The drive thru employees were extremely rude and it was a terrible experience. The pretzels tasted like they were microwaved. Not recommended.

Today i I had came to Dairy Queen with some friends. I had ordered the Oreo cupfection. It was unbelievably good. Lots of Oreo cookie pieces, great soft and perfectly sweetened ice cream, and brownies. The brownie was a little hard but I guess it’s fine. All of this cost about $8.23 with tax.

The place is pretty clean. Very nice and polished and the washroom was very clean. The atmosphere was ok. I felt like I was sitting in a hurricane because of extremely loud fridges in the surroundings.

The service was preposterous. The staff seemed a little disorganized and were struggling to handle a larger crowd. It took a while before they took our order.

Overall, it is pretty decent so I recommend coming here for the desserts.

This dairy queen has been here for a while now. Always serving good ice cream and hot foods.
Table seating for about 20, you'll find this place exceptionally busy during the summer and when there are coupons.

Poutine - fries were good, cheese curds were soft. Gravy not too salty.

Onion rings - thick crusted, very good.

Buster bar - very good, peanuts and fudge in an ice cream bar.

With coupons, definitely recommend.
Parking limited.
Drive through available.

Ordered a birthday cake for a kids party and in the middle of the cake there were chunks of cardboard the cake we ordered was a normal blizzard cake 8 inch.kids were spitting out cardboard.

The place is very cramped, crowded and may be understaffed. With just 3 folks in front of me, it took a solid 20 mins to reach the counter. Choco brownies blizzard was not mixed enough and was watery and soggy at the same time. Took the pineapple sundae where the smell of canned pineapple was too clear. The tables were not clean and there wasn't enough parking in that complex.

Very slow, kids are running the business, you have to wait long time to be served. The food as any other DQ. Get through drive through you will be served faster.

There is parking. The restaurant is clean and so was the washroom. The food was tasty hot and fresh. I had the double burger, it was very good. The onion rings were fresh and crispy too. The only complaint is it took a long time to get our burgers, other than that it was a good place for a snack. The staff were friendly. If the food had of come faster, they would have gotten the 5 star rating.

One of the better locations of DQ! Love their classic soft serve icecream! Simple, light and delicious! Service was fast, efficient and friendly! Very clean sitting area and the bathroom! Highly recommended!

In my opinion, this Dairy Queen is one of the better locations of the chain near us. There's a drive thru, which makes it convenient (though it does sometimes get busy on hot days). Service is generally fast and efficient, and the staff is friendly. Parking can be tricky since there isn't much, and outdoor seating is only minimal.

Always the best experience with these guys. Polite, friendly, always with a smile on their face! Tried their new poolside twisty drink and it's strong and it just speaks 'Summer drink' and makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside! Not to mention how cool it looks!

Fries, never an issue. Always crispy, always delicious. Top notch service from DQ, as always. Glad summer is finally here!

1st - apologies for the background of my photograph… The cashier was so nice during my visit. She provided me with the BOGO Coupon for the Blizzards. After seeing the calories of what I had ordered, I was stunned, in a fun way. These 4 Blizzards made up 6,000 calories!

DQ ice cream is great but the food is terrible it was my first time buying there burgers with the fries and drinks and had onion rings on the side. The burger was cold and it was definitely not fresh at all the meat tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp for almost the full day the fries were very soggy and the oil on the fries was literally old I will most likely continue to buy their ice cream that I will give a 5 star, for but the food only a 2 star the onion rings had to be tossed out it was cold and soggy as well all at the end was not a good experience DQ should start making their food fresh because the saying of (Happiness tastes good) seems more for their ice creams not their other food if you really want your logo saying to stand out more mean what you say not when they serve you old cold food I won’t ever buy their food again here will only buy the ice cream

When the owner was working during school hours a couple years ago, she was super nice and patient! It used to be a great place to eat lunch, however, the staff are now very rude and seem careless >: (the staff definitely ruined my experience here.

