D Spot Desserts St Clair Avenue West Toronto

This location sucked. Ordered the divide and conquer and two karak chai.

The waffle was dry and the brownies pieces were cold.

The karak chai didn't have milk and when we went to tell the only server he said that's how they do it. We had to remind him the chai which was suppose to be steamed with milk didn't have any milk.

This place is take out joint.
Paper plates and plastic utensils.
The other location such as Scarborough, Mississauga or Etobicoke had better service and ambience.

Wouldn't recommend this location over other D SPOT locations.

Avoid this location! I have never had such slow service at a D spot before this location. I went in at night when there were 2 tables that were already served. The lady did not even acknowledge that we were waiting, so I had to go up front to get a menu and order. The order took 40 minutes. After a long wait, I saw the plate sitting on the counter so I just went and got it. The crepe was not even cooked properly, it was still raw. It's definitely my first and last time going here! Service was super slow, there were 3 people working and still could not manage the orders. Took way too long and people were getting impatient. Highly DO not recommend this location!

Had a fantastic time with our family! Great food, desert and customer service.
Our kids weren't happy with how spicy the hot dog was and the manager, Fazel, come to talk to us personally and took great care of us.

Ice cream and desserts are good, but customer service is not. You must look at the menu and pay before sitting and wait for your order to be ready and pick up. Also, you should leave your table clean and take your dishes after you're done.

I tried this place and I got it to go. I got something that is like a flurry and I got a matcha shake. The presentation was non existent. They had no flavour. And in cardboard takeout cups with lids. Not worth the money. Sad because I had looked forward to going there for so long and kept putting it off. It was definitely a real put off. I hate that you don’t get valu for your money anymore.

I came in for the first time with my family and ordered the classic funnel cake and funnel fries. They were d-luscious! The funnel cake is massive, definitely serves 3 hungry adults. Great experience, will be returning.

Nice little place for late night snacks. I wish they were open a bit later like until 2: 00. The prices are a bit of a stretch, but the options are very tasty and staff is friendly.

Absolutely no service at this location. Other location they take you to your seat, take your order etc.this location doesn’t even acknowledge you when you come in. I sat down and no one came to me to take my order. Found out after 5 -10 min of waiting for someone that we had to come up to the counter and order the food and take the food there ourselves and take it to the table.

The dessert in this place was amazing! But i am disappointed to say that there burgers ajd fries are horrible the wait was very long and the burger was way to overcooked and not only that but there was a whole piece of paper in my burger.

Very clean restaurant! Perfect presentation! Very delicious desserts! Very nice people! The prices are absolutely outrageous though and I can't give it more than 3* because of that. $25 for a classic strawberry funnel cake (with tax and tip). The place was empty and I can't see it surviving too long unfortunately. I can't justify coming back here with these prices. My first and last time. You know I get that's there's inflation and maybe they have no choice, but I'm out.

Been coming here since it first opened, the staff are very friendly people. Overall I really love the food and desserts here it very good and tasty. And I love to come here when I have the chance too

The ambience was nice not busy.staff wasn't welcoming.cake was good but a bit dry! Maybe consider a changing station for babies.overall I enjoyed the colorful ambience.

Employees were nice. Got two cakes. One was fabulous, one tasted like a basic cake box…conflicted on how to review. My friend says she only ate it cause it was very expensive? $12 for one cake might as well just go to the grocery store or make your own cake

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. They helped narrow down my choices. Moreover, their customer service skills were on point! The place appeared neat and clean! This was one of the best dessert places I’ve been too thus far! Will definitely go back.

I was very excited to go to this location but I was very disappointed, I don’t if it was a one time thing or it wasn’t a good day for the staff but the service was awful and on top of that I found a hair on my plate and they apologized and saí they were going to make another one but a few seconds later they called me saying it was the plastic and not a hair and than gave me the same plate. It definitely was a hair because it was black and the fork was white.
Definitely not coming back to this location unfortunately.

G Spot is trying to hide their bad, rubbery pancake taste under an enormous amount of sweet toppings that don’t even match together.

Also how can a dessert place NOT have hot chocolate?

Honest Review: the best d spot location in Toronto! Staff are very friendly and helpful when in need of assistance. I enjoyed the hospitality when entering as I had never been to a d spot before. Place is clean neat and tidy great eating area!

We got two funnel cakes. The original strawberry and rose with nuts (don’t make me blush).

Unfortunately, when we went the soft serve ice cream machine was down. They subbed it for three scoops of ice cream of your choice.

Overall, the portion size was huge for two people to share. We found the funnel cake to be on the sweeter side.

The workers here were so sweet! They got my order perfect, they were super fast and the ice cream was super delicious I would def come here again!

It’s a nice place with good vibes! All desserts here are amazing, I was there in my last trip, honestly I felt in love of their cakes, specially red velvet cake! I hadn’t tasted a cake like this before!

Very good dessert spot! My wife and I enjoyed our desserts and would go back again. The crepe was a bit dry tasting but overall, the desserts were fresh and very tasty!

Amazing dessert place. On the expensive side but 100% worth it. I recommend the milkshakes. Honestly I didn't try the rest of the menu but they have burgers, sandwiches, and fries.

The place is nice and clean, the staff is super friendly. Everything comes in great portion. Funnel fries and cake are my favourite tho. The texture is pretty unique and taste soooooo good. Definitely recommend you to come here if you are into sweets.

This dessert café has my heart. Such an amazing place to satisfy your sweet tooth. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the warm waffles here with good amount of toppings. A must visit for your midnight cravings as they are open till late. Very friendly staff. This is my go to place now ️
