I when to this nail tech to do my eyelashes and guest what the lady said to me that she does not do eyelashes when the big sign writes eyelashes and nail my friend also ask about her nail to be done and they also refuse to do her nail just because our complexion is black these people should not be in business so I'm just give black people a eyes opening

I am very disappointed with this nail place. I had an appointment and they made me wait 20 minutes. When the lady finally greeted me, she did not even apologize for making me wait. She acted as if she was too busy to do my nails, even though I had an appointment. This is very poor customer service. They should have told me when I walked in that they were too busy even though I had an appointment. I would not recommend going here as they are rude and don’t know how to be professional at all. I have never been disrespected like this at a nail salon in my life! Can’t wait to get my nails done this week at a proper nail salon where they deserve a good tip. Ladies…don’t waste your money or time on this place.

My friend got charged over 40 bucks just for removing her existing manicure since it started to peel.

Ladies, RUN DONT WALK! I was looking for a last minute appointment and called D1 Nail Lounge and left super impressed. The place is super clean, pretty, and the service… the service! I called near closing time for a mani and pedi and they took they’re time, offered foot massages, super friendly, provided a thorough job even though they were already closed. If you’re looking for a nail place…THIS IS IT!

I dropped in over my lunch break and although there was only one nail technician in during that time with a short window in between appointments, she was able to efficiently fit me in while still attend to the other customers. I really appreciated the customer service and quality of work. This was my first time here and normally go to other salons around the city but this is the cleanest work and well shaped nail job with a bonus of a thorough hand massage I've had in a while (especially while being on a time limit). Also to note: covid protocols and salon cleanliness are on point.

DeeDee and her team takes such good care of the people that come in and put in so much effort to make sure you are happy. They also follow all covid safety guidelines and make sure others are too. ️

A couple months back me and my friend went to this nail salon and we both got an acrylic manicure. We made an apointment for 2: 00 but i still ended up waiting 1 hour! Also when she was doing my nails the nail tech literally cut my finger and didn't even apologize or anything, and it was even bleeding and she acted like she didn't see it and continued doing my nails, and then when i asked for a band-aid she just ignored me so i just got up and rinsed my hand. Lastly when my acrylics were done they were a bit too risen but the one good thing is that they have pretty good covid procedures, but clearly not good ones for cross contamination! I didn't directly complain i just still payed and just told myself i'm never going back there again.would not recommend you could find some place

Very amazing, on point listening to what i wanted gave my mother and i 100% attention time and respect.

I went here with my husband to get a full set of mani and pedi. The treatment was lovely, place is well kept, they were nice. My toes were done nicely, however she did not scrub or scrape my feet in which I paid full money for. Nonetheless, I would recommend here for pedicures, I am not so sure about the nails but by the looks of it, they are doing great job. I would recommend this place, be sure to be specific on what you wants, if they are trying to go around the work, be adamant about what you’d like to see done and get it done! Thanks

Unprofessional service. You get treated based on the service you get. I went to get acrylic set done with regular nail Polish. The lady asked numerous times to get shellac done instead. I told her I didn't want to because I will be changing the colour. So then she applied two coats of regular nail Polish and was going to apply the top coat. I stopped her when she was going to apply the top coat and asked her if she can put silver glitter nail polish on my two ring fingers. She then pointed at the shelf with all the nail polishes and told me to go get it. I am not sure why she couldn't get it for me as my nails were still not dry with fresh nail polish and could of smudged if I was to get it my self from a rack full of nail polishes. I have never been treated like this before at any other places. I would never return to this place again.

I’ve visited enough nail salons in my life to recognize a good job well done. This salon is now my favorite pedicure place. I have been visiting regularly now for my shellac pedicures and bio gel, they really do such a amazing job. Friendly staff, super clean environment and full of natural light. They used liner for pedicure and all equipment is used only once for each client (like foot scrub, nail file, buffer, you could ask to take those home if you want)
Anyway, I definitely come back, I feel safe in here

My husband and I use to go here every other Saturday for hands and feet and to get my eyebrows done. Since the new owner has taken over everything has gone down hill. Yes they did a few upgrades in the salon but that does not make their customer service very good. We really like Tracey Lily and Tina but now with the new owner she never answers the phone never replies to my text messages. How are we suppose to book an appt. We will miss Tracey Lily and Tina but we have decided to go somewhere else. Does anyone else feel this way?

Depending on the staff member you get, the service varies. They text and talk on the phone in the middle of service. They rush everything which leads to sloppy polish, poorly shaped nails and injuries. They’re overpriced for the job done.

These guys are actually the worst I’ve ever been to.can’t have these nails for up to a week cause of how ugly they are

This salon is the absolute worst I have ever been too. First off, the owner herself Tracy.doesn’t even know how to paint your nails. She does a horrific job. She gets so much nail polish all over your skin it’s like if she spilled the whole bottle of nail polish on you. And most of my nails weren’t even fully painted as well. I asked to get another lady to do my nails and Tracy got very upset and gave a rude comment. Even when I got the other lady, she still did my nails terrible. My shellac did not even last 2 days, it peeled all off. This place is expensive and provides terrible service. Please don’t waste your time or money here. There are other places that provide a better service with a great price.

Despite the bad reviews I decided to give this place a chance. The owner Tracy was the one who did my pedicure. A random person walked in and she literally stopped my pedicure to collect money and placed it in the cash register and when I asked her to change her gloves because she handled the cash she was offended. She additionally charged me and my parents extra money for a purple massage that we did not receive. Afterwards, she pretended not to know English. I advised her that I will be writing a review about the events that occurred and she laughed at me. She also cuts your toenails to the point where blood comes out and doesn't apply nail polish on your skin.

DO NOT GO! THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD you can go to instead. Never going back!

Their service sucks, I went to do my nails last week and the second day it came off and I called to ask them if i can come to fix they were rude on the phone and asked me to come 2 days later and when i went they treated me bad in a way they asked me when did I do it and all. And its only 7 days since i did my shellac nail polish and it fully came off. I usually never go to their place but this is the first and last time. The place doesnt look pleasant too. It was the worst experience ever. I will never go back to them.
