic estimate of both the time and cost to repair the bike. He called me with updates and to ask questions, and did the needed work under his time estimate. Don't let his quiet demeanour fool you: He is a consummate professional, and a great tech.

The store also has most of the stuff I need, or they will order it if they don't have it in, and they have a really awesome shop dog. What more could you ask?

Years ago when we started biking we went to this location and received great service. This time we went to start our 4 year old on a new bike so we can all bike together and the service was fantastic. The selection was great and they had everything we needed to get started. They were also incredibly patient with all of our questions, did a full check on the bike we were buying and helped me out with some parts I was missing for my own bike. 10/10 recommend!

Joe and team are amazing. I was never pressured to buy now because the sky is falling. They asked questions and presented me with the right options for my riding style. There was never a push to buy the more expensive bike.

I have been a customer for 20 years and have always been impressed with the excellent customer service provided by the technicians and staff. When I bought my first bicycle, a Trek 4300, I was treated with respect and received valuable advice. Now, after upgrading to the Giant Trans 29 2, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the level of service I received. I honestly love this bike store. I went in to look for a casual cruiser for my partner and I never felt pressured. Everyone in the store was just extremely helpful. I also love this store because my partner had bought me a bike last year and it wasn’t right for me, so we took it back. They were great about the exchange and allowed me to switch bikes even though the one I ultimately chose was slightly less expensive. They also let me ride around the parking lot to test out different bikes. It’s such a good place. And Cairo the dog is adorable and friendly.

Whether I'm getting my bikes serviced, picking up accessories, just browsing, asking dumb questions, or buying a new bike, the experience has always been consistently great.
