D-spot offers delectable desserts with a diverse menu The service is prompt and friendly, enhancing the overall sweet experience.

No hot drinks except tea and no milk or sugar for the tea. Food took forever to get, 30+ minutes. Tables were dirty and weren't cleaned during the hour we were here. Save your money, go to a different place or a different d spot. This place misses the mark entirely.

D-spot serves mouthwatering desserts, and the service is quick and friendly, making it a delightful treat.

Back again and got my favourite Luxurious Rose Funnel Cake, it was delicious! Love that this location is always consistent with my orders. Thanks I will be back lol.

I love this clean and small dessert cafe. Service was very quick and the staff was very nice and polite. Had delicious “Hidden Gem” and good time with my friends. Will definitely visit again.

The presentation was bad, i odered waffle with icecream and some toppings.everything was bad.they dont know how to prepare.how can somebody eat this type of dessert contains waffle and icecream and fruits with plastic cutlery.and the plate was also disposable and not strong enough.they didn't provide water for the customers.i have visited other dspot locations and this location is entirely different and bad.and the service is also bad.not recomended.

Not recommended at all. The service was bad. The staff is not professional and they dont know what they are doing. Plates and cutlery are bad and they are disposable.

On Jan 27, I ordered Nutella milkshake and the server put chocolate syrup on the whipped cream. However, on Jan 28 I ordered the same thing and the server didn't put the chocolate syrup. I asked the server to put the chocolate syrup but she refused to do it. I enjoyed the drink the first time. The lack of consistency is what ruined the experience for me.

Thank you so much for our delicious food! We had the white chocolate brownie and stone fruit lemonade. I have tried the location in Guelph last summer and now we visited this location. The staff was super kind and it was stupid busy too! Yet they were managing!

My first experience at DSpot was a fantastic one! The place was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating of my requests, and the food was delicious! You'll spend a pretty penny but the food is worth it! I was there on a Saturday night and until past 11pm the was a steady flow of customers! This place is very popular and I can see why!

Had an amazing experience at Dspot. The tornadoes and the waffles were palatable.especially the service provided by vishal.must visit atleast once ️

I tried D Spot based on a recommendation from a friend. The staff are friendly & the service was good as well. But I do wish they picked a bigger venue, as there’s barely any room to stand inside while waiting for your order or waiting in line to place your order.

I ordered the Vanilla Chai Shake. My thoughts on the drink. It taste amazing!

My thoughts on the price, the drink is a little bit on the expensive side.

Although the shake tasted good & the service was good as well. Considering the prices, I would probably go to D Spot once in a blue moon. Perhaps, if the prices were reduced then I would go more often.

Don’t let my review discourage you from going to D Spot. I do recommend you guys to and try out their shakes.

Best dine in experience. Very hygienic place with clean seating area. So many deserts choices and very tasty. Definitely visiting again.

Ordered crepes today from Dspot n they were so bad. They literally smelled of stale eggs, overpowering smell of eggs to the extend we felt almost like puking with one bite. We registered complain with uber eats but the response we got was - we cannot do anything about it. We wasted money. Need refund and we never ordering again from D spot. Pathetic crepes.