The staff at your place is very rude and i am not happy with the service i had with you guys.i rather go to a different place that's better than this place.not only that the food is very bad and i feel like throwing up after.especially the prices are very high for no reason.this place charges high and gives us bad food.

The worst dairy queen i have ever been too. They dont even know how to talk to customers. I myself wirk at dairy queen and i visited this location snd asked the staff to for extra toppings on sundae and i was told dairy wueen doesn't do extra toppings on sundae. The staff was so arrogant just because the drive thru was totally empty so that they dont have to mske order they refuse you and make their own rules. Really the worst dairy queen and rude staff.

Shout out to the crew working the evening of March 22! You made the best blizzards we have ever had! We ordered a chocolate blizzard, a cookies and cream blizzard with marshmallow topping and whipped cream and a toffee nut sea salt blizzard. Everything was mixed perfectly; sometimes they aren't but you guys nailed it! Super fast and friendly service too. Can't wait for our next blizzard order! Thanks guys!

Yasmina was amazing her customer service was great she decorated my daughters birthday cake and added some extra touches to it to make it extra special. I would highly recommend her.

I remember when this was a weekend thing. Been going there for so many years, everyone is friendly and generally faster than other locations. New drive thru situation is better to navigate around.

Got a medium blizzard and it had strawberry cheesecake on maybe the top 1cm of it.if i’m paying this much for a blizzard, i’d like it to not all be vanilla ice cream… it was also already half melted when they gave it to me.just super disappointing overall.

Managers can learn a few lessons in service customer instead of shouting 'no dine in' to paying customers. Don't shout or yell at your customers! Way overpriced and not worth the trouble.

I take my family here every once and a while. So far, the experience has been excellent. The drive-through is a big plus, and they offer pup cups for your dogs.

We visited this location last weekend for some food and late night summer treats, we found the experience to not be the greatest due to the portion size and some confusion with what we ordered versus what we got (honey bbq tossed strips that came plain due to covid the kitchen wouldn't toss the strips). I was displeased with the service and left a review in the heat of the moment but was contacted immediately by the owner who quickly provided clarity and an apology for the confusion/mishap. I think the night we went was just extremely busy, who doesn't love a blizzard on a warm summer night. I would go back and give it another try

We ordered a cake from another Dairy Queen store and it was wrong in many ways and no one offered to help correct in a manner that made sense. The service was awful.

We quickly called the Dairy Queen at Milliken Mills and a young lady named Melina, took charge. She had our cake ready in a half a hour. A cake is a cake but for someone to take the time to care about my daughter's issue, reassured her that it can be fixed and did so with a pleasant personality, made the day special.

I have worked in the hospitality field for over 30 years and I recognize exceptional people; people that go above and beyond. The entire team at this store helped out and cared. Yvonne and Melina, you have customers for life. It's not just about the ice cream or the treats, it's about people and the impression that you make. Thank you to all for helping us make a very special birthday even more special.

Honestly not too impressed with this location.

I decide to come to this location for dessert around 9pm on a Wednesday night.

Upfront I told the the Dairy Queen employee at the intercom that I had 3 people who each has the DQ App with the $1 off Blizzard coupon. They told us that we cannot all use the coupons because it is 1 coupon per visit. I then clarified that if we can do 1 per transaction because we were willing to all pay separately. They releuctantly said yes and we continued on to the drive thru.

We ordered:

A Mint Oreo Blizzard
A Royal Oreo Blizzard with Fudge
A Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard (Blizzard of the Month)

When we got up to the service window the employee was a little bit rude to us and gave us a hard time about our coupons. All three of us had redeemed the coupon and for some reason the code was the exact same on all our phones. It took a little while for all the transactions to go through but we got our food.

