I've been going to this location all my life and have never had a bad experience. I came in today and it was empty for the first time ever. The snow scared everyone away I'll make a mental note to come here more during the winter!

Great service very happy! There was a gentleman with a nice moustache who was very helpful.

Dairy Queen has been a go-to for me when craving a cold and satisfying dessert. The Blizzards are the stars of the show, with tempting combinations that never fail to hit the spot. The establishment is clean, and the service is consistently good.

This location has been a lot better than the last owner its more clean and they have changed some things.

This is a ZERO star review. Went to this location only because it was open late and will never go again. The condition behind the counter was horrifying! Open containers of all the toppings, broken ice cream machines, toppings left open in bags on the counters, random toppings that had fallen out on to the counter never cleaned up, employees putting their ungloved hands into the toppings… totally disgusted by the experience and regretted going there. And then the cherry on top was the horrible blizzards we got! We ordered the Choco Brownie Extreme and Strawberry Cheesecake blizzards. Both blizzards tasted like the ingredients were stale and old… my cheesecake blizzard tasted like fake strawberry sugar syrup with sour cheesecake that went bad! The brownie blizzard tasted grainy! And the blizzards were half melted already when handed to us. You can tell the management has absolutely zero standards for hygiene, food quality and cleanliness. These conditions seriously require the Health and Food safety to give these guys a check… I am going to report it.if anyone reads this, and has had a bad experience, they should go ahead and report it too.

The best ice cream in town very clean customer service is the best i give it a 10 keep up the great work cleaning and atmosphere are one of the best!

I ordered Brownie & Oreo Cupfection but it came with an odd taste brownie. When I mentioned it to the cashier, he right away gave me another Ice cream (blizzard with brownie flavor) with even better size. I liked the service.

So.arrived just after 11 am on a Saturday. Ordered 2 small vanilla cones with chocolate dip. It's now. 11: 23 am and we are still waiting on the 2 cones. 4 different sets of guests have come, ordered, and received their respective ice cream all whilst we wait.

The worker has apologised for the wait. Now we are getting 2 cones with no chocolate dip, the dip hasn't melted. A commonly ordered item was not ready. Okay no problem, we will just take our vanilla ice cream cones without the dip.

So.apparently they don't offer refunds. And I overheard from another guest, they don't accept gift cards.

They gave us the wrong order. Not only did they mess up our sizes but even the flavors. Didn't look like they were organized idk maybe new hires.

Untrained staff, the icecream was served melting (dripping), no sauce on the strawberry sundae - when i requested the sauce they scooped it with a tiny spoon where they touched the sauce with their bare hands … serious hygiene issues and its clearly a group of untrained employees behind the counter as they messed up all the orders before me and after me.

First of all this place has gone downhill, it used to be a staple Dairy Queen to visit as a kid. But I went in today and something has definitely changed, I don't know if it's new ownership or what but the store was a disaster, super dirty with things all over the floor. The blizzards weren't mixed at all or made properly, they added random mix-ins and forgot the ones I asked for. I think we honestly could've made better blizzards at home and saved $15. They also still don't collect points which is too bad. It's a shame what's happened to this place and the fake reviews that are now up to make up for the terrible food quality and atmosphere. Do better.

Staff very slow and not organized.
I was given a bottle of water as a drink for my menu, that was hot as if left under the sun on a summer afternoon…
Toilets not clean and without any toilet paper.
Staff not using plastic gloves to prepare hot food (burgers)

Amazing like this Dairy Queen recommend going here service is excellent and clean staff is amazing.
