Only giving it 2 stars solely because the ice cream itself didn't do anything wrong. The little white girl though has an attitude and shouldn't be working in customer service.

Very good food, excellent service, fast and polite. Had a chicken basket sauced&tossed and chicken was good and warm, and french fries were good and not too salty.
Price was $2 less than at Sheppard/VictoriaPark location, which was a pleasant surprise. So, now I go to this location instead of Sheppard location.

I was going, to go into long description of what went wrong.
However, I see nobody from this store, or DQ in general so obviously nobody cares.
Save your money. Go to another location if you crave DQ or eat elsewhere.

We came here for dessert and this is summer time. Their website shows at 11pm closed everyday and we reached here 10: 28pm. Drive through and dine in closed when we get here. When we called to make sure if it’s closed or no so the lady said we are closed and refused to take order.

If you guys have to close early, you should update your website. Thank you for wasting out time.

Where better to go for a sweet and cool treat in this heat! Great location and very clean. The staff are very friendly and ready to assist with your cool and favorite treat! Ice cream cakes are in abundance in their freezers with many to choose from. Large, medium and small can be selected for which ever your event may need. Hot meals can also be bought from burgers, to fries to chicken tenders. There is also an outdoor patio if you wish to sit outside with some tables having shade umbrellas. Made several trips this summer already and were only half way through with more to follow.

The staff was quick and helped us get the cake we wanted efficieny including getting writing on it. The dining area has been recently renovated and looks great. There was no wait yo order our food and the food was delicious and hot when we received it.

Came here 10: 47pm on Thursday today said it was open till 11 No one took an order and doors were locked closed with employees inside.

On a hot Afternoon. Was in and out in minutes with a blizzard/float in my hands.
Awesome service.

The BEST Dairy Queen. The blizzards are the best ever - the staff is always so generous with the mix-ins! I know it’s a franchise, but somehow this ice cream just tastes better than the other locations. Also, they have a drive-thru.

I was able to order a custom photo blizzard cake with less than 24 hours from the time needed! The staff was so nice and made the cake perfectly and promptly for my bday!

Drive thru purchase. Not busy at all on a Monday night around 10: 30 pm. No cash which has to stop. Still using machine attached to a hockey stick. Enough already!

Great tasting blizzards and dipped cones. Service is usually fast through the drivethru. Pretty good!

We waited 10 minutes for our order and it was wrong. We didn't notice it until we got home. We ried to call to let them know and no one answered

Had the triple mushroom and cheeseburger with poutine combo.had to pay extra to make the fries a poutine.but, I was pleasantly surprised how good the burger was AND how well it stayed together with all the gooeyness lol.only downside was the price $17 for a combo

I have never tried the food at Dairy Queen always went for ice cream but I was really impressed with the chicken strip meal! Everything was hot and fresh and I was so happy to see it came with gravy.

Chicken strips are super crunchy and has real meat in them you can see. The gravy is classic diner style and the fries are pretty good.

The service was great, the food came fast. We dined in, then ordered blizzards to go. I have a very complicated blizzard order as I almost add in every additional topping there is and the person taking my order was very patient and accommodating. The blizzards are BOMB!

They only lose one star from me because it is not wheel chair accessible, there is a double door entrance no automatic doors, no ramp.

They failed to follow clear instructions in terms of adding toppings on the side and not directly on it but it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than their skip the dishes option They also have less options on skip the dishes as well, skip the dishes which really sucks. On skip the dishes it’s almost double the cost of a single blizzard. Really really outlandish skip the dishes blames Dairy Queen, Dairy Queen blames skip the dishes ‍️

Service was horrible. She was very slow and made mistakes. We all have good and bad days however this is your place of employment young lady, there is a time and place for everything. Respectfully

This location never disappoints. Whether it's their food or their ice cream cakes, I know I can count of them to deliver. Their burgers and onion rings are always delicious. This location is also the only location I would trust with poutine as I've ordered their poutine for years and I've never had a bad experience. The taste and quality has been the same since the first day I've tried it and the customer service is always great. Their ice cream cakes are insanely delicious and the employees are always great with creating a cake we love each time we visit.

Purchased an ice cream cake. Prices have increased but still worth it. It's alot cheaper then other ice cream cake stores.

I just ordered two banana split they did put banana and ice cream was no where to be seen pure service and very despointeed I tried calling but no response

Cashier was really rude when giving order, and responded in a very rude way when I asked her to re read the order. Maybe she was having a bad day, but treat your customers better, I regular visit this Dairy Queen and will NEVER come back here again, DO BETTER!

Delicious ice cream! Drive thru are fast and efficient, customer service is spot on and lots of parking!