Ultimately when we got our food and tasted the blizzards they were pretty disappointing. The Mint Oreo Blizzard wasn't mixed all the way and you could see the green food colouring in clumps, the Royal Oreo Blizzard was melting when it was given and it hardly had any fudge in it, and the Fudge Brownie had so little chocolate in the ice cream, that it felt more like a vanilla Blizzard.

Overall, it wasn't the best experience, I don't think I'll be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Gets orders wrong more times than not, doesn't offer adjustable options that other locations will do, drive thru is always busy and quite slow. Very disappointing.

Would be nice if they accept counter orders. I was at the door and asked if I could place the order there since, i think that was the manager, already talking to me by the door, but instead she asked me if I have a car, when I said no, she asked me to walk through the drive thru and place the order through the microphone. Then there were cars right after me waiting for me to finish. What a horrible experience!

I ordered mint Oreo blizzard. It was not well mixed. I can see the food coloring floating on the top. And also it was melted when it was given. I complained about it. The service was say it’s supposed to be soft. Omg. I have visited DQ sooooo many times in different locations. Never seen a blizzard was this soft

This spot always delivers. They have excellent dishes for reasonable pricing, there are no long waits even when the place is busy.

Everytime we come here my husband always orders reese with extra reese. Everytime we also got good staff at the drive thru. Super kind and completes order quickly.

Their fries are pretty good since it's not soggy when we eat it.

Only drive-thru online delivery available at this location. Drive thru service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable. We ordered two large skor blizzards on a freezing night but the Icecream were kind of melting, watery and softer than usual.

We love eating out. Last night we arrived in this superb restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely experience there with superb cooking and a well-trained team and an impressive chef. We put this place in our list and we shall definitely visit again very soon. We highly recommend.

Come here as it's the closest DQ in my area. When you go around closing time like for example 9: 45 the drive through message will tell you that they are closed the drive through attendant will then take maybe a couple of minutes before they ask you what your order is hoping that you will just leave. As the stores closing hours are at 10: 00 they will also tell you that the kitchen is closed and they won't take your food order (not sure if this is company policy but there isn't a sign anywhere telling you that food items will not be available after a certain time) I mean to my understanding with most fast food related business aren't you supposed to shut down the kitchen when you close.

We had an awesome in this spot. We enjoyed the superb ambience and the food. The staff members were super personal. I’m happy we eventually decided to visit this spot.

I went to get food here and was basically held at ransom. The person on drive through got my order I told her I had a coupon and she put through my order and did not give me the discount. I made the mistake of paying not realising until after. However they would not give me a refund. They took forever to come back to me at the window and would not respond while I knocked the glass to raise my issue. Even after i told them i would not be paying they demanded i pay the drive thru person made me tap for a refund. The manager came and gave me some excuse about having a new system they could not issue refunds. The food was already made so he sees no problem. I have never met such a rude team at any fast food establishment, especially from a manager. I waited at the drive through for over 15 mins. They told me the order was ready. I got the food. Then 2 drinks were still missing. I had to remind them. 1 came. Then i had to wait for the other. The portions were unbelievable. My experience will not allow me to come back there. I will escalate this issue as much as i can. To be held at ransom like that intentionally by staff is intolerable.

I actually like the dishes and service, awesome location right next to my residence. The cashiers are always very welcoming. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Brownie Dough blizzard, which is supposed to have brownie dough, chocolate chunks, and chocolate fudge. Good service. I've been here a few times previously and staff were always friendly. Blizzard was tasty, though it seemed like it was more chocolate chunks and fudge than brownie dough.

Drive thru is damn annoying, not to mention they are slow af, especially when you have young children. Why can't you even enter the place? Will be avoiding

Ordered 5 mini blizzards there, 4 of 5 of them from the new fall selection. They all came out incredibly fast. Looks, texture, taste - they had it all. The only fault was that despite serving the "pumpkin spice" blizzard, they didn't have it on the menu.

