Great service! Even put a candle in my dessert was really the cherry on top of my experience

I had a very unique experience, never sat down at an ice cream/dessert place before. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful!

NOT AS GOOD AS THE MISSISSAUGA LOCATION
it’s cheap in ingredients (Ordered crepe)
And the dough was not fully cooked
Hopefully management do something about this and not to he cheap on putting chocolate or fruit on top

D Spot Dessert Cafe is a great place for desserts. Really like that they are open late which is rare for most establishments nearby.
The service was very friendly and helpful when trying to figure out what to order.
Even whatever we ordered that really tasted good with reasonable prices.

This place is awesome to satisfy your sugar cravings. They have so much variety of desserts to choose from. The quality and quantity of food was great and staff was excellent!

I brought a couple of friends. Our server, Darsh, was exceptional. We felt very well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

First time here. Service was very slow had to wait like half an hour for just a vanilla ice cream.

Would have gave 5 stars but they forgot ice cream and a straw super hard to do a milkshake without a straw plus price was a little high 70$ 3 desserts and a 5 dollar tip.

Great place with vast variety of desserts options for you to treat your taste buds. The atmosphere of the cafe was really nice and calming, service was good and we got our order within 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend if you're visiting!

Overall experience was amazing. The staff is very quick attentive and friendly We went on a weekend night so it was extremely busy. The ordering process was quick and easy (dine in or take out). Establishment is very clean. Wait times are not long at all. However is you do order a funnel cake the wait time is longer. So happy this place came to Windsor!

The taste and the quality was spot on. The staff was very gentle and service was excellent.

I came here several times mostly for delivery. I tried the saffron pistachio ice cream and the milkshake. I also bought an entire cake once. It never disappoints.

The employees are very nice and helpful and the quality of items is top. I highly recommend if you are wanting anything ice cream or milkshake.

I would give 10 stars if possible.

Don’t wear hair nets. Or beard nets. Got my girl ice cream and there was a long hair in it. Then my lemonade had a beard hair in it. Made me GET UP N DIP

Excellent Variety of food and customer service was very quick and awesome. Upon asking cashier suggested Lotus cookie butter Milkshake. OMG was so so so so good. Loved it will come back again and again.

Quality was good overall but very expensive. Granted, 1 desert can satisfy 3 without question. Decadent chocolate funnel cake, heavenly chocolate crepe and a water was $47 including taxes.

It's a great desert and ice cream shop. The place is good size and nicely decorated. They have a variety of deserts and ice cream. Plus, they also have burgers and some other stuff.

For anyone searching for best place in Windsor for desserts, You must visit here! Staff is so friendly and the ambiance is wonderful. A great experience.

I'm being generous with 3 stars. I had the funnel fries with strawberry sauce and vanilla ice cream. Sorry to say it was very disappointing. I figured for the $20 dollars I paid for it that it should have been amazing. It was average with cheesecake chunks that were fairly decent but the strawberry sauce drizzled on top was like the cheapest one you can order in bulk. For the price I was expecting that you make inhouse strawberry sauce with real big chunks of strawberries!
I found it insulting that they asked for you to tip on top of the audacious price!
The dessert I purchased should have been $12 with real strawberries.
The menu needs to be put on a couple stationary screens and have one screen flipped through pictures of your desserts. Stop making the menus flip on the screens. I did not like the fact I had to download your menu just so I could order.
Saving grace was it was big enough for 2 to share. Decor was nice, tables only had a few crumbs on them and the floor was not sticky!

As the star system says 3 stars = it's ok.
Make some changes and I'll be happy to review my review.