My daughter was ordering ice-cream and asked if I wanted anything. So I ordered a nice juicy cheeseburger. It was a poor quality patty. I threw it away. Very disappointed.

What's not good to say about DQ? Everything is a tasty treat but I will say I go less and less because the price has become cost prohibitive. $15.00 for a bottle of water, a small shake and a large dipped come.

In long time ago in many years as a child and I went to Dairy Queen before including the menu like cakes, ice cream, burgers, wraps, drinks and more but I never get a Mint Chip Shake from DQ not today.

Good food, good staff, friendly owner (old guy). Best place in town. Highly recommend this location.

Manager is very rude, it's a shame because this is a good location and everything otherwise is good, but the manager is a let down. Bad attitude.

I've been going to this location for some time now and I always find the service to be exceptional and the food always tastes great. Highly recommend it if you're you're DQ lover.

Always love DQ, was a little disappointed last time, wasnt able to get the ice cream cake on time for my sister's birthday, but with the new covid restrictions everyone understands! Hope things go back to normal soon!

DQ always seems to be superior when it comes to fast food takeout these days. Much better the McDonald's or Burger King.

We had Oreo cookie and turtle with pecan blizzard. It was good but felt it was very pricey. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Was recommended by a friend. Bought a birthday cake for 2 year old. Looked fancy but everthing else was disappointing.

If you want a banana split or peanut buster parfait when it's -5 C outside.its nice to know that the Grill & Chill restaurants sell soft serve all year round.

It's a good dairy queen with good service. I've been here quite a few times and they have never messed up my order. The fries are usually well done unlike the McDonald's across the street. They also keep the place clean. The only issue is that the food takes a while to make especially when ur going through drive through. They take several minutes but that may be true for all dq. I recommend the turtles blizzard it's pretty good.

I love this location and it's been around since forever. Love how it's one of the few locations to still have outdoor seating available.

Spent 30 mins waiting for food to find out they gave my order to someone else. Got my refund and won’t be back.

The place is good, customer service is great. Small place, not much crowded though. We usually get birthday cakes here. The collection of cakes here doesn't have much variety.

I bought strawberry cheesecake from this location by the time i go to my house it was all melted like ice cream. I took the cake for my 1st wedding anniversary which disappointed me very much because the teller dint tell me that it has ice cream in the cake and then s location spoiled my day.
Next day i went to return the cake they said it was my fault and dint even bother to look at the cake So i threw the cake there it was such a disappointing. They spoiled my day and also lost $36 for the cake.

Tasty food especially deserts. Staff is friendly. Clean place. The only disappointment is that they have limited stores.

I ordered my 5yr olds birthday cake from here 2 weeks prior to her birthday (just to make sure it would be ready) after work I went in to pick it up and the manager told me they accidently dropped it on the floor earlier in the day so now they have to make a new one (that was a downright lie, they just forgot to make it) he asked me if I could wait 30 mins so they can make it again (if it was dropped earlier in the day, why didnt you make a new one right away?) I ended up waiting over an hour for the cake (this is the reason I ordered two weeks prior so I would not have to wait) was offered no type of discount on the cake for the inconvenience, contacted head office about it and was never contacted back. Also everytime i have ordered the kids meal to go, they NEVER put in the drink or the ice cream sandwich and always have to go back in. The ice cream is yum, but the service here sucks big time

Was not impressed with the fact this is 2.49 + tax. Seriously. The picture on the menu certainly doesn’t resemble what the product looking like. Hoping there will be some rethinking about this wrap item because more can define provides and if not just talk it of the menu.

Always like how they prepare they icecreams. I was hoping my brownie hot when I ordered hot brownie icecream, but it was cold. Still it was okay.

Quite clean for a fast food restaurant. It has a patio for those who want to enjoy their summer treats outside. Easy access by TTC.

Why don't ALL Dairy Queen locations sell chocolate soft serve? Some do, some don't. It's really quite frustrating

They treat customers like dogs, but in particular immigrants' customers. The operator of this joint is typical racist. I say, overall customer services is below one star.

I was at this Dairy Queen around 9: 44PM. A young man was standing at the cashier but he didn't approached me. He stood there frozen like, when he saw me being an obvious immigrant. I was the one that needed to approach him, to order a burger combo. Then, a moment I opened my mouth the man jumped away from the tilt and a young woman kicked in at once. I have no clue where she was hiding and waiting to ambush me. I found that extremely insulting and troubling and because of that I was forced to leave. About five minutes after I left, I called the restaurant to inform them of my intention to file complaint. A female answered my call and she behaved sarcastically when I told her that I will speak to her manager. Be reminded that I will post this review also on Yelp and on the official Dairy Queen Canada.