This is near my workplace so i go there once a week.
The $7 deal is my favorite to get some good tasting chicken fingers with drink and dessert.
The place has drive thru only for now and it is quite fast as they make the chicken fingers when we order.
I have dined inside and it is a good little space for that.
However, sometimes they miss items in the drive thru order like they have missed my dip many times and i did complain online so i got 5 dollar back but it keeps happening which annoys coz one can't just go back.
They need a little quality check but it is great place for price.

We like a lot going out. Yesterday we visited this delicious restaurant which friends told us about. We spent a lovely time there with delicious food and an experienced crew and a great chief cook. We added this venue in our list and we shall certainly come back very soon. Highly recommended.

Came here intending to use a coupon but the value menu was a fairly decent price. The employees were attentive and other guests were very friendly. The ice cream is actually ice cream. I am lactose intolerant and can confirm it is definitely dairy.

I typically love Dairy Queen, however today I ordered a oreo/brownies sunday. The brownies were so hard, I taught I was going to break my teeth.

I wanted to order an ice cream cake so I called in and the customer service was extremely helpful, polite, and nice. When I got to this store the next day to pick up the cake, the service was again excellent, very attentive, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed with my order. I wasn’t able to store the ice cream cake, so they provided a large bag of ice and offered to help bring it to my car. Also, the ice cream cake was delicious and prices are quite fair, especially compared to their competitors.

I should've asked for a receipt cause they didn't give me one but after checking my credit card and doing the calculations myself, I realized they over charged me. I used the one dollar dipped cone coupon from the app but they still charged me regular price. With the other item I bought, everything I paid for was full price. So I basically ended up using the coupon for nothing. It's not like the store was busy given that I was literally the only customer there that night, so don't really understand how this careless mistake could have happened. Although it was not a large amount, it still doesn't help that I've lost trust in this establishment.

Preparation of food is as good as any other DQ but every time I have gone to this place even drive thru it’s at least 15 min wait if you have cars in front of you.

Today, I was waiting forever after ordering my drive thru. I drove up to the window not a person in sight for at least 5 mins and a whole bunch of staff comes in at the same time and starts preparing my order and taking my payment. In essence I waiting for 2 blizzards with no other car ahead for 15 mins. Seemed like everyone working there went out for a chill session and took the drive thru mike with them and only came back inside to prepare my order after their chill session was over.

Very disappointed and a total waste of time.

Guy making my blizzard decides to pick the crusties out of his eye while holding my cup. Don't think the cup was under to catch the crusties, but it was gross to see. Young people should be taught sanitation.

Pretty good place. It was clean, and the employees were friendly. The food portions are normal, and the environment is quiet and relaxed most of the time.

Please take your business elsewhere. Called here inquiring about a sheet cake and if they could take it out for me and start writing out a message as I was using my lunch break to drive over. In mid explanation the “owner” takes the phone over. I kindly reiterate my request as I am short on time and want to use my break time effectively. I am met with the rudest reply.

“Absolutely not. We will not write on a cake before you pay”

Was willing to make payment over phone if needed. Drove after work to Dairy Queen on Kennedy andEllesmere where customer service is a priority and you are not spoken down to like an animal.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! We were there at 10: 56 after SPEEDING and they closed the doors after seeing us parking! WHAT THE HELL? !? Even the automatic drive thru greeted us but the girl inside with the headset on ignored us! I WILL be contacting head office!

They've brought back the Mint Oreo Blizzard, one of the best flavours they have ever had. Great variety of desserts available, and always coming out with creative flavours, like the Oh Henry! Right now!

This place had was combination of dairy queen and grill something, they had both menus, the place is small and looks like a hallway, the other end is the fridge so there are lots of noise of the fridge as the place is small but the other side was.l not bad

I love coming to Dairy Queen. I always order the strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I have always been ordering the same thing every time and I never get tired of it. The service at the store is usually friendly and fast. If you sign up for their email subscription newsletters, sometimes they send you BOGO coupons on holidays or for your birthday.
