We ordered large tray of Biryani for our upcoming guests through Uber eat. We ordered from this restaurant 2nd time. Previous experience which we ordered last week was fine. But yesterday when we opened our Tray to serve the guests it was horrible. The chicken pieces were so much smashed that even bones were in small pieces and the rice were not fine. The masala/ gravy was in lumps. And when we called this Morning to complain, the Person who talked to us was very rude and ill mannered. His behaviour disappointed us more than Biryani shocks. Please find attached pics. In this era of inflation if we spend money and don’t get what you expect imagine.

Terrific food, we ordered the chicken karahi and biryani rice with malai tikka and chicken tikka masala, enjoyed everything. Zia provided excellent service!

Got hooked to this place by their naans. Decided to give it a shot today (dine-in). I checked out their menu on-line and found it super humorous (they got me. I actually chuckled). When I went inside, I got the same pleasant vibe from their décor. I ordered Samosa Chaat and Fish Pakora for Apps. Lamb Karahi and Chicken Malai Boti skewers for main with Butter Naans and fries. Everything was to perfection. No lamby smell in the karahi, meat was tender and soft, and the gravy was just perfect (not too spicy and nice and tangy because of the yogurt and tomatoes). As for the Malai Boti, what can I say - felt like it came right off of a street vendor's grill in Lahore. Lastly, I noticed that their ingredients were super fresh because even their garnish on the lamb karahi was bursting with flavor. Best part? $54.

The food is good. No doubt. The service was extremely slow and asked for stuff multiple times. The waiter got so offended when my husband asked him if the other waiter was his twin brother. Even when we were leaving, he was still making faces and shaking his head like we did something so nasty.

We got the two protein platter, chicken and beef, and Karachi chicken curry along with tandoori rotti.
The chicken kebab was excellent and so was the curry although VERY greasy. That got saved by the flavour for sure.
The beef kebab was just bad. Think flavourless rubber or leather bad. Chew chew and chew some more.

We will be back to try other stuff on the menu for sure. The flavour of the dishes, other than the beef, was great. Prices are good and so is service.

One thing I don’t like at all is that advertise free chicken biryani dish if you give them positive review. That is a bit shady imho.

SYED treated me really nicely and had my order ready right away. He works really efficiently and I am 100% satisfied with the service that I received! Food was also very hot and fresh!

They need to change the recipe for the biryani. Too much nutmeg which is too over powering!
I got duo platter- everything was cold! Had to warm up everything at home! Chicken boti was totally bland, no taste at all. Beef kebab also cold.

-The deliver driver left my order outside in cold. No knock, no door bill, no call. The food was half cold.
-Part of my order was missing.
-The Lamb Curry was not actually made of lamb meat. It was made of beef meat.

Their customer service is praise worthy. Food is fresh and mouth watering. Like the ambience. It’s near and clean. I recommend the restaurant

Waste of money. The quality of services and the taste have been compromised. For a full chicken, you don't get the right quantity. I got one-legged chicken Karahi. The meat is not tender and chewable. When you report problems with the food taste or quantity, Data Grill doesn't care. I have stopped buying food from Data Grill.

Food was 4.7/5, satisfied all my taste buds and the spice level was reasonable. The wait time isn't as long as other restaurants, but is still there is a wait. The prices aren’t very expensive.

Service quality is also very good, in our case, at one occasion, they readily accepted their mistake and offered us free food, appreciate the level of Customer Care! In fact it won our favours for repeated visits. Keep it up!

Nice Pakistani food. It actually is pakistani flavor and it arabic or Indian. So have to give it that. I love other cuisines too, but they actually make food with pakistani spices. Also, nice mural on their wall.
