Dairy Queen (Treat)

We frequent this location quite a bit as it's closest to our home and naveah's creations are delicious! And she always has a smile on her face. My daughters absolutely adore her!

Different variety in cakes for any occasion, bought a cake, customer services is 5 star ️, recommended.

As soon as I walked in the worker complained about customers very loud and clear for the store to hear and while I was ordering he complained my order was too long. That was just a very rude experience.

Hard to find a dairy queen that doesn't ration toppings like it's the great depression. Service was good and fast

Waiting for food inside 15 min and watching my ice cream order melt in the meantime. Cost is expensive to have order not timed better. Disappointed customer.

Discovered today that every DQ in town charges different prices for dipped cones or a dipped cone in a cup. Prices differ by $1.10 and a $1.30. This store at Paisley charges a higher price than what is posted in store. Bad business. Who knew that ice cream was like gas.different prices all over town. Can you imagine if Tim's charged a different price for coffee all over town?

The ice cream was made really well and the customer service was absolutely perfect i love this location because of how well i’m treated and they always perfect my order especially the worker nevaeh she’s always so nice and helpful when i can’t decide what i want

A few weeks ago an employee audibly made fun of my order 3 steps away from the cash register to her other coworker. Came in today and the same employee did it AGAIN.

I had an amazing experience the cheesecake blizzard was amazing and the the customer service from neveah was very well as well she was kind and helping.i suggest this place to all who need a good treat after a long day.

I visited this location and I received great service by Nevaeh and Kiara, they were patient while helping me and my family pick what Blizzards to order

The employees are really helpful with helping decide which cakes they would recommend for any scenario. They are also skilled at the writing which they can do on the spot and its good enough for when I am running late to a gathering.

Went to this location with my mom for a treat. Left completely dissatisfied. Ordered a cone with sprinkles and it came with barely any on. Asked cashier to put more on and she very rudely replied no I am not allowed to and I have other customers to deal with. When there was another coworker present. Would rather drive the extra couple of minutes for better customer service at stone road! Will not be returning to this location.

Edit: after reading the previous reviews I do not want a message stating “thank you for your feedback” I would appreciate a real life response and actual action taken.

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever witnessed, stood in line waiting to order while the employees talked bad about the customer who was ordering in front of us. She should be fired!

We went to this location at 9: 45pm and it was closed with lights off and doors locked. The website literally says that this location is open until 10pm. I just read a 3 month old review from another patron claiming that they went to this location 3 months ago to find the store was closed when they arrived at 9: 15pm instead of 10pm as advertised. Oddly, somebody from “DQ Fan Relations Team” wrote back to this customer on reviews claiming that the feedback is appreciated and that, “We're always listening to our fans so we can improve” and yet, absolutely no change has been made to the official Dairy Queen website. What gives? I mean, taking a moment to update your website to reflect accurate store hours when they are clearly inaccurate seems like a pretty simple way to “listen to your fans, ” from my perspective. If for months, the website has the incorrect store hours and nobody at Dairy Queen corporate has the drive to correct the mistake, why on earth would anyone from the “DQ Relations Team” even bother to respond to these Google customer reviews? It just seems pretty embarrassing and generally a waste of time from a DQ Customer Relations perspective…but hey, what do I know? Unfortunately, we actually drove from the other side of town to this particular DQ location because the Stone Road Dairy Queen on our side of town was so short staffed that the drive thru line was the length of the parking lot and the front doors of the store were locked at 9: 35pm (advertised 10PM close) for some reason. A rough as ‘rocky road’ DQ experience all around. C’mon guys, please try to care about your customers (and apparently your staff) just a little bit more?

Great place for ice cream and their blizzards are great. They have a huge selection of drinks as well and they are quite refreshing when the heat is up. Can't pass up an ice cream cake for a birthday as they are always good. No better place to stop on a hot day for a cold treat.

Employee wanted to watch the football game and was openly telling us he didn't want any customers, groaned out loud when another customer walked in after us. He really doesn't understand that he is there to do a job he gets paid for.
