Generally, these guys are great.

However they will not install anything on an electric bike, even with manufacturer’s instructions, even if it’s only a wheel, due to “liability and company policy. ”

I am baffled, and sad. I guess I find another bike shop.

Exceptional service from Ron. He’s very knowledgeable & helped me put a missing part on my spin shoes today. We also had a lovely chat about riding correctly to get the maximum benefits for the longevity. Thank you!

I found an old bike that I thought would suit my Granddaughter but needed work so I fixed it up and went to Cyclepath looking for training wheels. The ones from Can Tire didn’t fit. Ron searched through his basement hoping to find a pair on an old bike. When that didn’t work he took a new set and shaved it down and adjusted it to fit. A small job but his interest and willingness to find a solution really impressed me. When my granddaughter is older and needs a new bike, we’ll be returning to Cyclepath!

Had an awesome experience today. They saw me straight away and fixed my flat in about an hour. Ian was awesome and showed me a few things about my bike I didn’t know! So happy I found them!

My first experience at the shop. Same day service as promised despite the huge backlog of work due to lock down. Customer service first class, with satisfaction or bring back if unsatisfied. I was treated as a valued client. Price was affordable and I am glad that I chose the shop, highly recommend

After having bought two great bikes here and having received excellent service for years, I was very disappointed when I was turned away my last visit in October 2022.

According to the website at the time, drop-in was welcome. I got a babysitter so that I could walk all the way to drop off my bike. Upon arrival I was told there was no space and had to come back a day later. When I mentioned the drop in, they said they don't do it anymore, but had yet to change the website... I explained my situation, but there was no understanding, he wanted me out of the shop with my bike.

If I would have known there were no drop offs, I obviously would have made an appointment. I left the shop, and lucky enough, a bike shop a few doors down welcomed me in as I was visibly distraught. Thanks to that shop I didn't have to walk all the way home and go back a day later.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my bike off and pick it up less than an hour later.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable. Whether you are looking for a new bike, or to repair an old one, they will do a great service for you. The parts they sell are affordable, and their selection is great. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I came in with a detached front wheel, it fell off randomly when I lifted my bicycle, and unsure how it got detached and what parts I needed or was missing.

Without wasting time, Ron fixed my bike in two minutes - he put on a new quick release and afixed the front wheel, and didn't charge me for anything.
