D Spot Desserts Waterloo

We order a sundae for takeout. Their takeout spoons are really cheap quality. They are sharp on the edges which can cut lips from the inside while eating. They did not have any other spoons. We reached at 11.10 and the girl at the counter says our kitchen closes is 10 minutes. I mean even restaurants with dine in close the kitchen 30 minutes prior but a dessert spot would close kitchen 40 mins before closing time. I have been to the Kitchener spot and that is a very busy location always. No wonder why. Their customer service was any day better than Waterloo. I would not mind driving to Kitchener next time.

I was awesome and I liked service very much. The employees were very friendly and they served us very well specially Rutvi and Subham.

Awesome shakes, dedicated staff. Awesome job guys!

Omg this is the place! Amazing amazing desserts, and omg the amazing and beyond nice customer service, the nice girl (Rutvi) helped and was super patient with us. She deserves a raise!

Overrated. Staff was nice, and made good time with everything, especially considering how busy it was, but far too over priced for the quality. The cheesecake was a bit dry and crumbly, but it WAS edible. The main problem is that it was $18 for a single, small slice. If you’re craving cheesecake, I would instead recommend going to Walmart and spending $6 on one of their cheesecakes; it tastes better, you get more, and it’s much cheaper.

Usually does really well! But I had my heart broken by my last visit. The item "Hidden Gem" claims to be a Chocolate Lava cake within a crepe, with Icecream.

The so called lava cake was
1: Completely dry (no lava)
2: Not hot at all, in fact, cold (not lava!)

The whole point of chocolate lava cake is that if it's well made, it has a slightly hard exterior and liquid lava within. And is supposed to be HOT so it can complement the cold vanilla ice cream.

It didn't even accomplish being a hot brownie. I'm so upset.

Everytime I try to diet this place holds me back (in a good way). Amazing sweets, cozy vibe! Special shoutout to Nihar:)

I went with a group of my friends and being our first time it was very hard to decide from all the options but we were helped out by affan who was very patient and made sure everything was on point, had a very nice experience.

Place is really nice and so is the staff. The food was also really well made with no disappointments.

Dessert is okayy, hygiene is okay, still see some stains on the chair and table. But service is good, very friendly.

Went there on Monday, had an amazing time although the prices are a little high but I feel like its worth it. I was served by Affan, very nice guy he guided me through the menu very well and the food was warm and fresh. Would definitely recommend.

Very prompt and courteous service! We tried their mango and dark chocolate vegan icecream as well as their vegan lava cake. We wanted to try their vegan croffle but will do so at another time. Their vegan icecreams are both so good, I’m surprised they are vegan.

They also accommodated me because I have a peanut allergy and they kindly washed the icecream scoops for me. They also brought us glasses of water. They open late too.

We will definitely return. Thank you for having us!

Best place for waffles and Crepes. I loved this place. I saw many reviews that it's over pricey but trust me they have a good portion and the taste was amazing. It's worth it. I Will surely recommend it to my Friends and Family.

Tried customized waffles and it was delicious. Staff was super friendly and ambience was pretty good. Must visit for every sweet tooth person

I went there yesterday around 3 pm and it being my first time I had no idea what to go for but the worker there, his name was Affan, he really helped out and we decided upon a waffle. It was fairly busy but I was kinda shocked on how quickly my order was ready and it was absolutely stunning visually and just as good in taste. Everything was perfect I would strongly recommend it.
P. S ask for Affan if its ever your first time, he's really helpful and accommodating.

Nice atmosphere, the seller helped us choose as it was our first time. Delicious, pricey. Wished for smaller portion plate choices for kids.
The table wasn't clean, though I remember seeing 2 or three staff behind the counter. Cleaning tables could be done on spot of customers leave.

Excellent quality ice cream. I like their different menu choices like funnel cake ice cream, milkshakes, cakes, and the ice cream cones.

Came after prom, and honestly the perfect place to end the night. Great funnel cake and great service

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The new york cheesecake is bomb! We will try tue crepes next time!
