The gentleman who took my order today was exceptional. He was patient, reviewing each step of order for me and confirming. You see, like many folks, I was taking lunch to a loved one, just tenders and gravy, but hey. The young fellow behind the black facemask and dark hair was great. I took my package and everything was accurate as well. Thanks for a simple, yet satisfying visit.

I'm getting very frustrated with this location. I have gone here 3 times in the last month and each time something was missing. First was for my son's birthday cake. It was ordered a week in advance and when I went to pick it up the had completely forgotten to make the cake entirely. They did however give us a generic cake for free to make up for the mistake but in my opinion it was unacceptable and did not make up for messing up the simple task of taking and order. Last week I went through the drive through and asked for a Royal Reese Blizzard. I started eating it halfway home and realized they gave me something else (think it was a KitKat Blizzard). Now today (May 24th 2021) a similar situation. I ordered a royal Oreo Blizzard for my son through the drive through and he was heart broken to see that the had completely forgotten to put the fudge in the middle. I pay premium $$$ for these royal blizzards and I get ripped off and I'm not about to wait in line in the drive through to bring up the issue. Well this was the last straw for this location. I'm officially boycotting you guys and telling everyone I know not to visit your location. I highly recommend anyone reading this do the same if you don't want to get ripped off or get your order screwed up. You've taken my $$$ for the last time. I have worked in the food/customer service industry before and this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Good bye and good riddance.
****EDIT**** Over time I am noticing a downward trend in cleanliness at this location as well as a lack of maintenance. A Garbage can that is missing a leg is sitting lopsided and propped up with a small piece of wood (see photo). There is also a few tiles missing and have not been replaced. It is also VERY evident that there is a lack of cleaning at this location as I am seeing some of the same food and dust on the floors under booths and behind signs as well as ice cream splatters on the seats that I saw a few weeks prior at my last visit. If the staff can't clean the front of the house it makes me question how well things are being cleaned behind the counter in the kitchen. As Peterborough has many people visiting the city especially in the summer and likely bringing the family in for cool treats it's very embarrassing that this is what they are seeing during their visit to our lovely town. I'm hoping someone reads this and makes it right. Highly unacceptable. I will likely be taking my business elsewhere.

We went to dq as a treat after a Dr's appt. My son is quite picky but loved the hamburger and sundae. I had the mushroom cheeseburger and onion rings. It was good.

Apparently you can no longer add additional toppings to any royal blizzards.disappointed especially since I came when it was bogo. I'm fine with paying the insane price of 15$ or whatever my usual large royal oreo with peanut butter cups

There are 3 DQs in Peterborough and I will drive across town just to go to this one. The ladies were so nice, I have two wild toddlers and they were being silly and the ladies were so nice and interactive with them and us,
it’s always nice bringing kids in somewhere and feeling comfortable and understood rather than judged. Food was fast and fresh and we had a fun family dinner and treat! Thank you

I love the cheese burgers. Way better then Mc Ds. I also enjoy their moolattes. It's a super fancy ice coffee. I tend to use drive thu. Staff is usually friendly but my latest visit wasn't so friendly. But food was perfect and order was correct.

Clean.tried your chicken bowl but no a fan, however my friend loved it, me l will stick to my chicken fingers

I usually don’t write bad reviews as I know what it’s like working In fast food and like to try to give the benefit of the doubt but I went to get a blizzard today and was left sitting at the drive through pickup window for over 5 minutes as I saw my blizzard on the table inside no employee took my payment and there were several employees standing inside talking not looking like they were busy whatsoever and clearly saw me and did not take it upon themselves to help me. I ended up just driving away.

Horrible service, food was disgusting! Wait was long and food wasn't even close to Medicare fast food standards!

Was there wasn't busy but still took almost 20 minutes to get an icecream cake and a milk shake

Asked for extra hot fudge on the sundae and did not receive. Had to ask cashier for my change. Disappointing all round.

Got a burger from here was nasty not cooked properly at all also got Blizzard and peanut Buster parfe they did not put a lid on both spilled all over my car! Was not happy about cleaning that up.hope to see better next time

All I asked for was crispy chicken snack wrap and I got grilled. It was literally all I asked for.

Ordered 4 piece chicken strips, only received 3. Returned it and explained to them I ordered 4 which they confirmed by looking at the previous orders made. They took the box and after a minute gave me the box. I sawdown at my table and saw it was the exact same 3 pieces of chicken strips. Returned it again and they told me that they'll make me a fresh batch.

Got my order, chicken strips were overcooked and received less fries than what I was originally given.

Give these kids a raise! They deal with some pretty grumpy customers. They nail the orders bang on. If not. Fixed in a jiffy!

What has more association with summer than D. Q? Nice weather guided my decision to go. I ordered chicken strip basket and an original burger. Chicken was tough, burger just warm not hot, the fries were good, hot and fresh. No sweet treats on this visit just the warmlsh eats.
