Fantastic experience at this Dairy Queen! The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is consistently delicious. My go-to spot for a sweet treat!

New owners have taken over. Been very pleased with the service multiple times and have been big orders. They move quickly and haven't messed up an order yet. When making specific changes, they follow thru. Employees are the reason we keep coming back. Keep up the great work and can't wait for my next coffee milkshake.

This location is under new management and they are increased the hours of operation. I will go here because they are now open reasonable hours. The previous owner closed too early.

Put very little ice cream in whatever you buy. Always new workers coming in and don't give good service.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 28th Birthday for Easter Sunday. I picked it up Easter Sunday when DQ opened at 11am.
As always, the cake was very delicious! Loved the way it was decorated!

Usually I don't have such bad service as I did today I was missing fries out of a meal after ordering didn't get the dips that I was supposed to for my chicken I asked for my ice cream to come last they left it out which was totally melted by the time they cooked my food and I had to wait for French fries to be made and it wasn't like they were very busy I think there was one other person in the parking lot

Always uncomfortable when I go in, the people working have so much attitude, I am assuming the owner/manger is like this because people don't do that for no reason. I don't recommend going there with a big order either, a customer behind me got told "dave is going to be so mad" (the owner). Completely ridiculous and unprofessional

Always been a great experience going to this location very happy with the quality in the food how fresh it is and good it tastes they make good ice cream too.but the point I'm trying to get at they make half of the fast food places look like a joke with the quality and freshness behind the food I have gotten so far and if anything I would rather go here for fast food over any other place in Midland thank u dairy Queen and ur great friendly staff that made me and my son's day after school. I'll be seeing you soon again

I just ordered 2 6 piece chicken basket with fries and gravy and no dipping sauce well I guess I should have opened the bag and checked every order cause both didn't have fries but had the gravy for the fries just spent 45$ and 2 orders were half of what I paid for and the lady before order was wrong also I think there needs to be a manager on at all times to make sure the simplest order is followed last time I spend money there

I wouldn't recommend going there. The food was thrown into a bag quickly which caused it to fall out of the containers. I ordered a large onion ring but received a small. The employees were publicly speaking about how they hate customers directly in front of other customers. I was also told to fill out a questionnaire but then received a paper on tipping the employees. I expected to go in there to grab a quick bite to eat as they had no customers when i ordered, but was sent outside to wait for a long period of time while they all stood around talking about how they dislike customers.

Update: Still a Amazing place, they go the distance to make a blizzard for my son who has severe nut allergies. They clean the machine and all equipment and counter just for him. As a mother that speaks louder then words. I can't express enough how truly grateful I am that they do that for their customers. Thumbs up DQ

Waited 10 minutes for a small fry, and while I waited 10 minutes my sundae melted so much I couldn’t enjoy at all. Thanks

Visited this fast-food establishment for the first time, the service & staff were great and welcoming. I arrived during a time when it wasn't busy so I received my orders quickly and spontaneously. The quality of their treats are great and very enjoyable with quality like no other fast-food establishment. In conclusion, this location has deals taking place from Monday-Thursday (e.g. 50% off all milkshakes) making their prices more than reasonable with great food in general. I will definitely revisit!

I order a dirt pie blizzard and received a plain oreo, I also order my fries well done and they were mushy.

Good.clean Just watch out there was a pit in my topping I had cherry chocolate. Manager took a pic of it to send to distributors. Just be careful

I travel weekly from oshawa Ont to Midland Ontario. I have been to most DQs in between and there. This is the best one. If corporate see this make the big guy who carries the food out manager. He's polite and professional me and the wife often wonder if he's working. Anyone else, well me and the wife wonder how the staff are doing. Should say how awesome this place is. 1000000 of orders only 1 bad order of 2 frys. But they replaced so non-issue: D

Bought a birthday cake. It was missing the center toppings and when I called in I was told there is nothing in the center of the turtles blizzard cake. If you look on the Dairy Queen website there is a center. What a disappointment to spend 33.99$ on vanilla ice cream and about 2$ worth of toppings. Blatently ripping people off. You can't see the center of the cake until you cut into it and you can't return it so your stuck with plain vanilla ice cream.

I am usually a fan of DQ ice cream. Although the last three times I have been my blizzard is never mixed and my toppings are all on top that by the time I get halfway it’s just plain vanilla ice cream. Very disappointing that it isn’t thoroughly mixed every time.

Not a great place to get food the burgers were microwave service was slow. If you have alot of time on your hands and just want ice cream then this place will do just fine nice area

2 out of 3 was perfect. My daughter got a banana split and the amount of ice cream was quite small compared to all the other time she order it in the past. Although it was very delicious she said

Don't order cheesecake ANYTHING for a blizzard. The cheesecake should come in RECTANGULAR chunks. At this location it comes COMPLETELY pureed. Then when you ask them about it they argue with you and INSIST they put three spoonfuls of cheesecake in your medium blizzard. If your putting THREE spoonfuls of cheesecake in it and there isn't one chunk of anything but tiny and I mean smaller than the cotton candy bits in your blizzard your wasting product. Thankfully the Barrie and Orillia locations know how to make blizzards. And to stand there and argue with me on that's how it comes. Unless you get a cheesecake blizzard every other day and your paying your hard earned dollars on my treats, you have no business being rude and arguing with me especially when it takes two Men to argue with a 4'11" Woman. Never will I go to this location again

Awesum! The best place for any kind of icecream treat! The only thing that would make it better would b if there hrs were correct. They're open till 11pm. Not 9pm like it says online. To think I almost went to McDonald's instead. But thought well I better check just in case. N yah like I thought they'd be open till atleast 10pm.

Always a great treat visiting Dairy Queen. My family and I have made it a treat of the day on a many occasions. Deserts for family get togethers such as Birthday parties. Dairy Queen has the ice cream cake for your favorite family getaways.

The milkshake I had was awesome. Put the chicken was microwave it was so hard I can barely eat it.

Good food some employees need to treat customers better and managers need to take complaints seriously.

I am a frequent visitor to the Dairy Queen in Midland and I always see the same happy smiling face at the cash. He is a taller gentleman with glasses. He is always courteous and never gets overly upset with customers. At the same time I see other staff, some who claim to be managers, standing around and watching him work. He will take an order and then proceed to fill most of it as well while also trying to help the next customer. He is a good worker but it is disappointing to come in and see him not receive any assistance. Good workers should be appreciated and helped instead of taken advantage of. Other then this my visits are always pleasant as long as this wonderful gentlemen is there.

Special ordered an ice cream cake for my fiance's bday. We loved it and it was done before suggested time
