Ordered xmass catering, they called back to say the request was too late, even though it was put in with the time frame.l'll be sure to let people know the terrible service.

Attended a Wedding. The food and the spread was good but the bartender was not friendly at all. It was a open bar and seemed like he didn't want to be there

Beautifully renovated inside. Delicious food made by authentic Italian chefs. Their sweet table is incredible! Highly recommend them.

Don’t know from inside but parking lot has been messy with small rocks should keep maintenance updated

Neetu was amazing to work with. She was so accommodating, assuring and really tailored our wedding reception down to how we wanted our food to be spiced. We certainly did not have to worry when we booked Da Vince as our venue, Neetu took care of a lot for us. Our food was hands down amazing. Everything tasted perfect and the set up was fantastic! Our dessert station was also perfect. The venue itself was stunning, spacious and modern! We could not get over how gorgeous the ambiance was in the lobby. As soon as you walk into Da Vinci, it is pure elegance. We also appreciated the staff that ensured everything was perfect. The staff were attentive, caring and even checked in on us! We are beyond appreciative of everything that was done for our reception to run as beautifully and smooth as it did.

Ambience was good.
Address of this place was a bit of a task and customer service manager needs to be polite while answering customer questions.

Customer service at Da Vinci is a 10/10. If you're planning on having any event here, Neetu is the one to speak to. She answered all of our questions in great detail and took the time to be very thorough when it came to the hall, food, pricing, etc. Even though she was our main contact, every staff member that we met was incredibly welcoming. I had my wedding here on October 8th, 2022 And to say this hall is amazing is an understatement! From our antipasto bar all the way to our late night station of a Thanksgiving feast, it was absolutely perfect! The food was fantastic, service was impeccable each and every one of my guests who attended the wedding absolutely loved everything! Very underrated banquet hall in the GTA. Customer service is excellent, food quality is amazing and venue is very beautiful. Highly recommended for events small and large.
