Dairy Queen - Listowel

I was so disappointed with my medium hot fudge sundae. They only put a bit of hot fudge on one side of the ice cream - I had to stretch it out to have enough for the ice cream. Didn't they used to put some in the bottom of the cup and all around the top? They really cheated out!

Good service, had food made quick and staff was nice.

The food wasnt great though. Fries had no flavour and were cold. Seemed like they werent fresh, Burger was not the best either.

Will probably stick to getting ice cream from here and not getting food from now on

They took so long and there was lots of people talking and goofing off in the place I suggest not to go there

Good food. Clean. Staff all friendly and will be back to this location. They dont hide the special offers either.

I am extremely upset that my chocolate brownie explosion blizzard did not have a single brownie in it. Very disappointed. Will not be back.

Haven't had DQ in years. The burgers were great and made with care, not thrown together carelessly.

Drive through order. Bright and courteous staff! Meals prepared and ready quickly. Fries inedible. Onion rings perfect. Mushroom and swiss burger was terrible. There was no swiss cheese but some cheese like product that is better described as cheese sauce.

Amazing people we were stuck in snow storm and the owner was amazing she stayed open and didn't let us be hungry made us food and showed us were a warming center was couldn't be more thankful to the owner of Listowel dairy Queen

Family favourite stop for travel. Bathrooms are outside the main restaurant. Friendly staff too

Food is good, ice cream is great, never ever EVER go through drive thru! You will wait an eternity

Growing up in Stratford I didn't have the dine in option. I kinda prefer the Listowel location.

Great place to go and get ice cream cake, milkshakes, ice cream, from. And the employees are Very nice and fast with taking your order's. The in-store lineups sort and the drive-thru are long lineup but fast

The meals where good. I have always liked this Daily Queen in listowel since I was kid. The staff are very friendly there. I am coming back very soon for lunch again. See use again real soon.

Service is always prompt here and the food is always good. We always stop here on our way through.

One of the better Dairy Queens there is. Food is great, and unlike more popular places in town, you get your food FAST! Not much of a delay at lunch time.
Also, screw the people on reddit trying to shut this place down over a few words on a sign. Ridiculous. Let people say what they want.

They seem to put more of the good stuff in the blizzards then other locations. Fast service, no complaints. Could use an update, old school building and style. PLEASE clean the booster seats, they have never been cleaned.

This is the second time I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich in the last 4 months at the Listowel Dairy Queen never again! It was over cooked. You could hardly chew it. And I was stunned at the size of the bun and the piece of chicken this last time. It was a child's size bun & piece of chicken! Expensive for a combo at $11.99. We have had this Crispy Chicken Sandwich many times at the Dairy Queen on Ira Needles Blvd Wateroo and it is far more superior then the Dairy Queen Listowel.

My partner went to get 2 burgers a wrap and 2 ice creams, ordered cheese burgers from menu (we have ordered many times) was told they don't exist and would have to customize burger. Got 2 cheese burgers with lettuce tomato and ketchup and mayo. No cheese was on burgers, asked for a chicken ranch wrap with no cheese. Came with cheese.

I stopped at Dairy Queen in Listowel yesterday at 4: 55 coming from London, I ordered a Diet Pepsi and a Med Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. I continued my drive and stopped 15 minutes later to eat my blizzard, the presentation of it was whipped cream and whole nuts. I tastes the blizzard further and spit it out it was disgusting! The ingredients were stale, no pumpkin smell at all.

I would strongly recommend a surprise health and ingredients inspection done at this location. I will never frequent this location again!

I had a pumpkin spice Blizzard in London on Fri it’s presentation, smell and taste was excellent!

I have frequented many dairy queens throughout the year/years and never had this experience with something to eat.

Please address this situation no one needs to be ingesting this quality!

I would ask for a full refund, I will visit Dairy Queens I have frequented in the past.

Stick to frozen treats.they are always the best, but.burgers were not. I have had much better at other dairy queens. The mushroom Swiss burger had literally maybe 5 or 6 mushrooms with very little sauce and it was not good. Hubby wasn't impressed with the bacon cheeseburger either. Fries were cold and stale. Sorry to give this review. Just hoping our next visit to this location there will be an improvement.

I'm dairy intolerant, so seldom at DQ. But she who must be ok'd wanted. She loved hers, and I had the soft pretzel sticks and a slushy. Very happy. Still recommended! Even if I can't have a milkshake.

The foods really good but I went on August 4 and ordered sauced and tossed with fries and buffalo sauce and didn't get the sauce on my chicken strips and got onion ring and no buffalo dipping sauce

Drive thru service at this time with great staff and ice cream. The intercom doesn't make the staffs job easier though.

Great place for any "frozen cold" to drink &eat. Also great selection of hot foods. Fast service, great customer service!

It was drive thru but 46 years ago I asked my wife to marry me at the D Q in Listowel bin together ever since.

Menu did not match their online menu. And the cheeseburgers swam in mustard and the burgers were dried out.

First time in a long time to order food at the Listowel dairy queen mostly get ice cream which are very good but yesterday decided to get food got a grilled hamburger which was great got a chicken burger it was over cooked to very dry and tough AND there was a long hair in the condiment part of it ended up throwing it out Think I will stick to the ice cream for me

What an excellent time I had at dairy queen today. The vibrant staff took my order and prepared my food wonderfully. My dog also enjoyed her cone, thanks DQ.

The only reason I give this DQ a 3 star is they are so slow. 4 cars a head of me and it takes 24 minutes to get a dipped cone and a blizzard.

Food is as expected. Wait time though. Man it's drive thru not park and wait. I placed a take away order, 30 min in advance, for 2 and had to wait 20 min for the car infront of me to just get there food. Management has to address this

Where to begin.you seriously need to consider reducing your prices if the garbage you gave us during our last three visits will remain consistent. We will not be coming back, unfortunately, as you were always my favourite. We asked for no bacon on one burger but were also deprived the lettuce, tomato and onion. Oh and the bun was stale. Next we asked for poutine which was one big clump of not cooked. They confused the chicken burger as well, asked for the spicy cheese and got no cheese and gross spicy sauce instead. And then the rest of the fries and onion rings were dripping because the oil was definitely not hot enough when they cooked them. Did not eat any of it and will not be going back. $36 for nothing.

Burger tasted like it was cooked the day before and reheated in a microwave. I requested mustard in a small gravy container.apparently that is a hard concept to wrap their heads around since they gave me a small gravy container with half gravy and half mustard in it. I will not be returning.
