Bought a tire, days later it exploded. I went to his store and he didn't want to repair it. I told him that I had already seen negative comments on his page right here.start insulting me.imagine a 50 year old man insulting a 16 year old girl.don't go to that store. I have everything recorded.

The service and customer service of this bicycle shop is really terrible, aggressive and they do not comply with the guarantee of their work, which they supposedly claim to be good, dont buy here, your money and your time are not worth it. Take care.

Walked in asked to have a Thule Childrens seat installed. Guy took one look at it and said no he wouldn't do it. No explanation why or offer of solution just one look at me and said no.

Brought my old bike here that had some gear change and chain falling problems. The owner told me that it had a bent derailiour. He fixed my bike the same day, picked it up in the evening! Very impressive
I took my bike for a short test ride, no issues whatsoever. 5 stars! Highly recommend

Went in to have my rear wheel replaced after a bike collision, had it replaced in no time. Excellent customer service and speedy service at a fair price. Check em out if you need your bike serviced or are looking for parts or accessories

I came here to get my bike fixed. The owner initially said that nothing was wrong. After I showed the problems, he came up with a host of issues and gave a quote of $310. I declined the offer and went to another shop that only charged $50.

Called to check for a part, after answering they don't have it I got hunged up on. Not sure how the bike service is but the customer service is lacking. Needed another part but would rather take my business elsewhere.

He is good but I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.
My chain just got off from gears accidentally and he straight away suggested me to replace the whole chain. He did not even look at the chain properly!

The store is clutch. Now my daughter is HAPPY BIKER.which makes me (as she says) the best DADDY on the planet. The shop owner is SUPERB! In this time of COVID.this store owner is PLEASANT, polite and very communicative in what the problem was and how it was fixed. He Was able to fix my bike in LESS than a day. I highly recommend this shop if you want quality service and respectable shop staff to help make your bike experience a pleasant one. THANK YOU SIR. SIX stars

No personal issues with the owner he was never rude to me but they literally do no have parts for anything and will not tech your bike if tis "too much work" imo check elsewhere

Very good service. Got my bike tuned up. Quick turnaround and affordable. Also had an issue with my brakes. The owner fixed it for free.

Went in for a bike tune up and was having an issue with my rear wheel.when i got there my son was with me and super upset.owner was understanding and asked what the plan was for getting home. I explained that we were hitting the market but if it wouldn't be ready when we were done that we would bus home.he suggested with hit the market and Tim Horton and he would be done in 30- 1h so we could bike back home and not have to worry about the bus.bike ready and A warp in the rear wheel fixed in that time and all for about half of what i expected to pay.went because were new to the area and it was the closest shop to our house.will definitely return.

I've been twice now, sorted me out promptly and once, didn't charge me anything! All work well done. I'm happy and will go there again. Small shop, good service.

Awesome local bike shop, the quality is the best you'll get for the prices. Owner is so nice and helpful, and he charges much cheaper than any of the other big stores for his bikes of that quality and for his services like tune ups and repairs

Went to get my cables changed out and tuned up. He did the job for cheaper than what other people listed the price at. However for the timing of the bike, he did a improper job in the shifting alignment. Which was easily fixed myself.
If you just want a basic job done he's alright. But don't expect too much

This descent man daila is pretty fair in bicycle repair ive been dealing with him for years and couldnt be happier i would give daila a 5 star service he is a Top gun repair man with many years experience big time he can propaply repair most bicycles with his eyes closed seroiusly keep up the good work in life you cant please everybody but overall hes more than fair Joey

I return every summer for a bike tune-up. The owner is always helpful, & always speedy. I definitely recommend this place.

I will not be going back to this place. The only bike tube he sells popped on me several times. It was not a slow leak. This happened for many times. I spent more on bike tubes with this guy than any other bike shop. I have been riding for a long time. This guy also tried to tell me I need to change some parts when I did not need them. He claimed it was only a suggestion. He also mocked that I was on welfare and did not need my business. Then he told me I am a loser who should go back to my country. I really find his racism odd, considering he is not white. I told him I have a job and me being on welfare or being Asian had nothing with the tire issue. After that, he made fun of my teeth.

I've been coming here for over 10 years. Awsome servicing, very good prices. Always been happy with the outcome.
