D & W Carpet Cleaning Toronto

Years ago, I chose them, and now they are the Best carpet cleaning in the city. There are no hidden fees. Definitely recommend!

I contacted D&W to clean a stain I had on an area rug that was about 1 food in diameter. It was spilled tea and household cleaning products did not work. They quoted me $120 and plus $30 if it needed specialty shampooing. The cleaner came (who was very nice) and spent about 20 minutes cleaning the stain and adding the speciality shampoo for $150 in total. While the carpet was still wet it looked like it might be fully clean but later once it dried, the stain had more than doubled in size to about 2.5 feet in diameter. I called their reception office who connected me with the cleaner and I showed him the results. He advised that he didn’t believe it would come out and to give up. Given that the carpet was now unusable due to the expansion of the stain (prior to that we could have rearranged furniture or other discreet ways to hide it), I asked for a refund. He said he would speak to the manager. Over the course of 3-4 weeks I called the reception office 6 or 7 times who took my calls and told me the manager would call me. On the last call they told me they are only the reception and could not give me the managers number. Finally, I received a text message that they would give me $50, which I refused as the entire service provided resulted in the full stain expanding. At this time they are no longer responding. I would avoid this company as they have clearly shown that they are unwilling to stand behind their work. I understand there was no guarantee that the stain would be removed but their work clearly resulted in the stain dramatically getting worse.

This company provides top notch cleaning service. I have used 3 or 4 different carpet cleaning companies in the past and this company did the best job by far. I would totally recommend them to my friends and families! Quick service and great customer service!

I had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned, scrubbed and sealed by their tech. He did a magnificent job and now all tile looks brand new. We ran into a small glitch, yet owner swept in an resolved the issue immediately.

My carpets look great! They got all the stains. To top it all off, the carpets were soft and not crusty when they dried.they are meticulous and detail oriented.

This company is really professional and very organized. From my first inquiry, they were responsive, on time and did a terrific job on a not so dirty carpet and a really dirty carpet. He was also very informative regarding what might be a warranty claim on a wall to wall carpet that isn't holding up so well. I highly recommend D & W Carpet Cleaning Toronto.
