By far the best experience I've had with a motorcycle shop. Justin told me to drop by to check my caliper. Him and the team were beyond helpful, and awesome overall. If you need any work on your bike, don't doubt to visit the shop and have a chat with them. Definetly will be back to get more work done!

This shop sets itself apart from others on so many levels that it's hard to list them all. Friendly service is relatively common, but it's rarely followed with competence, understanding and no-BS approach that Tom and his crew provide. I can always rely on their advice and help while being confident they will do an excellent job in a timely manner and for a very reansonable price. They are a busy bunch, but always find time to explore and explain the options and guide their customers towards an optimal solution. I've been riding for over 30 years and do most maintenance myself but never think twice about trusting Cyclewerx with more complicated jobs. My most sincere recommendation.

Brought my vespa here for non start and certification. It took over a week to get one tire but the worst part was the same day I left the shop there I experienced the same issue I brought the bike in for. Their response was, well it was working when it left here. You can bring it in and we will look at it again. They wanted to charge me again for a service I already paid for and didnt receive. To boot I had to return the next day to pick up my certification paper because the person who completed them was not present, even though they called me saying it was "ready" after 2 weeks. Very bad experience as new vespa owner and for the money I paid it was totally not warranted and not a professional shop or owner.

Nice shop. Lots of bikes in the shop. HD’s and imports. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful people with amazing skills and awesome humor! Great bunch of guys caring for your bike and for you! I recently picked up a 1986 honda magna 750cc from then and fell in love with the bike will recommend them to anyone who ever needs anything done to their bikes! Keep being awesome guys I'll be seeing ya soon!

Got a quick safety insp and chain service from them for my Triumph. Great shop tuck in the neighborhood, Tom and Ron were nice, accommodated me last minute, consulted few bike matters from them.will def frequent this shop more. - Kev

Been to cyclewerx a few times to service my bike, Tom and all the techs are very helpful in explaining what was done and what needs to be done in the future. Felt like a new motorcycle when they were finished! Would definetly recommend Cyclewerx to friends and family

Excellent service, I brought in my bike to the shop to check the clutch and lever, that weren’t working properly and they took care on the spot, the owner and the staff super friendly and helpful, and reasonably priced too

They have fantastic customer service at this place. I have had my bike worked on by two of the technicians at different times. I can honestly say they are worth their weight in gold as techs. Extremely knowledgeable and happy to help.

These guys are hands down the best motorcycle mechanics in the city. Fast, friendly and highly competent. I've used them many times in the past and have always been impressed by the quality of the work they've done. Their prices are also very reasonable. I don't think you can find a better price to quality ratio anywhere in the city.

Anyway, I had another great experience with them today, just a simple speedo cable fix but I've had them replace my clutch in the past, among an assortment of other various things over the last few years and I've never been let down. Don't hesitate to visit these guys, they are just great.

I had a very positive experience with Cyclewerx - Tom and Ron definitely went out of their way to painstakingly troubleshoot my motorcycle - which had a stubborn, chronic issue that wasn't easy to resolve. They never gave up and, unlike many others, didn't just want to replace parts - they ensured that they diagnosed the root cause of the issue and fixed it, without giving up or getting frustrated, and keeping a cheerful disposition the entire time, to boot! Great going, guys, wishing you the best always! Kudos!

Great guys! Good value, good quality work, efficient - not much more you could ask for. Was very happy with the service I received here, everyone I dealt with was super friendly and professional. The estimated time to get the work done was quite a bit quicker than other shops I spoke with and they stuck to their word. The parts were ready exactly when they said they'd be. Will definitely be coming back to Cyclewerx for any other motorcycle service work and would not hesitate to recommend them!

The team was fantastic. They kept me informed and updated on the testing being performed on my Harley. They also did a post repair break down once I picked up the bike.

Tighten a bolt on my motorcycle seat so tight that it it needs to be cut off. Told me I needed steering head bearings, which it didn't need.

Awesome little business I discovered not too long ago. Only good experiences so far for the few visits I did and services I requested.
Tom and Justin are going out of their way to help their customers and answer their needs. Pricing is fair as well.

The guys at Cyclewerx are absolutely amazing. I purchased an older Bike which a lot of shops refuse to work on. However, the guys at cyclewerx made it running like it would've 28 years ago.

I brought my bike to the shop for Carburetor cleaning, valve adjustment and some other work and now it runs like a charm.

I dealt with Justin, Vinny and Tom and they are all very patient, highly skilled and super friendly.
The shop is quite busy however despite that, they manage to give you a good turnaround time on the repairs.

I highly recommend Cyclewerx and the Mechanics there, they will be my shop for repairs and adjustments going forward.

I've been taking my BMW's to Cyclewerx since Tom opened at the old location. They've never needed much in the way of repair but when maintenance or something comes up that I'm not sure about, I bring them here. Straight answers and fair dealing.

The shop and entire team here is amazing. They know their stuff, they're friendly and honest.

They complete repairs correctly and on time. I've been going here for 5 years. Each staff member rides and loves motorcycles.

Awesome to deal with. I'm a fairly new rider and they didn't make me feel inferior at all. Explained with no judgement. I'll go back.

Great service here by honest people who go the extra mile and will not rip you off. Took my bike to another shop last year because they were closer to home. Won't make that mistake again!

Great guys, even though it's downtown Toronto and they always have work to do, they give you the personal attention of a small town shop. Very patient and helpful, and wanting to be useful rather than rip you off, even if it means less money in their pocket. Absolutely recommended

Super fast friendly service. They even had the part i needed on hand for my vintage honda shadow.

These guys are awesome. Hard working, friendly and reasonably priced. Tom went far out of his way to save my first bike from being sold for parts to working good as new.

Very friendly and honest mechanics. I have shown up at times just to get some minor adjustments done to my bike and they would not want any money. Their turn around time has been quick and they do not try to get you to do more to your bike than what's is needed (which is the experience I had with other mechanic shops). Would recommend to family and friends.

Small but, busy place.there is a reason for it. Justin and the mechanics are knowledgeable about what they do. Had my Honda 550 1975 fixed. Running like a charm now after frustrating service at different garage. Small store to buy some gear. Located right on Bloor, 1/2 block East of Keele.

Great service, super fast, and customized to what I wanted. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything. Will come back!

I've had an older Yamaha kick start only bike that's been hard to start since new. It always took at least 3 kicks if cold and could be impossible if just warm, not hot. As it aged it got harder and harder to start. It got so I would just give up. These guys serviced the carbs and now it starts easier than it ever did, sometimes on the first kick cold and almost always in one when hot or warm. Thanks for bringing my toy back to life.

Years later and I am updating this review to report the bike still starts on the first kick. I only wished I lived closer to the shop.

Amazing service! Highly recommend this place. I called 6 shops to simply balance the rear tire on my Cbr600rr that I had removed and all shops told me they wouldn't be able to do it for 1-2 weeks. A 5 min job are you kidding me. Cyclewerx took my tire balanced it and didn't even charge me anything all in under 10min. This is my new shop for bike repairs.

This is THE place to go if you have a classic bike. The owner Tom is a great guy, and they always do good work. Too bad Noy (another mechanic), is no longer there as I feel he was the hands behind that place, nonetheless, always get good service.
