Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I tasted Dairy Queen products at so many locations, the taste was always was great. But, this location, the taste was horrible. I always get Pineapple shake and it always tasted great at other locations, this location, it seemed like the Pineapple went bad. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Honestly, service was good, staff looked over worked, -not their fault this is a manager's issue. But the blizzards we ordered were done to perfection.

As well 2 stars on the atmosphere because it smelled like a washroom in the main dining order area. That's bad. If the owner reads this, it takes literally 20 mins to clean a washroom, daily. Air fresheners monthly upkeep 60$ it goes a long way.

Its dairy queen so the blizzards were as expected.nothing special but the Worst customer service makes it someplace ill avoid and when I'm craving a blizzard I'll go to a different location

Wanted to get a treat for my family, we went to Dairy Queen and received what we wanted. The store was rather busy, but the staff looked after each customer with efficiency and pleasantness.

Great items to enjoy but the service needs to improve. Customer service goes a long way. Friendly greetings and common courtesy would be nice.

Stopped in with a group of 6. A couple chocolate dipped ice creams, 2 blizzards and 2 sundaes. Service was really quick, ice cream was good. Seating is very limited at this location. Ice cream was great only thing.the ice cream seems to get more and more expensive and the servings seem to get smaller. Overall a pretty good experience.just an update. Dropped to 3 stars from 4. Looks like they have changed their ice cream. So now I have to decide do I pay $3 for DQ or $1 for Ikea as there DQ Ice Cream now tastes the same as Ikea. Such a shame

First time buying foods from DQ on Sheppard & Victoria Park. Service staff was friendly, the foods were made fresh to order so expect a 8-10 minutes wait. Free parking on site.

Only bought the prepared items so no idea about cooked foods. The dilly bars seemed a bit softer than usual when I got home, and they didn't have an assortment of flavours anymore.

Usual cleanliness, and still had a bottle of sanitizer for people to use.

Great services. Loved their strawberry cheese cake, it's great. Made my birthday extra special.

Don't go ever there again! Lack of communication and waste of my time! I can go to other DQ locations!

Appears to be a family owned business by the Lee family, since 1996, as shown by its numerous posted awards inside the building. The $7 combo (which includes a burger, fries, drink, and sundae) is pretty good. The fries were hot and delicious, the burger was average, and the sundae was good. However, there were only two flavours of sundae available when I went (chocolate and strawberry) even though there should be more. The interior of the building is a bit messy, but otherwise okay. In addition, they say that there's a 10-15 minute wait for hot food, which might be a problem if you're in a rush.

Very busy but service is fast, size of ice creams is generous;even with lockdown restrictions people want to go here

Staff are super slow.especially under the current circumstances.only 5 people allowed inside.they'd rather have 5 people from INEfamily enter and let other paying customers wait for HOURS to get in.horrendous.staff need to be on the ball.horrendous!

Mostly disappointed in the lack of transparency regarding online ordering prices. Walking in to see prices posted that are 20% greater than what I just paid feels like a slap in the face.

We tried a Chocolate dipped cone and it was yum.
The staff was friendly and the service is so fast enough.

The store has 5 person maximum currently and once inside the service was good and the desserts were made quickly

Service for ice cream is fast and friendly. If you need to buy hot food ie burgers etc.you'll have to wait about 15mins for your order.

Best customer service in town! Food always made fresh! And you can taste that it's fresh! This is the only Dairy Queen I'll go to in the GTA!

It was discussing ice cake found hair in it and don’t buy from this place and even the test is bad and looks old cake probably sitting for two weeks in there fridge.

They make u wait.oitside for ur food, it was -12 n they expect us to wait in a blizzard. Worst location EVER

The best thing i liked about DQ is there Blizzards. Specially Strawberry cheese cake flavor and Choco Brownie Extreme. The location is doing good precaution for Covid. The staff is wearing masks and sanitizer is available beside the payment machine. The bad thing about this location is there is no barcode scanner so you cannot use your mobile coupens or to get points.

The restaurant is clean and service was amazing! Food was prepared well and as advertised. Tasty and yum!

Small, clean, but very well run restaurant. Bought banana split and vanilla shakes last week and they all tasted great. Highly recommended if you are in the area looking to buy light great tasting snacks!

I went last night around 8 45 i had a terrible experience at that store the chinesse cashier was really rude and not nice to start he didn't even tell me about any promotion in the store i had to wait longer to have a cheeseburger i hate it

This is the second Dairy Queen location I am visiting. This location is also very good as the first one. Very friendly and polite staffs. Very clean and tidy place. The burgers were in good in quantity and quality. Taste was exceptional. My friend suggested me Dairy Queen burgers and I really loved it. Strongly suggest this location.

A small DQ location. Clean and nice. They have a daily deal and also honour coupons. Please always ask for receipt before giving the order to make sure coupons are properly taken into account and given the correct discounts. This was the second time we used coupons here but my calculations were always less than what they charged. Receipts show total amounts and few discounts at the bottom. Leaving that a side, all desserts portions were given properly and all enjoyed. Download and have a DQ app to get coupons and enjoy.

Plaza and building were a little dated, but the quality of food is the same as what you'd find at any other Dairy Queen

This restaurant offers superb service and enjoyable meals. The best place around town. The drinks and food served quickly and the rates are inexpensive. I recommend this place.

Great experience. The workers were so helpful and nice. I was there around 10pm on Wednesday October 16. I don’t remember the employee’s name, but as I was filling up my cup I dropped my spoon. Before I even had a chance to bend down and pick it up the male employee came over from behind the counter and gave me a new spoon. Whoever this guy is, he deserves a raise, or an extended lunch break or something.

They offer a large range of delicious food. I enjoyed dining here. Employees are always super nice, prices are convenient and the spot is always neat.

Cute little store, kind of tucked away (not noticeable) - old fashion looking on the inside, but great service and amazing ice cream - always.

Unfriendly staff and stingy with toppings. You're better off going to the one on Kenney and ellesmere.they're nicer, more efficient and you can taste the flavor of the blizzard you order. More seats too.

Not only do they serve yummy, ice cream dipped in chocolate or butterscotch, there's a variety of smoothies, sundaes, and delicious desserts.
If you're looking for something a little heavier Dairy Queen, serves burgers, hotdogs, fries and cold drinks and of course milkshakes.

This location is hit or miss. The service is decent but the ice cream isn’t consistent. Depending on who’s making the ice cream sometimes you can expect almost no toppings inside the ice cream. It’s a bit disappointing cause then all you’re pretty much eating is soft serve.

The wait time here is very long, even when nobody is in the store. They also almost always get our order wrong. We asked for 2 cheeseburgers with just ketchup on one of the burgers and they gave us two burgers, no cheese, and only ketchup on both. We also asked for a chocolate cake shake, and the worker kept asking us how much strawberry we wanted because the cashier wrote down we wanted extra strawberry? We never even said we wanted strawberry.they also forgot to put cake in the CAKE shake.other than that the establishment is quiet and the food always tastes great, just need to work on communication skills i think.
