Ordered a Bannana Split, they gave me a frozen one that store manager saved from a wrong order from another customer.
Very cheap franchise, poor food quality and not even serving what DQ franchisor's manu

I ordered an ice cream cake last minute online and requested if possible it be ready the next day, if not I would pick it up the following day. But the gentleman from the store called me immediately and said it was no problem he would have it ready for me the next day. That was very, very much appreciated. I came the next day and the cake was there ready. Both staff were extremely polite and friendly. The cake was delicious too! Thank you so much!

Service wasn't good, food was really, really salty and the icecreme was okay. Aside from the salty fries, onion rings, and gravy the burger was just bad. The chicken strips were pretty good that's about it.

Went by the drive thru, the person taking our order was rude.she kept rushing us and asking "is that it? ", even when we told her to please give us a minute, no one was behind us anyway.

I ordered a Mini Oreo Blizzard with Fudge and there was no fudge. The girl who was my cashier was nice but the rest of the workers had this face that screamed they did not want to be there. Will not be coming back to this location again.

Dairy Queen is always fantastic, without a doubt the best soft ice cream available!
Chocolate brownie sundae is our fave.

They didn't do the upside down test for my blizzard but I did and it didn't fall out so they're blizzards are make right, my dad and buddy enjoyed their cones too

Went to the drive thru there was a blonde lady on the drive thru so much attitude and very disrespectful.horrible customer service. NEVER COME TO THIS DAIRY QUEEN!

Went there on Feb 13th. Ordered the 4 piece chicken strips meal. I got 3 and they were so DRY. It seems as if they had been sitting all day and reheated and given to me, they were not fit to be eaten so I threw them out. I called them the next day and was told there was nothing they could do for me since I had to bring the strips back.
Terrible service.

Didn't apply coupons and then charged me double. "Too late" they said when I brought it up. I always liked this location but now I just feel like I paid for their mistake.

I guess they got away with it,:/. Be careful.

Worst DQ ever. The attitude of the employees made me think if i owe them money. Very rude, the owner should check the behaviour of these employees. Sad to say will never be visiting this location ever again. Negativity is massive at this place people.

One of the worst dairy queen locations i’ve ever been to.its laughable. Super mediocore. The staff can’t make a simple sundae. They pre-make the peanut buster parfaits (they keep them in a freezer right by the drive thru window). The staff lack costumer service, very rude. Would not suggest coming here… there are 3 other locations within its vicinity… just go somewhere else, honestly.

Freshly cooked burgers and a good place to buy frozen cakes which sometimes go on sale for half the price.

Went to the restaurant tonight by bus only to find out it's not open to foot traffic, just drive thru. I don't like being treated like a second class citizen because I don't drive. Anyhow, I really had a craving for ice cream so I went to Highland Farms where I purchased a 1 L container of Organic Meadow vanilla ice cream that I am enjoying as I write this review.

Everything was going good until they wouldn't accept my money they said I had to spend a certain amount of money so I could use a higher bill ice cream was good a little soft

This basically Burger King with soft serve. Nothing wrong with the food or soft serve it’s been a favourite of mine since I was a kid. Now they have Orange Julius which reminds me of my mall rat days as a kid. The service is friendly, not really fast. The food is good but not amazing. You won’t be sorry for coming but it’s mostly average. I’ll be back for a Blizzard or a Sunday but the burgers I think are better at Burger King. Both use the style of burgers.

The drive-thru lineups here are long during summer, but apart from that, the customer service and ice cream is top notch!

Slowest. Drive thru. EVER!

It took 15 minutes to get to the speaker box, and another 15 minutes to get to the window. Once we paid, it still took 5 minutes to actually get our items. We thought perhaps a lot of cars in front were placing large orders, but when we got to the window, we realized it was the staff was moving REALLY SLOWLY.

Unfortunately, I can’t rate this location zero stars because there’s no option. On Sat, Aug 22,2020, my mom wanted to surprise my young daughter with a DQ cake because it is her favourite. My mom noticed that the store was closed but the drive-thru was open and decided to get in line to place an order. When she got to the window to place an order, the woman working the drive-thru refused to serve her because my mom was on foot. My mom doesn’t drive. This, to me, is a sign of discrimination. If a person who can’t drive or can’t afford a car is refused to get served, considering this pandemic (or not), how is this fair?

This location is the worst. Waited over 16 minutes in drive thru only to receive a melted blizzard. The ice cream was literally like soup. They don’t flip the blizzard either when you ask them they say “we don’t do that promotion”. All the employees here have a nasty attitude and seem miserable with their lives especially the females. Don’t tell me to give you another chance because I’ve came to this location multiple times and have only been treated bad every time. The only reason they don’t flip the blizzard is because they know they’re slow and lack in every way possible.

Visted a few weeks ago via the drive thru. The ice cream was fine. But the reason I'm giving one star is bc almost all the employees I could see in the drive thru window was wearing their mask incorrectly.

Long line up in the drive thru. Employees are deliberately being slow. They are too sluggish and clumpsy to be working in a fast pace environment. I bought an ice cream cone and it was served unhygienicly. She held my come with her dirt, filty, black rugged hands that just handle the cash

Today is my birthday, I went to dairy queen for a birthday cake, they refused to sell me because I'm not driving, I am disappointed, and will never give my business to them in the future.

They wouldn’t take order from people without car. Like seriously? ! I need to get a car just to get your food? !

I had a coupon lying around for 2 can dine for 1. I went to this location and got my order. The service was fast and the place was clean. It wasn't the restaurant's peak time. Just a few retirees having their meals. Parking is very limited but it is not a very busy place anyway.

This is a great location when i went there was a giant line all the eat onto the road but somehow it was one of the fasting moving lines I have been in! The staff are also really nice and helpful!

Awesome customer service at the drive thru! Went pretty fast considering the line went to Kennedy Road. They always have the cakes when other haven't! Hope they open up for walk in soon

Just waited in the drive thru for like 20 minutes to get my 2 small children ice cream, to find out their debit machine is down, and they won't accept cash.couldn't just give us the 2 mini ice creams, or at the very least came outside to tell us not to wait?

Worst Customer Service ever. We just went here today and the lady that gave our order was so mean. Actually it was so rude of her that when my husband and I asked her soo nicely “how is she and how’s her day” with a big smile on our face like what we always do. She just snobs us and just gave our order and my husband still say thank you to her and she just look at us like we did something bad to her. And she went to her co-worker and they were talking. Why would you that to a customer that was being nice to you?

Kids keep getting DQ gift cards as birthday gifts and it ends up being a nice family outing for us, the only problem is that the $20 gift card doesn't cover all what we order so we end up spending more money out of pocket.

There blizzards are worth trying. If u like strawberry flavor then try strawberry cheesecake blizzard.

This spot provides wonderful service as well as tasty menu. The best restaurant around town. The meals came out quickly and the prices are affordable. I recommend this place.

We wanted to try this dairy queen since we've never been there before. It was bigger and cleaner place than the one on eglinton avenue.

I love the place warm, cozy and clean. Burgers are juicy and fresh. Orders were serve fast and on time. Washroom is neat and clean. Location is accessible to bus and has parking.

Food was quick, fresh and hot to my surprise and delight. I had never had anything to eat at DQ besides ice cream treats

Idk why people are leaving bad reviews on this place. I went here yesterday and it was awesome. I had a fudge stuffed cookie and it was sooo gooood.
